Vi hadde et fantastisk fint opphold på Hard rock hotel og det er absolutt å anbefale. Det eneste vi fant veldig negativt var at all form for drikke var uforholdsmessig dyrt. På grunn av varmen trengs det drikke gjennom hele dagen og enten det var juice, brus eller annen type drikke lå prisen langt over hva vi er vant med fra resten av Asia ( mere på norsk nivå)

Er det grunnet bassengområdet du velger hotellet, styr unna! Ligg på ett av nabohotellene, som koster vesentlig mindre, og er dessto bedre. Betal de 50-100.000 valutapengene det koster for inngang til bassenget, og du kan ha det asolutt topp her! Men styr unna dette hotellet! Og for all del; ikke finn på å velg blå avdeling i 3. etasje av de oppgraderte rommene. Disse var rett og slett ikke et Hard Rock Hotell verdi!

Exceptional! ”
We stayed for 3 nights and we want to stay longer if we could! The location is perfect, just in front of Kuta beach, many restaurants and shops around but since Covid most of the closed. In normal condition it would be even nicer. The hotel is huge, our room (Deluxe) is quite spacious for couple, very clean, modern, and has that new vibe since it has just being renovated earlier this year. Bed is super comfy and clean, bathroom is large and that shower is soooo nice. Amenities all good, movies choices in the room are very good! We have balcony and we couldn’t find anything bad about this hotel. The POOL!!! Amaaazzzing so big and the water is clear and clean, they even have the one with sands! So fun to spend time in the pool all day. Breakfast is good too. Overall, super recommended!! We will be back for sure!

Traveling with two kids, aged 5 & 8. This hotel has all there is to offer-located opposite Kuta Beach, within walking distance to Beachwalk and Discovery shopping centres, all your popular fast food joints (KFC, Maccas etc), street stalls and Poppies Lane 1 with great Warungs scattered around nearby. We were upgraded to newly renovated Deluxe Superior which was clean, well air conditioned and twice daily serviced. Free and unlimited access to movies which was such a nice thing for chill out times in the room. There are waterslides, multiple pools of varying depths to allow every age to enjoy and water play park. Even free competitions poolside for the kids to enjoy twice daily. Breakfast typical buffet offering good variety, egg bar (cooked how you like), bacon, fruit, savouries etc. Free kids gaming room with PS3 & Xbox with games changed daily. Staff always friendly and accommodating. 100% recommend this for families!!

Great Hotel, Especially for Kids”
The HRH has everything you need. You can keep it simple or go extravagant. The rooms are comfortable and well maintained. The only small complaint was there was no electrical outlet in the bathroom. The facilities at the HRH are amazing. The pool is massive and has many play options for kids from waterslides, sandy beach area, and a kiddie pool with play area. There is a swim-up bar for adults and kids. Even though my daughter didn't use it, there is a nice indoor kids facility and I saw staff doing some activities with kids around the hotel. The gym is well-supplied and there is a sauna, steam room, hot and cold baths in the locker room. The breakfast is excellent, and the HRCafe has the typical yummy HRC food. All places part of the HRH will charge to the room. Overall, the HRH is a great place to stay if you have kids despite Kuta being loud, crowded, and not so picturesque.

Best service with awesome pool and bar facility ”
My family and I had a super happy vacation in Bali with this great hotel Hard Rock Hotel Bali. The guest room looks nice, facilities are good. Our kids liked swimming pool and water park very much! We had two rooms there. For the first night I stayed in my room, there was a noise from ventilation system in bathroom. It made my sleep badly. I complained to duty manager. He was very nice! He let me keep the current room and gave me another room to sleep. Then I needn’t move all my stuffs to that new room. He was very considerate. When the day we needed to check out, the assistant manager of front desk came to my room to apologize again for the noise in my room. She approved us to have late check out until we were ready to go to the airport and gave us a plate of fruits and dinners. It was so kind of her. I definitely will recommend this hotel to all of my friends. I do believe hotel will fix the noise problem in that room.

Loved his resort despite my reservations regarding its location. The staff, the facilities, food, service, rooms, cleanliness and kids club were well and truly above and beyond what I had expected. I felt as though I was at a hidden retreat unbeknownst to what was going on beyond the 4 walls of this resort - it was bliss. If you are travelling with a family, you MUST stay here. The staff whom run the kids club are just amazing and so kind and helpful - the kids have an absolute ball. Highly recommended for families!

this is the BEST accommodation we've had during our 6 days in Bali. The staff are energetic, cheerful, and accommodating. Room is awesome. Really Awesome! The amenities in the hotel are grand. Really love their breakfast buffet, the food at the Hard Rock Cafe, their Free Photo in the facade, the free coupons to their SPA, the Private Beach Club is also something you will love about because of the quietness of the area, very relaxing id say. Private Beach Club is exclusive for guest who booked their Deluxe Premium Rooms. I could rave for a week or two about this hotel, but really If budget is not limited, go book this hotel, i am sure your stay will really be rockin' enjoyable.

We always spend 2 nights on Hard Rock Bali every time we visit Bali, because we love this hotel. What we love most about this hotel is the ambience of the hotel. The music performance from center stage at night is really great. We love it. The hotel is clean, close to Kuta beach and beach walk mall. The staff is really helpful and friendly. Definitely will stay in this hotel again..

Awesome hotel for family vacation!”
We stayed at the Hard Rock Hotel Bali for the 7th time. Almost every year we spent our vacation in Bali and staying at the Hard Rock Hotel. The hotel is still amazing, even during the pandemic situation. We stayed during a long weekend in Indonesia, and Bali just opened its tourism sector for more than 2 months, since the pandemic hit nationwide. The only thing we felt unlike the usual, that the service is quite slower. We had to wait for our breakfast being served for more than 1 hour! But we could understand the situation since the staffs are fewer than usual, and also many guests were coming during the long weekend. I hope HRH can always strive in pandemic and post pandemic. All the best!

One of a kind!”
Hard rock bali is wonderful. Its our first night hotel. They have cool and relaxing facilities. There are some parties at the bar. I guess its quite famous in Bali. Staffs are also very kind. For me, money is just worth it. Its located just infront of the beach, a neighborhood of mercure hotel and conveniently nearby the shops and mall. The receptionist notified us when the room was ready upon early check in. Its very helpful so you would know how to use your extra time, we exchanged money on the nearby western union, also very walkable from the area.

Excellent place to stay when you arrive to Bali, massive hotel and close to the beach. Live band plays everynight ontop of the bar. Beds were amzing, showers great. Every staff couldn't be more helpful and friendly they were awesome! Tv was awesome for the kids at night if they wanted to chill, all the latest movies just like what on the airline entertainment

We had great Time at the Hard Rock especially for our daughters 5th Birthday the spoilt her so much! Food is great, cleanness is excellent, such friendly staff everyone was great and locations is the best across the road is the beach and you are close to everything inc Starbucks next door!!!

Best family hotel in Bali”
If you are family with 2 children, Hard Rock Hotel is the best hotel you can find in Kuta area, or in Bali. Hard Rock Bali Hotel’s children policy very accomodates my family (with 2 children under 12 y..o), because they have room with 2 Queen beds, and free breakfast for 2 adults n 2 children under 16 y.o. Also have a large pool area, very helpful and friendly staffs, location in front of Kuta Beach, walk distance to Beachwalk Mall. And also have Center Stage and Hard Rock Cafe to chill and enjoy live music. Truly five stars hotel…

Great for family with young and older kids”
I have been to many hotels, all claimed to be kids-friendly, but hardrock hotel bali really considers children’s wellbeing. The kids programs are both entertaining and educating, and i think it should be worthwhile to have the kids follow the half or whole day children programs in the kids club. All the staff are attentive and helpful. The food was great! Really had the best family holiday experience. Will definitely come back!

hard rock is well known. so every thing was perfect as we expected. staff was very very nice. just i feel rooms were very basic and not matching with other hard rock hotels. also i feel swimming pool have so many small things which need to be cleaned.

It is the first time to visit in Hardrock Bali. My family was very happy in here. I have 3 kids. So I made a resevation Loft room for my family. It was the best choice. Staff is always kind and nice. My kids love the kidsclub and swimming pool. If I will visit Bali again, I will be in Hardrock again.

Great Location, Resort and Awesome Staff”
We stayed for 3 nights in a Deluxe room and were very happy with our stay. We have 2 young Children and they always had lots of fun with the slides and big pool. Location is great, very busy if you are not used to the surroundings of Kuta! Staff were always pleasant. Overall it was a lovely time and I would recommend families to visit the Hard Rock

Always stay in this hotel when in Bali. Very clean and very safe hotel. Great pool and also the Cabanas are very useful when still to be working while relaxing in the pool.
