Glimrende”
staffs are good, especially the security guy. He said hi with a smily face every time we met. The house keeping ladies are great! Room is new and clean. The location is great but sooo many traffic after 3pm and plus quite far from MRT. You need to have a car if you stay there or use the motor bike(win) if you need to get to MRT( quite dangerous the way they drive, be careful!). Over all, I was happy and will visit again for sure!
Jazzotel staying as solo traveler ”

I wanted to check out the minute I sat on the bed. The hardest hotel bed I have slept in. First hotel I have visited that provides only ONE pillow. Pool with missing/cracked tiles. It will easily cut your feet if you are unaware. Breakfast only had limited selections. The food was also cold, dry and hard. It wasn't good either. Staffs didn't bother to lay the table with utensils, didn't bother clear the plates on my table and I was the only one trying out their terrible breakfast. Front desk staffs shouldn't be in the service industry at all. No one smile or greeted me. "Have reservation?" was the only words I heard from them. Showed them my passport, the guy disappeared for about 5 minutes. Came back with ONE key card with sticker written with room number sticked onto a blank white keycard, he shoved the keycard to me and that's it. No staff came to help with the luggage. Went up to my room, wasn't the room type I booked. When back down to tell the staff, fortunately he changed it for me. Room number was a written piece of paper sticked onto the door. Only saving grace for this hotel is that the bathroom water was clean and strong. Will never go back. Not a single staff smiled or greeted me through out my entire time there. But I guess this is what you get for the price offered.

Hotel is very clean and rooms are modern and comfortable. Breakfast is definately acceptable. There is plenty parking if you have a car. Loads of restaurants, shops on the doorstep.
Nice and modern room ”
Nice & spacious room but can be more clean. House keeping can be improved. Close to a small building that has a few nice restaurants and 7-11.
