Noen viktige punkt om alle bookinger med PointsMAX

  1. The L.POINT Membership Card Number of the intended beneficiary of the L.POINT points must belong to the guest staying at the hotel (identified by the lead guest name);
  2. The rates for PointsMAX bookings may be different from regular bookings at the same conditions;
  3. PointsMAX booking rates cannot be broken down into a room rate and points component;
  4. Any applicable cancellation policy will apply in full to the PointsMAX bookings;
  5. Only reward points or miles can be collected, not status points or points;
  6. PointsMAX bookings cannot be adjusted online using the Agoda self-service tool or by contacting Customer Service. To amend your reservations, you will need to cancel (subject to the cancellation conditions of the reservations) and re-book your reservation. Cancelled reservations will not earn points, regardless of the financial cancellations conditions;
  7. Points cannot be exchanged in cash and are not cumulative with other offers;
  8. The Agoda best price guarantee does not apply to PointsMAX bookings;
  9. In case of dispute, the decision of AGODA shall be final.
  10. To enjoy the benefit of the L.POINT program, Members of L.POINT must book a PointsMAX package offer including L.POINT points.
L.POINT Program Terms and Conditions
  1. If multiple L.POINT members stay in the same room under one reservation, only the lead guest will be credited with miles.
  2. If the person who makes the booking is different from the lead guest who stays at the hotel the lead guest will be credited with points, so please enter the L.POINT membership card number of the lead guest on the booking form.
  3. If multiple bookings with the same stay dates are made by the same L.POINT member, the L.POINT member will be credited with points for one booking only, and the other bookings will be deemed duplicate bookings.
  4. Points will NOT be credited in cases where the L.POINT membership card number and member's name have not been entered into the designated fields on the booking form, or when the L.POINT member's name provided is different from the name of the lead guest staying at the hotel. Any correction/amendment to the provided personal information will not be accepted. Please input your information carefully to ensure successful mileage credit.
  5. Points will be credited to the account of the lead guest one month after departure from the hotel.
