Lovely stay in the centre of Aliacnte .”
The room was spacious with excellent a/c. Wonderful selection at breakfast . All staff were friendly and efficient . Very close to the marina and beach. 10 mins walk to shops and restaurants . The hotel looks large but there are only 5 rooms per floor so not hundreds of people staying there which was a nice surprise.

Management of the hotel gave us a lovely surprise of a complimentary bottle of champagne and 2 desserts delivered to our room for my birthday which was a very nice touch indeed.could not fault this hotel

An expensive option for what it is”
The room was strange - 2 tiny rooms and smelled really bad of sewage. Not what 4* hotel should.. Pity because the location is great! Breakfast was fine.

The view ”
The view is the best part of the hotel. The only things that put me off going to this hotel again was the cleanliness. We got into the room and it was so dusty and other peoples body hair all over and under the bed sheets. The bath tub was dirty too which we had to clean ourselves. The breakfast was unfortunately not suitable for vegetarians. Extremely limited options for Muslims/and vegetarians

Good location but the staff does not seem friendly. No tea coffee making facilities even in premium room. No sound insulation between rooms. You can hear everything the traveller in the next room is going. Breakfast is basic.

We booked a room with double bed but we ve got 2 single beds. We asked the staff(woman) to changed to double bed. She told us we needed to pay more for double bed. Everything we asked her to change it , double bed , high floor, quiet room etc. we needed to pay it extra. She told us “ it s not your category that we pay it”. Thanks you very much for your very very kindnesses. One time and last time for this hotel.

Alicante escape”
Picked this hotel because of its close proximity to the Port and old town. Clean but you will be wakened with doors banging first thing in the morning. Don’t think much insulation/deafening in the building as it’s an older design. Breakfast wasn’t available unless by request. We were told the restaurant didn’t open until midday. Staff were friendly. We had a sideways view of the port but a great view of Alicante Castle. Fine for a short stay.

Fantastic view”
We only stayed one night and were out most of the time so don't have much to say. The room was very nice and the front desk staff was very friendly and professional. We upgraded to a room on the 22nd floor. The view of the castle and the sea was unbeatable...The location is perfect with the beach,the castle and many restaurants right out the front door. The lift was small and slow, but we had no long waits up or down. All in all, great accommodations.

Everything was very good, but the breakfast was firdt started 07.30, and when you leave Hotel early for a plane, you missed that :( could and should started 06.30

Best location ”
The hotel is place right in centrum. It's a nice staff and the room is cleaned. The hotel is a little worn down but other than that it's a nice hotel. The bathroom is cleaned though it took a while for the hot water to come. Make sure to get a room above the ten floors to get a good view over the water, beach and castle. The breakfast is 10 eu if you order a day before otherwise it 15 eu it's a bit expensive but totally worth the money, it's such a good buffet with many choices. We were there for three days and chose one of the days to eat at a cafe outside the hotel and even though it was ten eu less we regretted it because it was poor choice compared to what the hotel buffet offered.

I asked to chang the room because it was different what i booked but she just said they doesn't have other room. It was't season so there are enough room to change. The hotel is worst hotel ever.!
