Vi bodde her kun en natt og ville ha et hotell som var nærme strand, restauranter og shopping. Dette hotellet lå velig bra til, mforuten bilveien som skiller hotellet fra stranden så var alt veldig bra. Deilig basseing og bar område med lounger, musikk, god service. Vi ble oppgradert til deluxe premium rom når vi ankom - uten å ha spurt om det. DEt var en kjemp fint og stort rom med en gigantisk himmelseng:) veldig sentralt og anbefales!

Vi pleier ikke å bo særlig flott, men fikk et godt tilbud på agoda. Da vi ankom ble vi møtt av en hyggelig portier og hyggelig omgivelser. Velkomstdrink, varm klut og hyggelige smil. Rommet var fantastisk og lå bak i en slags hage med steinkoridorer. Badet var moderne og rent, rommet var flott og utstyrt med morgenkåper, sandaler, paraplyer og stråhatter. Det var også en minibar med ikke alt for stive priser. Hotellet ligger sentralt til ved kutastranden rett over gata. Man kan lett få tak i taxi utenfor hotellet. Husk å be om taximeter, ikke fiksa pris. Eneste å utsette på hotellet var litt stive priser i baren. Det beste med hotellet var den deilige frokosten. Det var svært mye å velge. De har en kokk som lager egget slik du ønsket. Det er masse å velge å ha i omeletten. Bufféen ellers består av ost, skinke, brød, frukt, grønnsaker, pølser, kylling, nuddelretter, grillede grønnsaker, supper, syltetøy, kaker, pannekaker, puddinger og fire typer juice. Mmm, deilig. Masse mer deilig. Området er også svært rolig. Ikke høy musikk og støy. Du hører forøvrig trafikken, men ikke fra rommene.

hadde et fint opphold på kuta seaview. dette hotellet så nærme stranden som det går an på kuta, men merk at det er en bilvei mellom hotell og stranden slik at den eksklusive resort følelsen forsvinner litt. god mat på restauranten og alle som jobber der er veldig hyggelige.

Our Best Vacations”
I am traveling to Bali from 15 to 18 June 2022, with a family consisting of seniors and children. The hotel provides facilities that are never found in any hotel. The condition of the room is very clean complete with a bath-up. There are two free drinking bottles available. In the room, there is an ironing board, iron, hair dryer, kimono, hemp hat, hemp bag, and an umbrella. Breakfast is complete with a choice of western menus and Balinese specialties. Facilities for hats, hemp bags, and umbrellas that can be borrowed during sightseeing. Swimming pool with warm water, open until 20.00. The pool is highly recommended for children to play in. In front of the hotel, there is pizza at night. The location of the hotel is very close to the Beachwalk Mall, there is a culinary Babi Guling Bali - called Men Gede, in the poppies alley. Alfamart, KMart, and minimarket needs are very close. The hotel area is very natural, with lots of beautiful plants, and gardens along the hallway leading to the lobby and rooms. The arrangement of the plants and ponds is very beautiful and when the night is dimmed with lights ...it's very pleasant... One more thing ... in the room there is a digital scale ... so you will know how much weight gain during the holidays ho ho ho :D

Balinese Hospitality and Service as its Best”
You won't be disappointed. I've stayed at around 12 different places in Bali in the last few years, our stay was perfect. Seemless arrival and check in, the staff here are amazing, the property is VERY well maintained and looked after you will see many staff to greet and assist you and around the property maintaining and cleaning. Great Balinese feel, location is right next to Beachwalk with Kuta Beach right in front. If you want convenience, comfortable rooms, great aircon (that they put on and leave on!), amazing buffet choices - a place that you know you will get what you pay for and have a lovely experience, book Kuta Seaview. This is my first review and I've stayed in over 12 places in Bali, this place was worth a review.

Traditional resort in a perfect location opposite the beach between Poppies 1 and Poppies 2”
Kuta Seaview Boutique Resort is a beautiful quiet and traditional resort directly opposite Kuta beach midway between Poppies 1 and Poppies 2. Gardens are immaculately kept in traditional Balinese style. Rooms are modern and well appointed with a porch or deck to enjoy a soothing drink from. They are cleaned daily but you will have to ask for towels if you don’t leave them out ... but always happily obliged thereafter. Poolside lounges give you a great sunset view at dusk but drinks and food from the bar can be a little pricey for Kuta. But I guess that subsidises the sunset serenading musicians who play each evening. Service and staff are accomodating with a friendly smile at all times, nothing is too much effort. We’d certainly stay again.

On the beach and value for money”
We were looking for something close to airport and a little quieter than the run of the mill larger resorts along Kuta/Legian to finish off our latest trip to Bali. We found this to be a very reasonable price with breakfast included. Apart from the restaurant being on one of Bali's busiest roads you hear nothing from most if not all rooms in the resort. The pool was clean and well looked after with Ph and chlorine levels tested and noted on a board daily. Speaking of the restaurant the buffet breakfast was quite comprehensive with both western and Indonesian cuisine. Also the food from the restaurant at others times was tasty and good price. every one we spoke to was enjoying their stays at Seaview. Staff were extremely friendly and always helpful when needed

Perfect honeymoon stay ”
We stayed here for a couple of days to rest and explore Kuta before we traveled to Ubud. This place was beyond perfect! Such an intimate feel and everyone was so kind and helpful. The rooms were clean and then breakfast was excellent. We also tried their lunch and dinner and everything was delicious. Perfect location and close to the shopping mall and local markets. We walked everywhere. They have a promotion for guests for the spa. We did the spa promotion but we went to local spas nearby that were much cheaper for more massages. We will definitely use this hotel again.

Location and the hotel was great! From the Lobby, Garden area to the halls of the hotel building and our room! We were assigned to the farthest room with a view of an old building but nevertheless, the room is clean and nice; you can feel the balinese concept all throughout; though the smell of the wax on the floor was a bit strong maybe because I asked for an early check-in and the team doesn't have time to really deodorise it properly. Staff was not as warm as what I am expecting. The check-in was smooth. I was advised on the waiting time for our room to be available. Will definitely be back to this hotel! :)

Great Hotel opposite the beach”
Second time at Kuta Seaview Boutique resort and once again 11 out of 10 From the moment you are greeted the staff ensure nothing is too much travel. I swapped rooms easily (preferred the greenery of 2 over rooftop 3) and even had the room cleaned towels changed for a late checkout. Gardens are tropical and beautiful and poolside lounges overlooking the beach amazing. Rooms are top shelf, beds so comfortable and pillows soft. Air conditioning top shelf and balconies beautifully furnished. And breakfast just amazing, the best in Bali. Thanks once again for a lovely stay.

I booked this hotel online after reading some reviews and it far surpassed my expectations. I stayed in a villa with a wonderful lanai overlooking the garden path near the wonderful pool and it was so serene and delightful! The breakfast is expansive and in fact I ate several meals there (B, L, D) because the cuisine was so delectable. It has a European flare ~ unpretentious food that marries European and Indonesian flavours. One night I joined in on the Indonesian Satay BBQ and it was some of the best Satay I have ever had! They had live music every night that added to the wonderful ambiance. The service was exceptional - in particular a couple of the front desk and wait-staff really made me feel welcome. Location - perfect! Across the street from the beach to watch the sunset and enjoy the waves. Plus, it's close to all the other neighboring communities (Seminyak, Legian, et). If you have a chance to stay here, DO!

Without a doubt one of my favourite hotels I have stayed in during my time in Kuta! Upon arrival I was warmly welcomed by the staff and general manager. It’s a genuinely happy welcome and whoever’s on the front desk is always ready to help with bookings, recommendations or – in my case – surfboard hire. The senior members of staff have an uncanny way of remembering everyone’s name. The bar staff are ever-smiling and will happily chat to you about waves while making your cocktail or coffee. The staff were extremely friendly, the restaurant very flexible and the restaurant supervisor deserves a special thanks. All respect for the general manager who does a great job here; a true sample of excellent hospitality!

So i lost my wallet in a Grab taxi first day checking in and the front desk guy Henry went to bat for me. He went above and beyond for me to get my wallet back. The room was clean, classy, and was 5 star worthy. Swimming pool area was clean and literally a hop away from the beach. If you go to kuta, book this hotel eyes closed, you wont regret it

Beautiful clean resort in great location ”
This boutique hotel is located between Poppies 1 & 2 with only the road separating you from the beach. Inside it is a quiet place with one very nice pool area and winding garden walkways. As soon as you step onto the street you have so many shopping, market, eating and beach options all within meters. So much to choose from and the best of both worlds in busy Kuta. Staff are fabulous, the breakfast is extensive for a boutique hotel and there is plenty of space both at breakfast and around the pool. We booked a premium cottage, location was only 20 meters or so from the pool and so quiet. Room size was big enough with a small lounge inside plus a balcony lounge. Garden view was lovely and the room was very clean, in Bali style even though a little dated. We were really impressed with this great small hotel and would highly recommend it as very cost effective accommodation with great service and we have stayed in many different hotels, resort hotels and villas previously in Bali

Thoroughly enjoyed our stay here.The resort location is perfect, 3 min walk to The Beachwalk shops and about 8 mins to the matahari. Poppies 1 and 2 located very close by.The rooms were spotless and contained eveything we needed for our 5 night stay.Staff are very friendly and always take the time to say hello.Breakfast was beautiful with an extensive range of foods to choose from. The pool area was very relaxing. I would not hesitate in recommending this resort.My husband and I will definitely be back.

The best place to stay at Kuta”
Great Balinese style resort and best location for surfing, shopping at Kuta, The staff are attentive and friendly, always ready with a greeting or smile. Proactively remind guests of check out time on the last night. Staff are also happy to assist in delaying check-out time if needed. Breakfast is in the Italian restaurant Rosso Vivo, with very AWESOME quality environment and dining. The spa is also excellent, especially after surfing session. Will definitely stay here again.

Kuta Seaview is on the beach road of Kuta. Once you are inside you completely forget the hustle and bustle of Kuta. Pool area is very relaxing with good afternoon entertainment at the restaurant. Our room was great. The breaky buffet had everything you could think of to eat for breakfast. Staff were all friendly and made sure we were well looked after. Had a great holiday there and would return.
