Excellent!!! Highly recommended ”
We are Vietnamese- German family with a 17 months baby. We came on the day that extreme stormy, but we love our stay here, everything's perfect! 1. Staffs: Jenny is kind and excellent explain everything nicely and quick support when needed. Ms Phi at spice house restaurant is lovely and caring! We never like "fancy style" so staffs here just so friendly and heartwarming🥰 They really do care about you, not just work. 2. Food: Both asian and western menu are good! They cook Vietnamese dishes delicious, our baby ate very well there. We have tried almost everything during our stay. Very reasonable price with high quality! 3. Location, location, location!! Its located in a small alleys, so near town but still relax and quiet. Private beach steps away and probably sunset if not stormy. 4. Room was nice and clean, smell very nice at all time. Nice design and lovely balcony, you can just let your kid run around and enjoy! The pool is great and sparkling clean! Beautiful too Onething I love here is they reuse and reduce a lot! Environmental friendly. We LOVE our stay here in general, definitely will comeback!

Everything is amazing at Cassia”
I fell in love with this resort while searching for an accommodation for our vacation. Didn’t know why but I knew I was perfectly right to book it here out of hundreds of other beautiful resorts. Everything was wonderful, the private cottage and its facilities, the location (15 mins on taxi from/to the airport, right in the centre of Phu Quoc, easy access to the north for Vinpearl or to the south for the islands), the pools and the private beach, the restaurant and the foods, the spa,... and especially the staff. Cannot desribe how much we love Cassia. We had such an amazing weekend for 3 nights and we regreted not staying for a 4th night. We certainly are coming back to Phu Quoc very very soon and Cassia will be still the place we choose to stay.

Great resort”
A lot of resorts on the island are great (amazing views, nice pool, delicious food) but Cassia Cottage does a lot to set themselves apart. We were treated to a free drink each day for happy hour (and we lucky enough to be there for the owners reception). They were incredibly accommodating for dietary restrictions. They do a lot to minimize waste, such as putting glass reusable bottles in the rooms and low thread count towels for the beach. The free breakfast was amazing and so was the free yoga every day! Service was very good and I can't wait to come back!

Heartfelt service”
Great service, truly helpful and attentive staff. Beautiful location by the sea but still close to main road and other services. Spacious room with various amenities, though a bit dim. Did not get hot water in the shower, but otherwise was happy with the room. We have glutenfree diet and the staff and chef took so good care of us with a special gf-menu brought to the table every morning, in addition to everything else at the buffet brekkie. Could not be happier with the food. Were able to keep the room until late evening on our last day. Thank you for the warm and welcoming experience, will come again!

AMAZING”
What made this one of the best stays of my life is how friendly the personnel is. I'd rather stay here than a hotel that costs 10x as much, because here I felt so welcome. They really care about you as a customer, and all the facilities are very good too. The hotel is very beautifully built. A true gem. The only thing I didn't like was the quality of the food. I'd rate the food a 7: not bad, but not good either. Other than that I think it was simply amazing. Solid recommend.

Beautiful resort, but it’s the staff that make your stay special.”
My wife and I arrived at the start of the rainy season, with a plan to stay just a few days. However we couldn’t leave and extended our stay. The staff are the star of the show. Welcoming, accommodating and just plain nice, they make for an excellent stay. On top of this the rooms are comfortable, the breakfast is superb, the menu is interesting and the grounds & beach very nice. We’ll stay here on the next trip no doubts. Thanks to the team at Cassia for taking care of us so well (especially at breakfast)

Everything was unbelievable! All of the staff go above and beyond to assist you. I don't remember all of their names but they were all awesome, especially Trang. The location is amazing. The little cottages are super cute. The breakfast was superb. Highly recommend. I wish I could have stayed before the island closed because of the virus. I would definitely come back in a heart beat!!!

Try the delicious food of the restaurant, especially the Asian main courses, like Mekong prawns. Taste the mango juice and have the free cocktails around 4 p.m. while laying on a beach chair, looking at the sea. Take the excursion proposed by the diving desk in the hotel with the expert Tammy.

Just incredible. One of the finest hotels I’ve ever been to. Every need is catered for. Ran by an army of great staff who seem genuinely happy to be there. I didn’t want to leave. Don’t think twice just book it. I will be back.

Lovely staff, great room. Nice part of town, nice beach and you could relax and get it away from it all, or quickly get amongst the action in a taxi or a 30 min walk to town

Hotel's location was perfect for us - right off the beach and quiet but still short walking distance to great food and action. Hotel grounds were beautiful. Would stay again!

Spent my birthday here last April. Was perfect gateway. The staff was friendly and always helpful. Perfect location n just 2min walk to the beach from the room. Highly recommended.

We stayed here for 3 nights and would definitely recommend it. Here are four things we loved: 1) Organic, homegrown produce grown in their own beautiful gardens meaning food quality was high in the restaurant 2) Genuine eco friendly approach to the whole property (actively discouraged the use of plastic and straws) 3) Large, airy rooms with four poster bed (inc. mosquito net) and lovely balcony 4) Friendly, helpful staff happy to help with any taxi bookings or general assistance at any time

Nice place. Very lush with plants! Staff extremely helpful and courteous! Go for a bigger room. The only thing we didn’t care for was our room didn’t have much light and we were tucked in a corner cottage. Breakfast was great!

Great location, staff and facilities. So nice to have a kids pool as well so they could play without disturbing other guests. Breakfast was great and the staff were helpful.
