Godt lavprishotell”

bodde de 3 første nettene på phu quoc på dette hotellet. svært hyggelig eier og sjefen for bevertningen snakket veldig bra engelsk. han likte også å slå av en prat, var flink til å følge opp gjestene. fikk tips om turer. hadde et standar rom. svært enkelt, men stort rom. 3-4 min gange ned til stranda. minibank like ved hotellet. billig til å være phu quoc.

Veldig bra”

Staff super friendly - all of them always said hello as we came and went from the hotel. The pool was nice. 5 min walk to the beach. We went in off season so the place was pretty much empty, with no one staying there. The beds were a bit hard but that's to be expected in Vietnam!

Great place to stay with kids”

Fantastic hotel, especially when travelling with kids. Has a great pool, superfriendly helpfull staff, good rooms. On walking distance from town with everything you might need or want. We will most certainly be back, next time arround.

Very poorly maintained hotel - e.g. linnen, tap, towels, Fungus (=bad for your health) in all the rooms. The advertsements for this hotel promises a LOT more than the hotel can provide. We felt we were scammed. The staff is very friendly.

Everything was great except for the shower”

The staff were amazing. Happy, friendly with Nothing being too much trouble. The room was quiet, clean and although basic, everything we needed. In fact, the room was exceptionally clean and the daily service of the room went beyond my expectations. My only complaint was the shower. Barely adequate but really, I want something I can get wet with. I would stay here again without any hesitation but the showers really need to be upgraded first.

Free upgrade couldn't make up for it”

Pretty dirty. Garden view bungalow means bugs next to your bed and in your bathroom, really like you're in a garden. Towels and linen dirty and stained. Hard to find someone for assistance. Did not end up staying. No refund offered. Ended up staying a few doors down at another resort, much better.

Such a chilling and clean place, helpful staff and very nice pool. I'd highly recommend this hotel.

Food is tasteless, and a shame to vietnamese cooking tradition. Ok location, need to walk 5-7 mins to get to the beach. Garden must have been really pretty once, but dead leaves all amonst the flowers, and not well taken care of. When I arrived the aqoustique was beutiful, hearing all kinds of birds and wild life in the garden. At evening the neighbours were having a jolly time, and the aqoustique made it sound even better than if i had sat next to them on their bed. Staff seems uninterested in you, only interested if you are going to stay more nights, or if it's posdible to sell you some of the excursions.

Phu Quoc”

We stayed 6 nights which we enjoyed. However, it was windowless if one used the A/C. Also there was smoke in our room due to burning in the adjacent lot. Thirdly it was quite a hike to/from the beach, especially coming back uphill.

Good breakfast. Worst stay in vietnam”

Lack of staff. Price too high compared to other similar hotels. No soundproofing between rooms. Even the lights from other rooms passed trough holes in the walls during night.

Could be nice in the future, but not now”

This hotel appears to be in the midst of an upgrade. There is a beautiful pool area but the water in the pool is green and the waterfall is not running. The breakfast, although at first glance all the food appears to be standard, is not very tasty. We needed up eating scrambled eggs in bread in the morning. It's hard to get your luggage to your room due to the hill and rough paving. And our room had ants in it and a cockroach. The bed was not comfortable (as judged by a Canadian)

Their room was not decorate well, and one room even have only fan not the air-condition, but with low price so it is reasonable

Budget hotel with museum sightseeing”

We were almost out of the hotel. For us, the hotel meets our minimum requirements. However, I would to notice you of the bike renting service at the cafeteria near the hotel which is just at the Sacombank ATM facility. The bikes have tyres which are in such bad conditions that tyre breakdowns happen to almost clients. The owner's attitude in response to the complaint is also bad too.

This hotel is just okay; the island is expensive compared to the mainland with regards to getting less for what you pay. On the mainland this hotel would cost about £10 - relative to other hotels on the island it is cheap but £27 is expensive for SE Asia. Our stay was fine, room cleaned each day, staff lovely (but worth making an effort with them). Hotel is not on the beach but a 5 minute easy walk. It meant no sunbeds for hotel guests and doesnt seem like anywhere rented them. Beach was lovely but Bai Sao on the other coast is absolute paradise.

Original confortable hotel located in a museum”

Nice hotel for budget travelers. Rooms are quite clean, very simple with the minimum required. Place is quite original since it is located in a museum. But be remember to bring a solid pair of ear wax due to noisy frogs at night! Must take a bike to get to Central night market and beautiful beach areas
