Kjempefint hotell med god beliggenhet”

Vi ble oppgradert uten å vite hvorfor! Store rom (litt slitt kanskje). Prøvde frokostbuffeten, men ble skuffte. Fikk desverre ikke prøvd spaet, men det så veldig bra ut. Bra beliggenhet nær jernbane, litt støy fra togene, men ikke veldig sjenerende. Bra respesjonspersonell, bra i engelsk. Hjelpsom.

Thank you to hotrl stuff who so helpful to correct my booking date. Really comfortable hotel with big room, train stn just outside the hotel and many restaurant surrounding . I will book back this hotel when I back again for holiday in Yokohama for sure. Hotel laundry was surprised cheap also, with buffet breakfast so variety. Thank you.

Old but spacious room, good breakfast and nearby to Sakuragicho station”

Highly recommend for those who cannot decide where to stay in Sakuragicho or Yokohama. Late check out at 12pm (normally other hotel will kick you out at 10am). BF is good with a lot of varities but will get bored if staying there for a week. Nearby to Sakuragicho station and you can use underground passage to reach the station. Old hotel but facilities are ok. Room is really spacious. They have coin laundry also which is good for long stayer. Overall I liked my stay here and will definitely return next time.

Helpful and conveniently situated”

The rooms were comfortable and well maintained. Breakfast was buffet style, with a large selection and variety of food and drink on offer but did hold early hours (over by 9.30am). I had inclusive rates for one stay but, on another, needed to pay for the breakfast-although good the weekend rates are quite expensive. The advert on Agoda also mentioned parking/ swimming pool/other amenities but did not give prices; again, I found these on the 'steep' side and pool access was via timetabled slots. Had I know this in advance,I may have stayed elsewhere. Very good location being on a metro station and within 10 mins of the mainline JR station-all 'down town' areas are also walkable.

Worth to pay”

Clean and Tidy; the room is big enough in comparing with most of the hotels in Japan. Restaurant is all around. Convenient location, just few minutes walk from JR station and shopping mall. No special facilities, but overall is very good with reasonable price. Good choice and worth to pay!

Breezway Hotel, Yokohama, Japan”

Breezway Hotel was wonderful! I highly recommend it to anyone staying in Yokohama due to its proximity to the subway and JR Sakurgicho. Staff is very friendly and helpful. They're english level is also good.

I have stayed in the Washington Sakuragicho and also Yokohama Plaza Hotel, and for the similar price, this hotel would be my preferred choice in terms of space plus the free internet access was a plus !

Good location - too expensive”

Just too pricey for what it is. But close to train, center and waterfront. You can feel the age. They tried to give us smoking rooms although we booked non smoking. And We didnt get the two separate beds we ve booked. So never again.

Friendly staff, value hotel”

Hotel is located just next to the Sakuragi Station waking distance in just 60sec. Front staff was very kind and friendly. Valued price for limited budget. Lounge was less than expected. Room is ok for stay alone.

Please think twice if your car’s height is above 1.55 m”

We were driving to Yokohama with a Toyota Estima, the hotel carpark’s height is max. 1.55 m, we have to park at another location with extra coat and pretty distance from the hotel. In terms of location, the hotel is just next to a train station so if you are traveling by train it would be pretty comvienent.

the room on level 9 smelled like a smoking room with ashtray and matchsticks with a pls do not smoke on the bed sign. called the front desk and they said it is a non smoking room. i felt annoyed with their dishonesty and inconsideration to give me a smoking room when they know we are staying with a child

Convenient location, great staff”

Arriving at Narita, took the more expensive option of a direct train ride on the Narita Express to Yokohama. At the main Yokohama train station, caught a cab to Breezbay. The building is older, the furniture was a bit worn, but you can't beat the location, the clean rooms, quiet air conditioning. Breakfast is at the 14th floor restaurant. It was expensive at 2000 yen per adult, but the variety and quality of the food and drinks are more than enough to compensate. I would recommend this property to anyone.

The hotel is clean, well located. Three minutes walk from the Sakiragicho Station. Also twenty minutes walk from China Town.. TgeThe breakfast included is expensive but a fairly widespread buffet. The spa and hotel pool was massage were advertised but considering we were there only one night we were unable to try them. However I'm sure they'd be fair quality though one can't vouch for the price being fair value for money.. But of course that's Japan everywhere. A tad more expensive than even the costliest cities in the world.. All said and done I'd say worth a shot

Nice staff and very convenient neighborhood, quick access to subway. Hotel is older, but rooms are larger for Japan. Wifi was reliable, breakfast buffet was only USD 14 or so, as opposed to $25-$30 at other hotels. No gym. I'll likely stay again.

Reasonable priced option”

Location convenient to rail and amusment bayside ( Ferris wheel , museums etc) district and nearby Rooms are neat and reasonable size. Good internet speed. No in room safe. May have view of bay on eastern side. Western side no views. Breakfast buffet was mix of japan and western and ok value. Good priced option for one or 2 nights

5 nights stay in Yokohama”

Resonable stay but the Hotel needs a "makeover", fairly old interior. Booked specifik a non smoking room but was given a smoking room. Complain in the reception made them find another room and after tree attempts finaly got the non smoking room. This hotel was chosen due to no others availeble to a fair price.

Quality hotel with larger than normal rooms.”

Overall, I'd characterize the Breezbay hotel as a high quality hotel. The bed was very comfortable and the room size was larger than your averqage Japanese hotel. The only issue incurred at the hotel was control of the heating/air conditioning. On several occations, I found my room too hot. I spoke to the front desk and they adjusted the temperature, but the next day, the temp was warm again; this went on for a few days. Luckily, I was able to open the windows to cool the room down. The room has a nice comfortable queen sized bed, a sitting chair with an end table and a reading light, a fridge, a TV with a DVD player, and a small closet. The views from the 14th floor bar were breathtaking. I did not use the pool, spas, or gym. The front desk gave me laundry soap to do laundry in the 9th floor laundrymat (only 1 washer and 1 dryer - 1 load was 400 yen to wash & dry). The hotel is near many sightseeing locations, but getting there by train was initially tricky. After arriving in the Yokohama station via the Narita Express, you need to get on the JR line to Sakuragicho. Once in Sakuragicho, it's only a short walk to the hotel. The hotel backs up to MANY places to eat and drink. Value for the price was exceptional and I would recommend it and stay there again.

Nice location”

It was a pleasant stay, although I requested for a non-smoking room but received a smoking room anyway. I asked for a spray from the front desk and they gladly gave it to me. It worked, the room was spacious and was a nice place to stay.

Lovely hotel and service with a smile”

great. it is very close to the public transporation, and easly to find by following the signs when you get off the train. if you got missed; the people is nice and you can ask them in english, they even nicely guided you yo the hotel. front dest staffs are professional. only shoeing your reservation document and passport, you can easly checkin. the room is bigger than regular for a double bed, clean and well organized. the location is good to access to park and dinning places.

Good neighborhood but small rooms even for Japan.”

Overall, I think I would not stay here again. The rooms were very small, you could not control the air-conditioning, compared to other hotels I've stayed at in the same area, this hotel is lacking. I'm afraid that's all I can say about this place.
