The staff was very friendly and provided help when needed. They room setting was different from the one i booked which was very disturbing for my requirements as i booked this type of room in particular to suit my needs as i had some meetings during my stay and needed seperate lounge area but was given instead an open area. However, issue was resolved second day and they changed my room. My husband injured his leg by a broken tile in the swimming pool and i found that the hotel was not trained enough to deal with situations like this as he was bleeding everywhere. However, they provided us with first aid kit but did not offer to take him to the hospital or to get the doctor for him! Special thanks to BAYU who went the extra miles to make our stay comfortable. Very nice gentleman who was always there to answer any query. I will stay there again as the facilities were nice and location is superb and the rooms were equipped with everything you may need. Kitchen, microwave, utensils, clothes airer, etc.

A bit tired but rooms are huge”
Our 2 bedroom suite was huge. Our group of 13 used our room to congregate in on numerous occasions. The air cons worked well, we had a full size fridge, 2 large couches, comfy king size beds, and massive bathroom with good water pressure. The girls at the front desk are really helpful and check in and out was super smooth. We chose not to have a room bill and paid as we went that was no problem. Breakfast was good variety of toast, eggs any way, bacon, cereal, pastries, noodles, rice, was all good, no coffee machine only a large pod coffee maker. However.... No doors on the showers cause the water to go everywhere in the bathroom, trying to keep track of 13 pool towels between all our kids was a pain and they charge $25 a towel if you don't hand the correct amount of towels or towel keys back in and don't accidentally break a glass they are worth $10ea. The pool is cold and so is the spa, the tiles around the pool edge are slippery as hell. The pool lounges are cheap and uncomfortable

Read some pretty negative feedbacks here on TripAdvisor on FuramaXclusive Ocean Beach. And to be honest, I was a tad hesitant at first to finalise my booking for my accommodation as I was travelling alone, but I booked furamaxclusive anyways.. and let me tell you, I have zero regrets doing so. I booked the one bedroom suite with furama in Bali and I had an excellent stay! Yes, there were some issues with the air conditioning towards the end of my stay, but the hotel bunked me up to a two bedroom suite so I won’t get stuffed up inside a warm room without any AC. The hotel tried to rectify the issue however due to rainy season and it was pouring outside, engineering couldn’t fix the AC in my room. Thank you front office manager Sumitra for assisting on this and ensuring I had a good sleep. Thank you engineering as well for your effort! On my last day in Bali, unfortunately I fell really sick and I had to make a call to front office in hopes to extend my check out time. Dayu a front office manager assisted so very kindly and extending my check out timing. I was literally throwing up all morning. Dayu didn’t just extend my check out time, she was so sweet to ensure that I reach the airport on time to catch my time, knowing that I was running late. She also helped to assist with my luggage and also checked on me to make sure I wasn’t stuck in the airport alone and that I managed to catch the plane and landed safely in Singapore. Thank you so much Dayu, I truly appreciate your assistance and concern. Do keep in. Touch as I will be back to Bali! Overall, some may say that furama may seem a bit dated with regards to exterior/interior of the hotel. But furama is situated right in front of the beach, stretch of bars/restaurants just minutes walk you will be spoilt by choice, mini marts is only one minute walk away, and best of all, the hotel staffs are the most genuine people there! Amazing ”
We are a young family with 3 kids under 4. We stayed here for 6 nights. It’s absolutely amazing, by far my favourite hotel I’ve stayed at in Bali. The kids water slide and pool area is fantastic, our 3yr old and 4yr old loved it. Baby also loved to splash and crawl around. They are building a play center up stairs that looks amazing and will be opening 7/9/19 (bummer we just missed out) the rooms are incredible. The staff are so lovely. The location is fantastic with 2 mini marts only meters on either side of the hotel. We had breakfast included, they always changed up a few things every day, it was always yummy. We will definitely return here again. Highly recommend!

We really enjoyed our stay at FuramaXclusive Seminyak. As a family with youg children this place was perfect with a great pool and food options withing the resort. The rooms were very clean with lots of room and the staff were very helpful with anything we needed. Definitely going back next year.

We had a 3brm apartment, rooms were spacious and clean and serviced daily. Beds were all comfortable and the Airconditoning was amazing. We were given 5 pool towel cards at checkin and requested 1 more as there was 6 guests but were advised to come back to reception at a later date if we needed the extra one. Upon check out we were charged for not handing back the 6th card that we were not given so make sure u receive one per person at checkin. We would definitely stay again but wouldn’t dine at the buffet as they were very stingy with replenishing the meat etc and the price was more expensive than anything else in the area. Security greeted us upon each arrival insuring taxi drivers were not over charging us and making sure nothing was left in the taxi. We were on the 4th floor with partial sea views but would highly recommend requesting a room with full water views. Exterior needed a good paint but had everything you needed Great location

Great spacious hotel in a good location ”
We enjoyed our stay here so much we booked again for an additional 2 nights. The staff were excellent and paid attention to detail. Room service was quick and delicious. The rooms were spotless and well-equipped. The only negative is the pool design is not conducive to swimming laps, but not an issue since you are right next to the beach. I highly recommend this hotel.

I have read some very pathetic reviews on this awesome place, Let me say after 7 beautiful nights, This is THE place to go, We got upgraded to ocean view, 3bdr unit we had was big clean cool and the staff bent over backwards for us, any small problem was attended to within minutes, The buffet wasn't huge but quite adequate, the pool was not a hot spa like most I've stayed in, and Double six area has just the right amount of shops etc, within a 15 minute walk you have all you need from australian, italian and other styles, The beach was epic stretching out to the distance, decent waves, surfboard boogy board hire, and the bean bag umbrella areas are table service while listening to surprisingly good singers, very cruizy and romantic, pina coladas watching the sunset, mini marts and commonwealth ATM just out front, we paid extra to stay till 7pm which was great as we flew out at 10,30pm. and we were safe from any Tsunamis as this place is well built.

Love our studio room. It's so cute how all the rooms have terrace entrances. It was big and spacious and above all very clean . Just steps from the beach, it's very centrally located but we really enjoyed the pool and slides even though we aren't little kids.

You can just walk across small road to the beach. And the beach is very nice, not a big wave, and nice smooth sands. We stayed in family rooms and its clean and nice. Just like the photos. In the evening they send housekeeping to our room to ask if you need something, like towels etc. which is nice, but kind of against your tag in the bathroom about saving environment by hanging your towels. So.. furama needs to made up your mind about this. Breakfast is nice and delicious, the pool also nice, although its a bit small. Overall im happy i choosed furama for our stay

The hotel is right in front of the beach. lots of restaurants and shops nearby. This place is perfect for group and family with spacious rooms. Breakfast was fantastic and staff are so helpful. Only issue was the shower drain. it was a bit blocked so bathroom was filled with water when we used the shower. However cleaning staff were coming a coupe of times a day to tidy up the room and always changed the bathmat for new dry ones, so didnt bother us much.

In front of the beach, suitable for family”
This hotel has potential, good location. Too bad the surrounding area is still inactive. Many store in seminyak is still close. Beside small waterpark, hotel also has kids playground. The hotel needs repaint, a bit spooky at night. I believe because of covid it’s not operating @100%.

We stayed for 6 nights in a 2 bedroom apartment with small children. Very tidy unit with plenty of space. Fantastic location directly across from the beach. Staff were very helpful and accommodating. Great water playground for kids. Would definitely recommend for families.

I stay here at least twice a year , The staff in tipical Bali style are friendly & helpful always Smiling and happy , the rooms are a generous size not a tiny motel size the position is the best straight across from the beach 🏖 why go any where else

I would thoroughly recommend Furama Xclusive for a stay. The hotel is suffering a little from a big need for maintenance, but in time this will happen. The rooms are large, clean and have all the amenities for an enjoyable stay. The staff are friendly and always willing to assist. The hotel is situated very close to the beach and there are restaurants and other services very close. I would not hesitate to stay there again.
