Worst OYO branded hotel so far...”

Firstly I was greeted with "how much did you pay" not in English sure. At reception guy insisted on looking up my phone (himself)for the amount I paid. Room was ok very old no renovation with a dusty phone with out a cord. Mini fridge empty. TV only with local channels. Worst part was bathroom. Sink was clogged. For some reason they had like 6 toothbrushes stacked same with shampoo but few of them were already used and sticky. Power in shower very low. Sealing very dirty . For 1 day stay it's kinda normall but if you ar going for a vacation I'd say avoid the place. Only plus is they have pool which can be worth the problems for some people. 10ish $ per night almost never have swimming pools so it's a plus for sure. Walls made of paper you can hear EVERYTHING. And as the "bonus" I was asked to pay for the room at the checkout again with same "how much did you pay" Took them extra 5 minutes to figure out online booking again.

Friendly staff, clean room on the first day. What we don't like is that they didn't automatically make the room everyday unless we reminded them.

Okay if the power works”

There was a power cut during our stay, no air con or ability to charge our phones/wifi. The beds were like concrete and there was no hot water. It's a pretty place and the staff were friendly but it's a fair walk out of town, 15/20mins.

Lovely little guest house in Duong Dong”

The rooms at Lien Tho are lovely, with decor and furnishings that nicely balance modern and traditional. Staff are very friendly. We were aware of the location before we stayed here obviously, but did end up finding the trek to Bach Dang (less so), Long Beach etc a bit tiresome, especially as you have to walk really far up Long Beach to get to the best bars where you can chill on their chairs / sunbeds. Also the walk involves going via the under-bridge market area, part of which smelled worse each day we went by. BUT I don't think you can get as good value nearer to the beach so still think this is a good place to stay on balance.

A perfect place to stay: the lady at the reception is lovely and the rooms so beautiful, you will enjoy them! Rent a scooter directly at the hotel for exploring the island.

Value for money but too many mosquitoes”

It will be great if there were not so many mostquitoes around that we couldn't sleep the whole night. The blanket was too short for 2 people therefore I couldnt straighten my feet. Other than that staff was helpful and the room setting was actually nice.

An awesome experience !!!”

This is the best experience that we have. The little guest house owner is so nice. First, she is so friendly and helpful (You can ask her for anything). Second,she guided us to go around the island with calm, patient as our long time friend. Third, She also help and offer us the best tours for squid fishing and coral diving. Next, She also allowed us to have a small party on the rooftop of the guest house (she prepared foods and gave us some fruits). Besides, she is also a nurse: so you can ask her for immediate medicare. A lot of things that I can't remember. Everything is perfect. I recommend this for you.

This hostel is near the city. It takes about 15 minutes to walk to the restaurant spot. The accommodation is very neat. small patio outside window makes me calm. many cans of beer and bottles of water in the refrigerator. We can feel relaxed in the room. The oner is kind and friendly woman. I had unexpected trouble during staying. She helped me kindly. I appreciate her. I recommend you this hostel.

Great! Highly recommend. Very nice, especially for the price. Everything is well maintained and very clean. Room was quiet. Staff is friendly and helpful. Walking distance to a few local restaurants and cafes and a short Moto ride to the beach and town. Great value!

Simple & comfortable room, friendly staff”

Small hotel but comfortable. The room is equipped with full facility. Affordable & Suitable for rest at night. It's in the town so a little bit far from the beach and town centre (tourist area), around 10-15 minutes walk. The street to night market is under construction so quite hard to walk at night. The location is fine when you can take motorbike.

outstanding staff”

Excellent. We were initially disappointed by the location as we thought we had booked a hotel closer to the beach, however the friendly staff and upkeep of the room quickly dispelled any disappointment. The staff, although not very good with english, were very attentive and helpful.

Good staffs, clean and new room”

In overall we were very pleased by our stay. Pros: - The hotel is very clean and new. - The staff is nice and attentive to guests' needs. Cons: - No private beach (but believe me, the private beach in resort is not that very good. The sea is not very clean even in the resort in the city centre. I know that because on the last day we moved to Kim Hoa resort and experienced the worst night over there, even if we had to paid three time more than Liem Tho). If you want to go to the sea, rent a taxi and go to "Bai Sao" seaside. - A little bit far away from the city centre.

nice staff, new hotel far from beach”

This is a new hotel a little far from the beach, but still walkable if you make it across the floating bridge (closes at certain times). We rented a motorbike and could easily access main roads for getting around the island. The room was clean with a/c, fridge, TV, and hot shower. Beds were extremely comfy. They had an affordable breakfast offered each morning, but only ate here a couple times. Advantage to being away from the tourist area was having affordable food and coffee places very close. When we were sick and just wanted some bread, the staff actually went out and bought us some. AMAZING staff - they were friendly, attentive, and helpful, even when there was a language barrier. The nicest receptionist we've encountered on our trip. We would stay here again. Warning: the taxi minibus we took coming off the boat claimed that this place is on a dirt road not accessible by cars so he had to drop us off elsewhere. Don't get tricked into walking for miles like we did. This is on a big, paved road where you can get dropped off.

Das sehr kleine Team des Hotels, das einem alles ermöglichen möchte, ist sehr freundlich und trägt wesentlich zu dem angenehmen Aufenthalt im Guesthouse bei. Dieses ist relativ nah am Nightmarket gelegen, der mit den kostenlosen Fahrrädern gut zu erreichen. Zum Sao Beach jedoch gelangt man nur durch eine 45 minütige Fahrt mit dem Roller. Bisher wird noch kein Frühstück angeboten, jedoch steht die Küche zur freien Verfügung.
