Incredibly luxe hip hotel”
We opted for this hotel for 6 nights to complete our trip to Bali and what a wonderful way to end it! We originally booked a cheaper hotel but decided to splurge a little so although we ended up paying £120 per night, it was really worth it. Aesthetically, it’s a beautiful, unique hotel with lots of original design features, very much 5* quality and has beautifully landscaped gardens with three pool options- Sugarsands, the in house beach club, the main pool and a secret garden pool (just for adults). We were upgraded to a gorgeous superior room as I had fractured my wrist earlier in the holiday and was recovering from surgery. The room we were given was amazing and had THE most comfortable king bed with super soft bed linen, very clean and I liked the extra touches like supplying upon request, free citrus fruit to squeeze your own juice in the room. The rooms were cleaned every day along with a nightly turn down service. The breakfast included the options of either A La Carte at Sugarsands or the buffet breakfast in the main restaurant. Both options were totally delicious and I couldn’t imagine you’d want more in terms of quality and range. We ate dinner one night at Salon Bali which was very intimate with a “Heston Blumental” kind of meal .with lots of little complimentary elements. Throughout the stay, the staff were always there to assist, friendly and accommodating - we were allowed to check out later and then offered the spa to get ready for our flight. I can’t think of anything I’d remark negatively on aside from the fact that occasionally we noticed that the pool staff allowed a couple of families with single children to use the Secret Garden pool which spoiled the tranquility so I would suggest that . The other thing I should mention is that the hotel doesn’t have its own private beach area; the beach club Sugarsands, oils out over it but there’s a small road to cross in order to swim in the sea. One of my best stays in Bali ”
Beautiful resort and surroundings, and every staff on site was so warm, friendly and helpful throughout my stay. There is a main pool and a more private pool which is shaded by greenery and very serene. double six beach can be accessed via a private gate from hotel compound and the sunset view is breathtaking. Room and bed are very clean, comfortable with housekeeping done twice a day. Breakfast was great and I recommend having it at Sugarsand with a nice view of the pool and beach. All the service staff were friendly and attentive especially Ms Chandra who was exceptional, remembering my coffee order by day 2 and coming around to make sure I was well taken care of. Indigo Bali is top notch and I had a wonderful stay with them - hope to come back soon!

Great hotel in great location”
The rooms are nicely done, with comfortable bed and pillows, nice showers, with nice swimming facilities including at the Secret Garden where the jacuzzi is. The hotel is located right at Double Six beach which is a happening place. When we were there, we saw for two days, parachutists landing on the beach right in front of the hotel! The Sugarsand restaurant is a good place to chill as it has good music and overlooks the sea. Whats best of the hotel is that at any time of the day, there is always a gentle breeze blowing. Just a great place to relax and enjoy.

Everything is perfectly perfect! ”
Extremely friendly and accommodating staffs, tasty food, very good drinks. We really loved and enjoyed their breakfast buffet so much. We've been traveling around the world a lot and we have stayed in a few hotels in Bali and all we can say is Hotel Indigo has the best breakfast buffet with top notch customer service. During breakfast you can request your own fresh juice like you can choose whatever fruits you want and as many fruits as you want and they will freshly make juice for you. Their coffee and tea selections during breakfast was also very nice. You can choose whatever type of coffee you want be it mocha, latte, cappuccino, americano, expresso etc. The waiters/waitresses will come check on you once in awhile to offer more coffee/tea. The afternoon tea set at the Pottery Cafe is also very nice. It includes unlimited coffee and tea and you can change your drink around if you want to try different drinks and it's for free (coffee and tea only)

Exceptional”
The grounds are incredibly clean and beautifully designed. Service all-around is super quick and courteous, and they'll help you out with everything you need from transport to recommendations of things to do and places to go, etc. We got a Partial Ocean View room -- so glad we did since we got a bigger balcony, some view of the beach but also not close to the center courtyard or pool to get any noise from there. Beautiful and comfy room. I only wish the beach was private so we can get chairs and towels out there, but overall a wonderful stay. We can't wait to go back!

Exceeded expectations”
Having been to Bali numerous times, decided to try out Indigo. Looking at their concept seems interesting, design adapting to local flavors. However, if not executed well, a theme like Indigo Seminyak could go awfully wrong. But they got everything spot on (well almost everything, except the swimming pool rails, which could have been just designed more subtly). The lobby is beautiful, the rooms are well appointed, designed tastefully and cleverly and the hotel went all out in using premium construction material. Staff is very friendly. Breakfast selection was limited but served quality food. Coffee and tea were excellent. Location wise, is debatable but it is nice to be in a quiet area where access to the busy Legian/Seminyak/Petitenget area is not far by taxi. Overall exceeded expectations, will definitely return. (2 things in my own subjective opinion, which would make the hotel perfect for its category if modified, are the pool hand railings and the room rugs under the bed, both our connecting rooms had the rugs snipped off at the edges, don’t know why).

Great rooms and service ”
Here you can have a luxury and facilities of a 5 start rooms and resort yet direct access to the beach and many beach bars and restaurants. The main area of Kuta and Seminyak Eat street are within walking distance. (Use the beach as is quicker) my brother even walked via the beach to Finns (30-40min) Ku De Ta is 10 min. Fresh oranges are delivered to your room upon request for free and they have a juicer in the room. Plunger and espresso coffeee along with teas is also available. Mini fridge provides beer, wine, spirits and juices but these are expensive as expected however I’ve never understood why hotels don’t make them cheaper. You have the choice of two restaurants for breakfast. However stick to the buffet as the coffees were of a high standard but the same couldn’t be said for Sanderland so I only went there the once. I think the breakfast buffet provides a better breakfast too. In all you will not be disappointed in this hotel.

Classy and Artistic escape in Seminyak”
What an amazing hotel. The atmosphere is incredible, the decor is breathtaking and the staff are top class. The entire hotel has been perfectly designed and fitted out to set the perfect Bali holiday mood. Facilities are clean and staff always willing to help. Only wished the pool had ocean views, but then again Indigo is a bit of an escape from all of that and has beautiful leafy garden views. Definitively coming back :)

Luxury in Bali!! ”
5 stars is what this place really is. From the time you walk into the lobby, you know you are in for luxury at its finest. Staff were amazing, the entire place extra clean. The selection of pools on offer give you the option of relaxing in the quiet and privacy or beside the bar and swimming lengths. The rooms are lush, huge shower which walks through to the outdoor terrace and a glam makeup spot with 180 mirrors. I will be staying here again. Thank you Indigo, you have a beautiful facility.

Pleasantly surprised ”
First impression of the hotel, the check in process and how you are greeted and treated while you make your way to your room is what makes a great experience and a great start to a holiday. Indigo met all my needs. We spent 5 nights at the hotel. I was responsible for booking the hotel and I was absolutely 100% happy with my choice. The minute we entered the hotel, my partner sighed and said, this is amazing! The staff sit you down and complete the check in process and the stay moving forward was smooth! I cannot complain about anything. I loved it! FYI hotel is right next to double six and the beach is opposite the hotel. BEST LOCATION. You have to walk about 5 minutes to get to the market. Book this hotel.

We had a great week celebrating my wife’s birthday in our own private pool villa. The Buttler and team at Indigo were outstanding. Hotel and facilities were clean and well maintained. On the last night, we had a BBQ dinner cooked onsite by our own chef. It was the perfect way to make our stay even more memorable. I highly recommend it for anyone staying in a villa. Looking forward to returning next time with the family.

Fantastic Hotel ”
- Staff was extremely friendly and helpful throughout our stay here. - Breakfast was excellent with a wide variety of choices, even for those with special dietary restrictions. (i.e. gluten free options, various types of yoghurt, fresh juices) - Pottery cafe was a cosy place for coffee and afternoon tea - Room was well furnished, spacious and television comes with Chromecast for phone mirroring. - Location is a short walk to the streets of Seminyak. - Amazing facilities, gym very well equipped - Choice of 2 breakfast locations, 1 by the beach - Complimentary lunch was served when room was not ready in time - Amazing customer service. Honeymoon February 2020”
My wife and I spent 4 nights here on the last leg of our honeymoon. We couldn’t have picked a better hotel. Perfect location right on the beach, great pools with swim up food/ drink service, and extremely comfortable rooms. Online reviews always help us finalize our hotel picks when traveling - We both have said countless times we would stay here again and again.

Amazing hotel ”
The staff in this hotel have the most amazing customer service skills. You are made to feel welcome from the minute you arrive . Hotel is one of the best places we have stayed. From the lobby to the restaurants to the room cannot fault a single thing. Will definitely stay here again . One particular staff member by the name of Sriyanto ! What an amazing person. This person obviously loves his work and it shows. Went above and beyond to make us welcome. All in all the Balinese style of this hotel is absolutely mind blowing with a whole lot of class.

Instagrammable Hotel”
Excellent hotel with 'instagrammable' contemporary decor. Very luxurious feel from the moment you drive into its expansive courtyard. The grounds are meticulously well kept. Pricey but you get your money's worth. Staff across were extremely attentive, helpful and cheerful! Very impressed with the level of hospitality. The room was tastefully designed and very spacious considering ours was the standard room. Do ask for pool or garden view as ours was the block facing another hotel facade but this didn't take anything away from the beautiful room.

Great Stay”
The Hotel is awesome. Super clean, staff is amazing , warm, welcoming and always smiling. Great breakfast, super location, right on the beach and not far from the shopping area. We received daily amenities , even a bottle of Champaign which was really unexpected. The spa is great , so is the pool. Highly recommended!

Value for money”
Since we paid 1/3 of what they usually charged, it's definitely value for money. But IF/WHEN they charged its full price, it'll be a bit overpriced. Facilites, cleanliness, etc was top notch, spacious room, high speed internet (220 mbps.. wow.. just wow!!) nothing to complain. Will definitely come back there for a fair price.

Very good service, sparkling clean, stylish and eye catching hotel. Nice inviting pool, comportable daybed and outdoor seating. Especially, they let us check out late and check in early, which is very convenient and helpful for family with a small kid like us. We did have a pleasant stay there. Highly recommend.

Excellent new hotel by the beach”
Spent an excellent 3 nights here. New hotel - celebrating 5 years in 2022. Friendly staff. Excellent breakfast spread. Two beautiful pools. Large room. Chromecast. Rain shower and normal shower. Body lotion in the toilet which isn’t all that common, even for 5 star hotels here in Bali. Great range of lighting settings in the room. Beautiful art in the room and throughout the hotel. Sugarsand has great drinks.

We really enjoyed our honeymoon at Indigo Oasis Room and also Wangsa One Bedroom Villa. The hotel is really huge with great facilities like a really large and beautiful pool, great gym, and easy access to the beach. The food is delicious with lots of variety as well. The room and the villa is absolutely amazing with unique modern interior. The service is also great!!!! Definitely will come back when in Bali ☺️
