We had a lovely 2 nights at this beautiful hotel, brilliant location, staff were helpful and friendly, great breakfast and service. Drinks at the bar were a bit expensive but then normally are in hotels. Pool and saunas were a real treat, definatly go again.

Second stay & not disappointed!”
Second stay here & not disappointed. Staff friendly, room exactly as expected, clean & welcoming. Location perfect for a nice, relaxed stroll into Stratford. Only downside was the £5 parking charge which was not pointed out on booking.

Bit dated and has needed a refurb for years but if you can get a deal like we did at £74 it is good value .love the fact you can park here - have space - nice pool- lovely staff. Don’t bother with food here - have much better restaurants nearby for breakfast and dinner like Tapas on the marina and Vintner etc. Also dog friendly

The hotel is in a great position for the main tourist sites in Stratford and very handy for the Royal Shakespeare Theatre. The spa and pool are a great extra.

Whilst rooms were cosy and clean the carpets in public areas were over worn and potential trip danger. Given number of steps on ground floor I would advise not suitable for wheel chairs or disabled travellers. One portable ramp available which had to be moved around by staff. Food very good both at breakfast and evening.

Myself and my partner thoroughly enjoyed our stay at your hotel. Its location was so convenient to the town centre, and we found that we could walk everywhere we wanted to visit. The room was lovely, especially the bed. The food was also excellent. I would recommend a stay there.

Spacious well appointed rooms, ideally located for visiting Stratford. On checking, in we were advised to avoid taking breakfast between 9:30 and 10:30 on the Sunday morning as the hotel was full. We entered the dining room at 8:50 and as we were seated ordered tea, coffee and mixed toast. At this time there were only 3 or 4 other tables occupied in the room we were in. Some 25 minutes later we eventually got our tea and coffee after chasing it with the staff on 5 occasions! In the meantime we had fruit juice, cereal and my wife's poached eggs arrived which she had wanted the toast to go with! We were not the only diners that were experiencing this problem and the staff just used the excuse that they were too busy. Sorry, no excuse, the breakfast is a buffet service, so all the waitering staff have to do is seat you and bring tea, coffee and toast. When we left there was a lengthy queue in the corridor of guests waiting to be seated! For a hotel of this standard this is not good enough

At a cost of £75 for a Classic King room for two including breakfast for the night with pool / sauna / steam and spa facilities, this was good overall value. It’s just a short 5 minute walk into the Town. The breakfast was ok nothing special, standard hotel cooked breakfast kept warm for self service.. Hotel is very big in that there are a lot of rooms so if your room is near the pool, it’s better to park and unload around the back of the hotel. The bar area is quite small and was overrun by a function on Saturday that occupied most the area so other guests had a long wait to get a drink or food.. I’m also not sure parking costs were mentioned at the time of booking but a £5 charge is made for this for an overnight stay. Had to wait 5 minutes for a member of staff to check us into breakfast while other staff saw us but kept on with their other jobs. Understaffed on Saturday given the umbers attending the function. Room was ok, a little tired in places but seemed clean.

Cold buffet breakfast and totally short staffed so everything running out and staff too busy to top up. Need to look at how can serve up hot breakfast. Cold eggs etc is not nice! Would go outforbreakfast nxt ti.me. Otherwise goodish hotel. V good spa and pool.

Noisy stay ”
Unfortunately we were in room 28 on the ground floor which is next to the laundry. Industrial tumble dryer going for most of the day and evening. When mentioned to reception staff at end of the stay they did take off the car park charge of £5 as compensation ... nice hotel and great breakfast but avoid Room 28.
