Very cool, relaxed hotel”
This hotel is in a perfect location, it has great decor and brilliant staff. Nothing is too much trouble, everyone is really lovely. Rooms are great, love the iPad to work everything. Lounge, chill out area is brilliant to sit and relax in, no pressure. Great system for leaving cases after checkout.

Perfect layover hotel”
We had a 19 hour layover and booked here cuz we wanted to visit the Tivoli Garden, which was walking distance. The room was small but very space efficient and bed was really comfortable. The window was facing right into some Samsung store ad which was not pretty at all and a bit weird. I also had to turn my head and phone to get the actual desired view for my IG photos. I did have a $100 off voucher from Agoda to book this hotel, but otherwise I might have been a bit disappointed at the view (lack of view is fine but the view is nothing but a super gigantic Samsung advertisement and you are forced to see it - no point/weird cuz I already have all the Apple stuff I need.) Heating and shower situation were great, and staff was extremely friendly. I would not book this hotel if I was staying for more than a few days, but given how cold and crowded it was everywhere I’m not sure if I’m ever coming back and glad to have had a quick taste of the city before I committed to traveling here.

The room was quite small, however the bed was very big. Ample storage space was provided too. But remember to request for room cleaning, it’s opted out by default and you can’t request on the same day.

Clean and convinient”
I stayed at the hotel for 2 nights. It is centrally located and within walking distance of the train station. The staff was friendly and the room was quiet and clean.

Modern ”
This is more like a self service hotel, you checked in and out by yourself. You would almost not meet the receptionist. Modern design and facilities. Bed was comfortable and able to sleep well at night.

Fun place to stay close to central train station for a couple days. Room very small (cozy) but adequate. Staff were exceptional!

Our stay at citizenM was very comfortable. The room had a nice layout, had a massive bed, and had good movies on demand. Only wish they had free tea or coffee, otherwise, everything else was good.

Mitt i city”
Mycket trevlig personal, man kände sig välkommen. Rummet var väldigt litet som tur var sängen jättestor då vi var tvungna att dela, det fanns inget rum med enkelsängar. Toan var också i minsta laget men den var ren och fin. Läget är fantastiskt med fin utsikt över Rådhusplatsen.

המלון במיקום מושלם, מעוצב נהדר, כייפי. פחות מתאים עם ילדים, יש רק מיטות זוגיות, המקלחת חצי שקופה, ארוחת בוקר ללא ירקות וללא אוכל מותאם לילדים.
