Old Style Room”

I was asked if I would like to stay in the tower but this mean a further payment and I believed I had already paid more than enough for a night in the area. The reception is well decorated as well as the dining area with the breakfast an absolute joy for a foreigner in China. My only issue was the room which was old style wooden décor and the carpet was a standard striped Chinese cheap hotel carpet and it was very badly stained. The Hilton is outstanding and should be but the room itself was very disappointing.

overall the hotel's quality is acceptable comparing with the price of room. if you care about the facilities of hotel, you might need to think twice because this hotel's facilities are getting old.

Amazing Staff”

Very nice, clean, comfortable hotel. Neighbors talking loudly at 1:00am could be easily heard through the walls. Nice pool but they gave us hand towels instead of big towels. They charge for wifi unless you sign up for Hilton Honors Club.

convinience is everything!”

One thing definitely to avoid in Beijing is the traffic and this place is best located hotel in that regard, close to the business area and yet avoids all the inner city traffic and close to the expressway to the airport. Stress free travel!

Good for a short Trip”

It was ok but not great. I expected to have more variety of Food at least. Staff are not always attentive. We arrived at the airport and did not find our taxi despite asking for transport from Hotel. Their car hire was exteremely expensive for a normal car.

Lovely hotel. ”

the staff was friendly and had we're able to speak english. the breakfast is worth it. drinks are a bit on the expensive side. i did not eat at the hotel as it was over priced. the hotel location is close to shopping and subway station.

Small Rooms”

This is more of a business hotel as the room was very small. It couldn't even fit another single size bed in.The staff couldn't even upgrade us to a bigger room or provide us with an extra bed. However, the king size bed was extra large that all of us (2 adults and 2 young children) could sleep on it. Breakfast was quite good. Had a spread of food from western to chinese but coffee was lousy.Would have expected better coffee from a five star hotel.

Premiere Hotel, excellent ”

We stayed for 2 days at the Beijing Hilton at the end of our trip. The room was well furnished with high standards as well as bathroom amenities. The Bed was enormous, comfortable with awesome pillows. While it is somewhat out of the heart of Beijing the staff are friendly and speak English very well. The hotel restaurants are quite pricey though the massage prices very reasonable for a five star hotel.

Not quite 5 star”

The hotel and the rooms appear a little outdated . The lobby area has lots of chairs but was not suitable for casual business meeting. The room finish was sub-par, lacked hair dryer, Q-tip, and other details. In general, a comfortable place to stay, but not worth .

Always Superb”

walking distances to a lot of restaurants. safe environment. proximity to many banks and the famous roast duck chain restaurant in beijing. by the way, you can order 1/2 a duck instead of one if you are visiting the restaurant alone or with just 1 friend or 2. comes with free duck soup.

after staying in a terrible Chinese hotel for 1 night, it was a true blessing to come there. Opt for the newly renovated room.

Good location /beneath the value /not so helpful reception”

I always booked the hotel through agoda, this five star hotel persued me to update my room with wifi and high floor with extra paid. It's an uncomfortable feeling for three days stay. The receptions treat very differently between foreigners and local people.

Disappointed, "Hilton" meant much more in the past”

The good - the staff are attentive, the gym is great, the location is reasonably convenient. The bad - The hotel maintenance is poor, my floor smelt of sewage (and as a result so did my room), food standard was pretty average for "The Hilton", and the hotel design is a bit weird - always find yourself looking for the lift, exit, whatever. I would not choose Hilton again after this stay.

Nice service”

The check in process is quite fast, And room is spacious. The first room I was checked in had a very bad smoke smell and I requested to change room. The hotel was full that night but I was quickly checked into a disabled room. It was quite ok, clean and spacious. The lady who served me was named Sophia who is a young and pleasant lady. Counter staff don't speak very good English so might be abit tough for non Chinese speakers.

Good hotel, but service quality lacking”

it's a hilton, so, of course, the room was quite spacious, the bed excelllent and the hotel overall in a very nice condition. also, it's close to subway, which is helpful for sightseeing and getting to the airport. however, our check-in was a disaster. although we had our agoda voucher with us, the reception clerk did not find our booking in his it system and plainly told us this was our problem. a 20 min overseas call to agoda on my mobile solved the issue (and cost me eur). it turned out that someone at the hilton had missed transferring the booking into their system. so, we got our room, finally, but the clerk did not even say "sorry"! the room service was fast and the food good quality. the gym was under construction, so they put the equipment in the aisleway area on the 2nd floor. not nice, but ok. however, they turned off the lights at 11 pm although we were still working out. somehow strange... breakfast is good, but totally overpriced. overall, the beijng hilton seems to have enough business travellers, so they don't really care about the others. you might want to spend the money for your weekend trip somewhere else. at least, that's what we will do.

Ideal hotel for my business needs”

this was a typical hilton hotel, it had evrything i needed for my stay. the rooms were comfortable and roomy. i didn't eat in the hotel so i am unable comment on the quality of the meals. if you want somewhere clean, comfortable and with all the amenities you need then look nofurther, this is the place for you.
