The staff is very kind and helpful, everything is good. The breakfast was very tasty. Nig Place. The car can drop at the beach and back anytime. Very secure place. Very happy and will be back again. Amazing staff

It’s way out of anywhere. It’s description on Agoda does not seem realistic at all when on-site. The description of a higher floor is misleading as there were only 2 levels !!!!!

Nice resort, good place for a family trip”
My first impression with this place is nice staff, they even recognized me when I walked into the resort without any introducing. Facilities is good, nice and warm place A bit far from the center so for anyone like walking to the city center, it maybe a little bit inconvenient It’s hard to find restaurants near the resort, the good and nearest ones is 1-2km far from here

Worth the money !!! ”
*It's a nice lovely 3-star resort with decent accommodation. Not too far from city center, especially if you travel with groups, taxi cost is not really a big of a deal. *Wifi connection is a bit poor but we were out all the time, so it's ok. *Breakfast is ok, the noodle was good. There is not many variaties of options for breakfast though - probably because the resort was not ready for tourists yet after the lockdown ?! (We went in Feb 2022) *Convenient location - grocerry store, pharmacy, massage place are right at the entrance of the alley. VinBus also pick up nearby (5min walk) *After all, it's suitable to stay if you plan to go out all the time (island tour, safari, vinwonder, etc) and only need a nice decent place at reasonable price to sleep, which is not too far from city center.

Friendly stuff and cozy atmosphere ”
Nice place to stay with the small budget during the holiday. Located at center of Phu Quoc, which is easy to access to attractions. The resort itself was surrounded by trees, there are many kind of flowers planted in the garden which can smell aroma in the morning. highly suggest everyone choose Nadine to rent a motorbike if you are capable of riding. nothing to I can complain about service and equipments for that price.

Small Boutique resort”
If you chose this resort style obviously you don’t want to stay to those massive concreate hotels ... this small resort is casted in a quite surrounding, 10 min walk from the beach. The rooms are good for what you pay. The staff is excellent. The breakfast was good too!

We stayed here 4 days in Aug and it rained the whole time., so we couldn't use the pool although it would be good as the pool surrounds are quite nice. The resort itself is run by a huge generator so charging our tablets and phones took so so long, we had to ration the charging time per peice of tech, and that was only when the room card was in to provide power to the room. We would run out of hot water, no matter how fast you showered. We were moved to another room because rain water started coming in through one of the ceiling light fittings. The wi-fi was very poor although the staff kept saying it was due to the heavy, torrential rain we had. After we were moved the wi-fi improved. The breakfast is adequate if its included. The golf buggy takes you down the back lanes to the main road so you can get a taxi to town, 60,000 vnd. Fridge has no freezer in it, and the power goes off when you leave. All staff were very pleasant and most spoke English. We won't be back.

The Nadine Phu Quoc Resort is a really nice and friendly place. Rooms are cosy and clean. The Staff ( especially Andi & Mike from the restaurant) is very helpful and allways in a good mood 😉I would definitely recommend this hotel.

Great Value Resort”
This resort was a beautiful place with tastefully decorated rooms that were clean and comfortable. I particularly like the massive beds that facilitated great nights sleep. The pool was big and nestled in the middle. A good selection of dishes were available for breakfast, although on one morning some of these dishes were not replemished as time went on. The only two flaws were the location as the hotel was tucked away down some dark unlit dirt tracks making it difficult to find, especially at night. Also, although the staff did try their best, it was obvious that their English skills were not up to scratch and it took a lot of time and patience to communicate with them at times. They did have the right attitude though, so perhaps some English lessons would help?

hotel location is hided inside an alley, outside main junction should have put hotel signage, while we couldnt find the hotel, we tried to contact the hotel, the person in charge did not answer our call twice, thats unprofessional! Other than that, the room cleanliness, swimming pool, service are all good.

The room is so clean. Breakfast changes every day. But there is no private beach.

We had a good stay at this hotel. It was walking distance to a nearby beach and places to eat. Customer service could be better as staff had some problems with communicating in English.

Charming accomodation and staff in brand new resort”
We stayed 5 nights at Nadine´s place and really enjoyed it a lot. Although or because it is not directly in the touristic center, the "Hot Spots" are easily accessible and the place is quiet and really loveley. Also the staff is very helpful. Highly recommended!!

Super schönes Hotel und super Service”
Wir hatten sehr erholsame Tagen im Nadine Resort und haben unseren Aufenthalt sehr genossen. Die Zimmer super groß und sehr sauber. Auch der Service war sehr gut. Wir kommen wieder

Super Resort”
Das resort ist wirklich außerordentlich sauber und schön (besonders der pool). Frühstück ist sehr lecker und das Personal ist freundlich. Uns wurde durch die Rezeption bei vielen Fragen zuvorkommend und kompetent geholfen. Sie organisieren sogar einen Roller für einen und den Flughafen Transfer. Etwas abgelegen dafür aber sehr ruhig.

Im Vergleich mit anderen Hotels vergleichbarer Kategorie ist das Nadine besonders positiv hervorzuheben. Ein natürlicher und freundlicher Empfang, sehr saubere und moderne Zimmer, gepflegte Außenanlagen und sehr freundliches, sowie hilfsbereites Personal. Untypisch für Hotels dieser Größe, bot das Frühstücksangebot eine reiche Auswahl. Wer die "drei" Schritte bis zum Stand nicht scheut, dem können wir das Nadine guten Gewissens empfehlen.
