Great location & price. Staff were cordial but not welcoming. Nonsmoking rooms were next door to smoking rooms. Each night I could smell the smoke from the adjacent room. Not good for someone with allergies to smoke.

Good location, facilities and functional room”

Literally just opposite the JR Kushiro Station and Bus Station. Near grocery shops. 15 mins walk to fisherman's wharf MOO and EGG. Have microwave oven on the 4th Floor for instant food prep or to cook your own food. The room has a a bit more space to move about for a single room. Good public bath.

A comfortable hotel near Kushiro station”

The hotel was a little old but it was still clean and comfortable for us. Staff was friendly and helpful. Love the 'entertainment corner' where we have access to wide range of Manga (unfortunately not in English), and free supper (pot of warm rice with pickles and tea pack) and a massage chair. The Onsen was small but we love it. We had our dinner there which were reasonable price but taste was average. The location was very good, being next to Kushiro station. We enjoyed our stay here very much.

Pleasurable hotel near from JR Kushiro Station”

Last spring break, I stayed two night at Hotel Crown Hills Kushiro. Based my opinion, this hotel is located very near from JR Kushiro Station. Around 5 minutes by walking. The receptionist is very helpful. They borrow us the umbrella when it was rain without any charges. They could speak little English but they need to improve their English skill. The room is very pleasurable. There is a big window inside and we can see a view from the room. The room is little bit small. The king bed and the pillow was quite comfortable. The bathroom is very comfortable and clean. There is a shampoo, body wash, hair conditioners, tooth brush,tooth paste, and hair dryer inside the bathroom. Overall I was pleased by the room, cleanliness, friendly personnel, free wifi, quite room, and bath room. I will stay in this hotel again when I am in Kushiro.

Value for money”

It is near JR station and bus terminal, so it is very convenience, Food is great with great night view restaurant on the 10/F, worth to try. though it is a convenient hotel, the room space is enough, not feeling too small. In general this is quite a good hotel for staying in Kushiro.

Good Location”

The staff at the front desk are not friendly. Doesn’t seem enticing to approach them and no smile. However those cleaners and staff at the restaurant at 10th floor are quite nice. I stayed for 4 nights and i only get 1 small mineral water for 1 day. I thought that is quite standard each day you stay you get a bottle of water, some other hotel give 2 bottles a day too. Location is good is just in-front of Kushiro Bus Terminal. Theres a massage chair and free coffee at night.

Everythings is OK. But almost all The Sfaff only speak Japanese. Be prepare with complate info to go to Kushiro because it’s so difficult to make an English communication.

Old but convenient ”

The hotel is all covered up on the outside for renovation so there is hardly any view and/or one would not bother opening the curtain. The room is tiny and old but have all you need for an overnight stay. Parking is JPY500 for a night which is very good price.

Just OK!”

Overall, I would say it is a marginal average. Staff is a bit disappointing in service, no smiling at all. BTW, it is under construction right now, if you are driving you may not be able to see the hotel.

poor staff performance”

staff did not mention to use lan cable to release wifi during check in. we have spent all night to fix the wifi. when we inquired wifi problem next morning, reception staff just gave the lan cable. however, it was too late and we had to leave. absolutely disappointed for staff did not give the lan cable during intake but not check out.

good food in neighbourhood, outdoor onsen, souvenir shop”

There are a number of good izakayas in the neighbourhood that were a short walk away. Outdoor onsen was enjoyable. However the temperature of onsens were limited and may not be comfortable for everyone. Staff able to speak Chinese too!

Nice location. Room too small”

The location is quite nice. Walking distance to the fish market. But the room is really too small! We have to put our luggage right outside the toilet, and after we open up the luggage, there's no space to cross the room.

Comfortable”

Had a room which was near the lift lobby. Convenient. Room was clean although a bit too small. Toilet was definitely small but compensated by the toiletries provided. Overall experience very good. Just 5 mins to JR station and bus station. Real good location
