One Night -in Warranyte”
...I have stayed here at Crystal Brook before, when attending functions in Warrandyte. They are friendly, economical and their cabins are so, so comfy. I only wished I could have stayed longer - but - I'll be back. Highly recommend this 'family facility'.
We love this park. We stay in a dog friendly cabin and have stayed several times before. The staff are so helpful and friendly and the setting is lovely. There is also an excellent café/nursery immediately across the road which makes it ideal for people like us who enjoy a morning coffee etc. The cabins are exceptionally clean and comfortable and we will certainly stay there again.
Lovely tourist park in suburban Melbourne”
Crystal Brook Tourist Park is a pleasant hideaway nestled in the burbs of Melbourne.
Very clean place with extremely friendly staff. Enjoyed our stay
I had a nice overnight stay. Slightly pricey for a basic cabin but a beautiful tranquil setting with lovely staff. The cabin was basic, clean & comfortable. Would be a great park to bring children to.
Very nice and relaxed setting. Always feel very calm and at peace when I visit this park. Cabin is a little outdated but in respectable condition, all essentials were available and had a nice comfortable stay. Would happily return but would love to see some offers being made available for different length stays to encourage travellers to visit more as the prices have risen a bit over the time. Adore Beasley's teahouse across the way and very much enjoyed a luxurious breakfast treat here upon checkout. Most serene and beautiful teahouse we know of. Exquisite meals, a little pricey but a lovely treat! :) Thanks
Lots of walking tracks around. Native birds fly in to the caravan park to feed in morning and evening.
Christmas party nearby at a friends, easy clean comfortable accomm. Great wildlife!”
Firecrackers in the night were a bit frightening! Great set up for kids. Feeding birds a highlight.
ok but cabin for 4 was expensive”
good facilities but the 4 of us could have stayed in an apartment for similar cost
Great little spot!
enjoy staying with my kids..”
great location and fun for kids
Real value for money spent”
From check-in to check-out all was excellent. The one bedroom villa we stayed in was perfect for us and had all the facilities we needed for a very pleasant overnight stay
Cabins and Tourist park outside area looking tired and out of date. The games rooms very small with very limited old games very very disappointing. Reception/office closes ridiculously early with no vending machine too compensate and to top it off when the weather drops down to below a certain number the whole air conditioning/heating unit of cabin freezes up. This was a total nightmare, the cold air at night affected me so badly that I spent the whole night continuously coughing to the point I gave myself a blood nose. I spent the rest of the holiday sick and torn between the emotions of tireness and angerness from this horrific experience. Please note I did contact reception the next day who offered some of 1 nights compensate however, for me I was happy to pay the money if I had not had gone through such a horrific experience. We will never go to the park again and will definitely NOT recommend this hotel to any one in the future.
everyone was very helpful
The park is spacious for everyone. A very family friendly place. For the kids and big kids too there is a swimming pool, jumping area and a games room and a bbq area. Cabins are very basic but do the job. We stayed in Cabin 8 which was infront of the toilet block for the campers. It was reasonably quiet though. The other Cabin we used was Cabin 6 much quieter area. Highly recommended.
Had a quiet enjoyable stay
Excellent, peaceful family friendly accommodation.”
We stayed in a standard cabin and were pleasantly surprised by the space inside. It was 2brm, with parents room at opposite end and its own toilet. The cabin was perhaps quite outdated but it was clean and had everything we needed. The park is set in amazing surrounds of native bushland and the birdlife was amazing! We got to pat a kookaburra which was a highlight. The games room had a few coin operated games and table tennis. The camp kitchen was well stocked and a huge alfresco area just outside. There were several bbq's near the playground and jump pillow so you can watch the kids and enjoy a meal. The absolute best feature?? The QUITE uninterrupted nights sleep!! No noisy neighbors, very minimal traffic sound and awake to the gentle sounds of nature. As a light sleeper, I felt at home! The kids were kept busy with the jumping pillow a huge hit and the kids activity club was a huge hit. Best family accommodation we have stayed in! Cannot comment on the pool as it was being painted during out stay.
The Crystal brook tourist park was a relaxing experience amongst the natural bush surroundings. Close to historical aboriginal walks and informative signs. Very enjoyable
highly disappointed ”
