Exceeded my expectations ”
First off, I was allowed early check-in with no extra charge. Staff are awesome! My room was in the courtyard by the pool and was awemazing! Complimentary breakfast is included and was good. FREE PARKING. 10/10 will def stay again!

I like the location, the room had a wet carpet smell. Carpet need to be cleaned or changed. Light fixtures need to be changed in the bathroom they were rusting really bad!

The staff seemed bothered to answer questions, and accessing the registration office was not obvious. We stayed because it was so late when we arrived, but left asap.

Flew in from Los Angeles and had my flight delayed 3 times. Got in with a reservation from a month ago and didn’t want to let me check in till the next day. Extremely rude staff and won’t ever come back.

We were there for a friendly visit. You can hear through the rooms, the people next door were heard like they were next to us, same thing you can hear the people upstairs. The staff was very good, and the hotel was clean

Front desk understaffed with only one person at very busy time. Front desk did not communicate with great shuttle driver, leaving my wife stranded st a shopping mall. Bathroom had very small area for grooming items, maybe 6” ledge about 3’ long and was across the room from sink. No venting fan. Water in toilet was Very high which was not a good thing for me. Overall accommodation was ok. Great location, parking, buildings layout. Very friendly staff. Good breakfast.
