Et stille, rolig og hyggelig resort. Bra frokost med det "meste". Romslige hytter med god veranda med god plass til hengekøye. Lite solsenger rundt bassenget og ingen tilbud på stranden, så man ender opp med å kjøpe parasoller og strandmatter på minimarked. Rundt bassengene er det malt mørk platting som blir så varm at man brenner seg, med skruer/spiker stikker opp så viktig med sko!! Helt klart et sted vi kommer tilbake til :)

Deilige dager på Nakara Resort på Koh Lanta”

Vi likte Nakara Resort. Bungalowen lå bare noen skritt fra stranden og restauranten/frokost buffet. Det ble ryddet hver dag, og vi fikk nok av hånklær hver dag. Det var en svært god frokost, med nok av utvalg i varmmat og kaldmat. Personalet var svært hjelpsomme med å booke turer og avtale restaurant besøk, og annen aktivititet. Vi vil absolutt anbefale dette for par og foreldre med barn i alle aldere.

Vi måtte oppgradere det ene standar rommet til luxury, da vi trengte en ekstra seng. Det var virkelig klasse forskjell. Standar rommene var slitte, mørke og stusselige. Luxury rommene var fine, lyse og mye bedre belligenhet.

Fin strand ”

Vi var et venne par som bodde ved hotellet i 3 dager. Alt var fint, lett tilgjengelig. Dette er et barnevennlig hotel med masse familier. Ingenting galt og si om stedet. Kanskje noe slitne servitører på kvelden, var ikke helt tilstede:-)

Bungalovene vi fikk utdelt var mildt sagt i elendig forfatning,store åpninger i inngangsdør samt mellom tak og vegger.Mygga hadde det festlig mens vi var der.Svikt i det elektriske anlegget flere ganger daglig.Listinga i dette husværet må ha vært utført av amatører,helt forferdelig.

Idyllic resort on the beachfront ”

Love Nakara Beach Resort, 3rd stay for us. Staff are amazing. Rooms are spacious and clean. Breakfast has an egg station, fruits, meats, cereal, yoghurt. More vegetarian dishes would be great. 2 pools to choose from. Just walk up the beach for restaurants and bars. Fire show on a couple of nights at the resort. Safe located in the room Good A/C. 3.8 Kim’s from Saladan with lots of shopping and restaurants Some food carts as well. 100 baht tuk tuk into town. Looking forward to next years visit

Overall nice but not the dining”

I like this place and would come again. The main drawbacks for me were the very basic breakfast of undercooked bacon and cheap hot dogs and mass produced bread for toast. They did have an omelet bar but didn't bother investing in cheese. Paltry choice of fruit: watermelon and pineapple (yawn). Restaurant served mediocre food but it ws not expensive. I did like the room we stayed in as it was cozy and clean. I saw one of the standard rooms though and it was cramped with lots of nicked furniture. DON"T STAY IN STANDARD ROOM!!! The best part was the expansive beach right at the edge of the resort. The resort is beach front and the sunset is great. The staff are all friendly and helpful and they have cheap drinks at the bar. The Long Island which was strong as hell cost 120 baht during happy hour.

Good value, good staff, clean rooms ”

Traveled with a group of friends. Stayed 5 nights. Direct access to the beach is nice. The hotel has two good pools as well. We did not eat at the restaurant for lunch or dinner but the breakfast was only ok. Very clean rooms and friendly staff. WiFi was only available in the common areas, not the rooms.

Great little place to stay...but slow in the off season (small group)”

It was a great value for what received. The place was empty, with only 4-5 other rooms rented. Granted, we got what we paid for, but it raised the question why not give an upgrade to a beach front bungalow. My friends were there for their anniversary and 67th birthday. I can't imagine that the upgrade would cost the resort anymore. Just a thought...not really a complaint. The restaurant was OK, mostly empty, and found better food up the way. Beds were a little hard, and I like a firm mattress. Great pools! Overall, a nice stay. I hope this helps.

Had an okay stay”

We thought the location on the beach was perfect and decided to stay because of it. The beach, ocean and beautiful sunsets were the best. If you don’t mind very hard beds and sharing your room with geckos then this is the place for you! The rooms were updated and the food was okay. We did not like the taxi services that were on the road leading to the resort as they ripped us off, so beware and never pay before your ride like we made the mistake of doing. We ended up paying double for a day out. They were very rude and aggressive. Will never stay there again because of this.

Great Value for the Money”

This place is right on the beach with chairs set up to watch the sunrise. It is located right in the middle of a long beach. It was beautiful. Could not ask for a better location. The rooms were spacy and ok, but for the price you can't beat it. I would DEFINITELY stay here again.

Excellent stay”

My second time staying at Nakara Longbeach. It is located right on the beach. The cabins are clean, beautiful and spacious. The staff are very helpful and friendly. Everything at Nakara is just exellent. I will never stay at any other place than Nakara. I highly recommend Nakara Longbeach for you holiday in Koh Lanta.

Great Location - Quiet & Clean Beach”

The resort is just the right distance from town on the north end of long beach - just 50 TBH to get a Taxi to town. The rooms are clean, spacious with good air-conditioning. The food is so-so, but the service is friendly and very attentive. 5 🌟 s must go to Margie & Nongnueh at the front desk.

Ypperlig”

It’s a nice place, but we got a way better value up in Khao Lak. The plumbing in our bungalow wasn’t very good, and the food was just okay. It has a great spot on the beach, and the staff was very helpful booking tours and transportation for us.

Beautiful beach resort”

The bungalows are spacious with a lounge area, plenty of cupboard/wardrobe space. The bathroom was modern and again spacious. Just one towel rack though for two towels. There is a small verandah with chairs to enjoy the beach view which is about 20 metres away. Breakfast is buffet style, Asian and western with an egg station. The restaurant is semi-open styled so you have ocean and beach views. There is a bar with reasonable prices. The pool is large with a small kiddies pool. There are plenty of restaurants on the beachfront which you can walk to or take a tuk tuk to Saladan for 100 baht. Staff are friendly and attentive. There was a large group of travellers who were very loud, spitting around the pool and generally being disrepectful to other guests and the staff. My only other concern was that the water in the shower seemed to be salty, ? Desalinated. Would be happy to stay here again.

Good location, really nice bungalows”

The resort was ok for what we needed. Bungalow was really new, with modern furniture and nice bathroom + A/C and frige available. Helpful staff to manage our requirements (airport transfer, breakfast package) Breakfast was more "mass tourism" than quality oriented, but still ok, you could find the basics like bread,eggs, tea, fresh fruit, ham... There was both European and Asian section. Resort has a good location on long beach, some restaurants and bars nearby. Mini market 5-10 min. by walk. Suggest to go to the port for dinner. (tuk-tuk 50THB/pers; there is also a big market, if you like some shopping. Lanta is not my favorite island in Thailand, but in case we will visit again, will chose Nakara again.

staff were great could not help us enough rooms were very nice and roomy with a great view of the beach pool was very nice could not get wifi in rooms breakfast was ok had 1 dinner there which was pretty average better to eat out

Nakara”

A great location right on the beach and nice accomodation. Swimming pool very good as were the surroundings. All the staff were very friendly and helpful. The main thing that lets it down is the quality of the food and limited bar/restaurant menus. As it is a resort you expect everything to be available however we were inclined to eat and drink out most of the time due to the low standard and quality of the food and drink.. The breakfast left a lot to be desired and was of a low standard. If not included in the price would not be worth paying for. But we enjoyed out holiday!
