Hotellet hadde grei beliggenhet i forhold til å komme seg til og fra Heathrow, og til og fra London sentrum. Til gjengjeld lå det rett ved Togskinnene, og hotellet hadde veldig dårlige vindu og var ekstremt lytt på alle måter. Det hørtes ut som vi selv lå på togskinnene, og togene gikk fra 0530-0100.. Helt jævli. I tillegg holdt de på å renovere hotellet, noe vi ikke hadde fått beskjed om, så hver morgen klokken 0730 startet borringen i betongen.. Ikke så kult... Hold dere unna det her i nærmeste fremtid, Værtfall til de er ferdig renovert. Det var forresten også bare ett toalett, delt med fem andre rom... Knøttlite.

WORST. HOTEL. EVER!!!!”
Not very impressed, at first all i thought was that the walls needed a lick of paint. Then i realise that holes need to be filled in, ceilings need to be fixed shelves need to be replaced and more. Very disppointed as our rooms look absolutley nothing like the pictures. Not worth the money.

I don’t leave the review much but I had to this time. My room was completely different what I saw the pictures. I took photos but I can’t post here, mold and dirty for real. My room was basement and there is a man who actually lives right next room.

I wish I could give a minus in terms of cleanness…. The carpet are moldy and smelly The wi fi does not work , no lift , the room is really dirty many health concerns

Worst hotel I've stayed at, everything was absolutely filthy, the whole room smelled horrible, bathroom had mould, shower was disgusting to the point neither of us used it, you can hear the trains late night and very early in the morning. Also we had to collect our keys from another hotel which was stressful.

We didn’t get tissue in the toilet and toilet’s light didn’t work.. the room was too smelly we asked for air freshener but the said the don’t have. Bed condition was really too bad.

Do not stay here ”
Do not stay here - there are better options available in the area for a similar price. We stayed in one of the basement rooms & it was absolutely foul! Smelt of damp/mould, obvious damp issues on walls & floor, mould between the shower & wall space...noisy with the underground, the light above the bed flicked constantly when off & at night we could hear a rat/mouse running around! Don't stay here!!!

Disgusting room next to the train tracks”
It was very close the the underground station but also directly next to the tracks. The trains stop at 12pm and then start at 5am again and you definitely hear and feel the rumble. The room was disgusting, with marks all over the walls and on the carpets. A lumpy old mattress and broken furniture. If I had seen the room before payment, I would have gone somewhere else.

Agoda please remove this 'hotel' from your listings. My worst experience ever. Room was dirty. Bathroom mouldy. Broken pedestals. Broken bed springs. Room had an awful stench. Room was noisy from nearby train line, as well as being able to hear other guests from the rooms above via creaking floor/ceiling boards. I refused to stay there and demanded a refund from reception. They were unable to give me one and said the manager would be in in the morning. In the morning I was told the manager is at another of their hotels and will not be coming. They could only call head office for me. However, head office staff are only available from 10:30am. I then had to fill in a form and was asked to send pics of what I was unhappy with and thereafter they will review my case. Process takes up to 2 weeks! Ridiculous!

Would not recommend”
The accommodation was located near an undergound, which was perfect. However, we weren't informed that we were expected to check in at another hotel when arriving late at night, even though we disclosed the arrival time with our reservation. The staff in that hotel and the Earls Court Garden Hotel were not very welcoming, during checkout the lady was on the phone and did not say a word to us. Our room was located just above the tracks of the underground (many of them), resulting in sleepless nights because of the noise. We were not informed about this. The bed base was old and crooked and the mattress was thin, the springs stuck out. This was also not very encouraging for a good nights rest. Even though it was a relatively cheap stay, we would have liked to be informed of the underground under our window. The bed was horrible, this was not acceptable.

I arrived at the property just to be told that they don't have a room. During that night the property had three overbookings.

Can't really complain.......the location was awesome, easy to find, the room was clean, front desk welcoming, but my room was tiny. This made it feel a little uncomfortable for two people. We could not open our luggage. A solid 3.5 out of 5 for me.

You can listen and feel the trains”
It's right next to the train track, so you can actually feel them passing thru. We checked in after 11pm after a day out and we had to pick our keys up at another hotel (5 mins walk away), and somehow they messed it up by not delivering our keys to the other hotel. So we had to wait ~20 mins before they got it sorted out.
