Great value hotel in great location”
Ideally located close to Kota and Glodok areas. The Transjakarta bus stop of Olimo is right outside the front door. Great street food around the corner in Mangga Besar. Staff were very very friendly, helpful and efficient. Highly recommended

The service was great. My room was upgraded to another due to uneven mattress. It was efficiently organized and fast. Thanks to the receptionist staff, named Rio for his excellent service and i highly recommend this hotel to visitors.

Stayed for 1 night on 17th floor, really enjoyed my stay in a spacious room, cold air-conditioning even in its smoking room, check-in and check-out process were fast, staff were helpful and polite, rates were not exorbitant for its class, maybe because there is a Grand Mercure Hotel nearby which have higher rates than this one, would certainly stay here in the future.

The location and staff and facilities are excellent. The gym was the best part of the hotel, for me. Sauna, Steam room, pool, jacuzzi alliwed me to enjoy. Shower and tubs need to be rerouted and new silicone added as the mold is already peering through. Watch out for the key card reset scam. I had to get key cards reset because I extended my stay. I went up and down three times because they didnt work. A floor manager then escorted me and suddenly it worked. He stayed in room after opening as if he were expecting a tip. Why should anyone get a tip after going back and forth to the lobby three times?

we really like staying at this hotel, we want to go where it is quite strategic and the facilities are quite satisfactory, only the AC is not cold and starting from the reception until we get out the hotel is very satisfying

Property good but Disappointing serviced”
Overall the room is spacious & clean. But we choose double bed and get twin bed. It feels not comfort when you sleep on it. Oh ya, There is no bellboy so we have to bring our stuff by self. And the food taste below expectation. Omelet & sausage already cold so i have to request to cook it again. The most important thing is We didnt get information that the property is for self-isolation, and we can't use the facilities (swimming pool, spa) due to covid-19 restiction rules. Property should inform customer about this important issue!
