Nice place to stay in Chiang Rai”
The hosts are nice. Place is easy to access if you're driving a car. Rooms and facilities are so new and clean. There's a convenience store nearby. Free WIFI available. Next time visiting Chiang Rai, I will definitely stay here again!

Super clean and everything needed for a comfortable and safe stay ”
We stayed our last two nights here, while in Chiang Rai - the room was super clean and had AC, a fridge and sink and an air filter. The locks on the exterior and interior doors, and the tucked in location were great for security. The bed was very comfortable and the staff very friendly.

Spotless , comfortable and well-equipped en-suite bedroom. Near to highway, river and night-market. Quiet location away from main road. But breakfast was underwhelming and could be a lot better. Basic with very limited choice.

The place is nice. The rooms are very nice. Price is ok as well. Location is ok. A little bit far to walk to the center (around 30 minutes). The breakfast was not special. But we would recommend this place for sure if you're looking for a good room.

Very nice apartment-style room”
This an exceptionally nice place: very clean, large bed w/ down comforter and nice pillows, an electric tea kettle, dishware, a microwave, plug-ins, .... lots of amenities-- by far the nicest place I've stayed in for under $20. The patio is peaceful. I could easily live here for a month. The staff doesn't speak any English, but the check-in process is straight forward: fill out guest card. There are many English signs and contact numbers. The staff seemed very business-like, not particularly welcoming, no hello in English or Thai-- but maybe because I don't speak Thai it's a bit intimidating. And I had just come from a trek, so I was dressed very casually.

Beautiful new rooms, very well equipped”
If you are driving here it's a great place to stay, big car park and 2 min drive into the main streets with cafes and markets, not really walking distance. Room is beautiful and very new, host was very helpful and small breakfast included was helpful too. Would stay here again!
