We’re really impressed with the hospitality of the hilton’s staff. They will help with your queries and also give great recommendation of restaurant. Hyde park is in-front of the hotel. Great breakfast The location is perfect, there are 2 tubes near the hotel, walk around 3-5 mins. Although the room is small, but fits 2 big luggage. Overall we’re happy to stay and it’s recommended!

I love this hotel as the room view is good! And the location is convenient as well! Also, Bathtub is a matter for me. Last but not least, The Concierge Staffs are very polite and full of passion to work.

This hotel is just outside Queensway station (central line) and opposite one of Hyde's park entrance! Both a major plus for travellers with young kids.... There's a grocery (Sainsbury) nearby along with fast food places and restaurants. There's also an asian/oriental grocery nearby.

It was our first time to stay in Hilton London Hyde Park and we super love the location! We would always stay near the Queensway station everytime we are in London because we are addicts for Chinese food and there were lots of Chinese restos in this area so we were ecstatic! Plus there were several groceries nearby and Hyde park was just in front of our hotel so we would have leisurely strolls in the afternoon a lot! We love parks and greeneries! There was also a bus stop nearby if we wanted to go to Oxford or Picadilly so that was super convenient too! Highly recommended!

My single room was excellent. ”
Pros: - Breakfast was included. Excellent continental breakfast. - Excellent location. The hotel is right smack in front of the entrance to Hyde Park and literally next door to Queensway tube station. - Excellent room quality. The whole hotel was recently refurbished so the quality is top notch. - Excellent room service. Cons: - Not exactly affordable. At around GBP 200+ per night for a single room, it’s not exactly cheap but you definitely get for what you pay for. Would highly recommend.

Staff and location is very good. Room is clean. However , the check in is only at 3 pm. Room is very small. The prices for such room is very high I believe. But it is clean room. Good room for 1 person. Thanks for allowing late check out.

Fantastic location opposite Hyde Park. Staff were so friendly. Rooms spacious and well appointed. (Note Agoda shows a fitness centre but there isn’t one - apart from the massive park of course)

Superb location but...”
Superb location but don't expect anything else... House keeping was not done and when we returned at 7pm in the evening, we checked with the concierge but a staff told us it's common for housekeeping to be late during this period. We left the hotel at 9am. So they can't do housekeeping in 10 hours...

Not Hilton quality ”
Unfortunately this hotel isn’t the usual Hilton quality that we are used to. Although a beautiful exterior, the hotel inside is dated, tiny rooms, uncomfortable bed and no amenities such as gym/pool. For the price you are paying I would recommend going to an alternative Hilton as the others we have stayed are a lot better.

This unique building allows us to offer rooms in all shapes and sizes, which is not only the reason for us to offer different room categories, but also gives each room its own outlet and design. Furthermore, as a Boutique hotel, there is no space available for facilities such as gym or swimming pool, hence we do not advertise these features.
