Great staff, location, and price.”
This hotel gave me a pleasant surprise, with clean and bright rooms complemented by a great view of the ocean. Breakfast was great with a variety of fruits and other foods. The staff are very helpful, especially the two managers and Anna, who helped me acquire a police report when I lost something, turning the usually time consuming activity into just a mere hour or two. The only flaw to the hotel is that the room’s water temperature could fluctuate a bit depending on the time you use it, and the water pressure is also not very strong. Nevertheless, the hotel has a great atmosphere; and with the staff’s friendliness and willingness to help, I will definitely recommend this hotel.

We didn't like the standard room so upgraded to a superior room...so glad we did as staying in the standard would have spoiled our stay. Facilities was very nice...lovely pool and right on the beach. All the reception staff were very nice and most helpful. It was my husbands birthday while we were there and they presented him with a birthday cake...nice touch.

Book 3 nights , swimming pool is big and i spent alot of time there, walked furher down theres the beach and beach bar with live band at the night. Close to shops/restaurant and 15/20 minutes walk to night market. Staff are helpful and always reply with a smile, breakfast was nice. Will stay again

Overall good but often noisy”
Best location On Phu Quoc. Lots of places around to eat and get coffee. Beach is great when the wind is blowing east to west (December). Mind that when the wind goes west to east there's trash on the west coast beaches. Guests are mainly Russian and Chinese. Both think it's a good idea to bring small kids to a tropical country and the hotel walls are thin. Expect lots of noise as some guests walk their screaming kids in the hallway to share the joy of traveling with toddlers with everyone. I had to walk over to my neighbor to tell him to shut his door while his kid was having a tantrum. Also there are strange mechanical noises at night. In summary: bring earplugs! Breakfast is quite good, especially the omelette. Airport transfer is a cool bonus.

My family and I spent 4 days at Kim Hoa resort. Everything from the time we arrived at the airport until we left met our expectations. The staff are fantastic and very friendly. Nice pool and beach. We would stay there again.

At Kim Hoa we have two types of mattresses for bed, Kim Dan mattress for Standard room there is one of the best brands in Viet Nam, and mattress for Superior room and Bungalow room. During your stay please contact us any time for further assistance, we can set up an extra bed sheet or change to a softer bed if there are available. Superior rooms locating in main building is close to pool & beach....”
Good points: (1) Reasonable price with very nice breakfast which has slight alteration of main dishes every day. (2) Locating just beyond the busy commercial road with lots of restaurants and supermarkets, walking to night market takes 15 mins only. (3) Helpful front desk staff for arranging daily land/ cruise tour with Red River Tour which is good and reasonably priced i.e. US$18-26. (4) Not that many Mainland Chinese guests, most are Caucasians especially Russians. (5) The 2 stories main building is very close to the pool and convenient for accessing the beach within 1 min by using the stairs. (6) Airport transfer is very punctual. (7) Balcony is a plus for hanging wet suits, if you bring a rope . (8) The garden & plant is relaxing and it is much better than Thian Tien Resort( 5 stars) next door. At least you do not need to walk a long way back to your room from the pool/ beach especially when you are wet through. *** Shower water not very hot after 6 pm***

Great location right on the beach with an infinity pool. Staff is good and friendly and helpful. Hotel is overall clean and very quiet. Rooms are outdated and old. Shower has hot water which is a big positive. Internet is fast and reliable. Only takes less than 5 minutes to walk up to the main street where there is an abundance of restaurants and entertainment. Only 20 min to the airport. Amazing sunsets. Great value for money.

Great ambience with all the greenery u need to spend a good holiday break. Location is too awesome (at the beach), good friendly staff. My family loved it and will visit again in future. Already recommended few friends and 2 of them already booked for their stay.

Nice hotel, reasonable spot, not enough loungers for the pool/size of hotel, overpaid for New Years could only recommend if it was more reasonably priced. New Years meal was very dissapointing and priced at 70 USD pp which they incorporated into our room price at a 'discount'. In reality you can get a great seafood meal served to you at a local resteraunt for a fraction of the price. Breakfast was also mediocre compared to others during the Holiday

We have got a problem with our flight delayed so we need to reschedule the shuttle service. But because of a lack of communication, the staff at the reception shouting on me and very rude. Don't you think the people who work at the reception should be patient and polite to the guests? Anyway, staff who speak ENG help us very well. But only one is so rude.

Plus: + Central location + Clean pool Minus: + Beach looking bungalow was terribly overpriced, for two reasons. First, the room (of about 20m2) had a double bed and a permanent extra bed, so the area we could use was very tight. Then, the front beach was always full of sunbathers, not as in the picture, so it was inconvenient to leave window and door open. + Many mosquitoes so we could not enjoy the balcony and the beach at night. There are also black mosquitoes in the room
