Wow what a lovely resort! My partner and I had a reservation for 5 nights and extended our stay with another 7 nights. We staid at many luxurious resorts in Asia and Maya resort is our favourite! The room is very spacious, clean and very comfortable. It’s great that there are two sinks in the bathroom. The staff from all the different areas in the resort is great and they offer the best service with a smile. The complimentary afternoon tea, yoga classes and bikes are great too! This was our third time staying at The Maya. It’s a beautiful hotel with exceptional staff. We stayed in a pool suite and the room was large and comfortable. The staff were brilliant. Our daughter fell ill during our stay and they did everything possible to accommodate her. The best part about the Maya is that all the extra things like food, drinks and spa treatments are much more reasonably priced than other resorts of this caliber. The products they used in the facial were amazing! I love staying here in Sanur, it’s still my favorite.

Maya is absolutely beautiful. The staff are incredibly friendly and professional who go to great extent to ensure your stay is as comfortable as possible. The rooms are perfectly sized and styled with the finer details considered. The spa at Maya is the perfect spa experience where they use beautiful products and the service can’t be faulted. The tree top bar for food and drinks is definitely worth a visit. Our group will be sure to return to Maya.

I absolutely loved this hotel. The room was excellent, very large and exceptionally clean. Housekeeping twice a day. Most of our meals we ate in the Reef Restaurant. A large selection from the menu cooked to our pallet. Great selection at the breakfast buffet. Staff were always helpful. The gardens are beautiful at this hotel. A lovely ambience was felt. If I return to Bali I would definitely stay at this hotel. Highly recommended.

Great quiet location in Sanur. Right on the beach with beach access. Beautiful and modern hotel with large rooms. Great main pool overlooking the ocean. Lagoon pool is hardly used as it is mostly shaded throughout the day, would be a great lap pool as hardly anyone uses the lagoon pool. Breakfast buffet was awesome with a wide selection of foods. Kuu and Graze restaurants were great on property restaurants and had reasonable prices. The Reef pool bar was great to take in the sunset with live music and a good happy hour. We would return if visiting Bali again.

In just 24 hours, we fell in love with Maya and the Sanur region! It's a beautiful hotel, very comfortable room with luxurious bathroom and bathtub, great bed, quiet, fast WiFi and delicious buffet breakfast. Beautiful resort with easy access to Sanur Beach for both swimming or that early morning or afternoon walk. Stunning rooms, beautifully designed and maintained. Staff are attentive, friendly and there to assist with any request. Breakfast Buffet is full of tasty treats. Street access to Sanur with stores, and restaurants all within easy access of the hotel. Gym access and Spa are truly worth a visit. One of the best hotels along the beach area. Highly recommended.

Very good location, had breakfast right next to the beach. Convenient location to watch the beautiful Bali sunrise. The rooms and facilities were very clean and modern. The food at the hotel restaurants were excellent and the staff are very friendly and accommodating. Very relaxing stay.

There’s nothing not to like in Maya Sanur. The location has beach front, near restaurants and money changers. We love the room, breakfast, tree bar and most of all, kid’s club! My daughter loves the staff in cheeky monkey. All the resort staff are helpful and you can really feel Asian hospitality. The in-house restaurant has limited menu. They offer yoga practice every morning. Spa has happy hour too! We will try the spa and yoga next time. Can’t wait to be back.

This resort is truely amazing! We again stayed in the lagoon access rooms which are beautifully furnished with a Balinese/modern finish. Do very comfortable and fantastic to be able to access our pool from the balcony. The food in all the restaurants/bar was superb- fresh juices, exquisite cocktails and beautiful food. The service was unbelievably good - all staff so friendly and special mention to Rani and Krishna in the beachside restaurant and the girls in Graze. The location is perfect in the middle is Sanur beachside and right on the beach. The hotel has free use if bikes which we used every day. Love! Love! Love! We will be back again 🌴💚

We’re were very impressed with all parts of this hotel. The hotel is centrally located but the design is to such a high quality and standard that once inside, it seems completely detached from the surrounding areas and also has direct access to a good beach. The breakfast and staff attention were excellent but the highlight was the quality of the room and bathroom which had everything we could want. Overall, a hugely impressive hotel where nothing needs to be improved providing excellent value.

The staff is beyond wonderful. They knew our names, preferences, even favorite juice and fruits. The property is meticulously maintained, swimming pools have crystal clear water that doesn't sting the eyes. Room was excellent, housekeeping was thorough and you can see their hygiene & maintenance standard is still very high even during the pandemic low occupancy slump. They do care and want you to feel at home in Maya. Will definitely stay there again next time in Bali! ❤️🙌

My friend recommended me this hotel, and i was impressed The room was spacious and neat. Love the modern and sophisticated design. The minute i entered the bathroom, i felt like a royalty. The only thing i didn't love was the fragrance of the bathsoap, i think it smelled like apel cider The restaurant didn't fail me, love the foods, the chocolate mousse was divine All the pools was beautiful, especially the infinity pool See u in my next trip to Sanur

Loved our private pool suite ”
When we arrived late at night from Sydney, we were welcomed by reception with a private pool upgrade and 15 mins each complimentary spa treatment. Wow!! Our room was quiet and we used our pool every day. Breakfast was also included and the location and food was delicious. We also really enjoyed happy hour at the Tree Bar every evening just gazing out to sea. I'd highly recommend Maya Resort Sanur.

Me and my husband enjoy staying in here. Got upgraded to nest room. We enjoy the bed and the pillow. Cons the bedcover too thin for us. The sky at night is unbeatable. Such a tapestry full of stars. We love the access to the beach, and the tree bar at sat night so chill. We would like to back here for staying at least for 3 days and 2 nights.

Everything was amazing but we where a little bit disappointed about the pool at suite pool. There is like no steps where you safely can get up from the pool, but a high step which is slippery and hard to get up to. And there is absolutely no sun, the building shades the pool. Everything else was amazing, amazing view, amazing suite , amazing people who work there.
