Staffs support was very good. But clear staff didn't change the bed sheet every day, just clean up the room...and there were many ants....

Nice hotel but unsufficient stuff”
The building and the facilities are good for the price we paid. Unfortunately most of the staff was not really sufficient. Except the breakfast crew and the friendly english speaking guy who was helping on the reception and on the breakfast, we were unhappy about the staff. The people on the reception prefered to click around on their smartphones instead of greeting guests that are coming and leaving. The cleaning crew knocked at the room doors at 9am for cleaning. We were in the room at that time and asked them to come back later. In the end, our room was not cleaned at all. It didnt make a big difference though, since cleaning was really the worst. The floors were muddy and the furniture dusty all the time. if you‘re not a fan of foreigners hairs, then its maybe not the best as well. They also did not have enough beach towels for all the guests. In the end it was nothing that was really really bad, but the combination of all the little things made the price not worth the stay.

Overall lovely stay”
Very new hotel so the bedroom and amenities are clean and good condition, staff are very friendly and helpful and were obviously practicing their English which was great to see and gave it a nice touch to see they are trying! Swimming pool area was pleasant, bathrooms were nice and modern. Bedrooms could’ve been a bit more spacious but they were not too small. Hotel breakfast was lovely and the best we have had out of all of the hotels we have stayed in throughout Vientam.

I can see the sunset from my sea view room, it is a beautiful memory. The breakfast is very delicious, you got many choices. We stay 2 nights, they provide different foods in 2 morning. The swimming pool is suitable for my sons. The staffs are polite and write down answer on a note while we ask them any questions.

This was a brilliant hotel for a any age. Lovely and clean brilliant staff and brilliant facilities. Breakfast was good. Wouldn’t definitely recommend 👍

Nhân viên hơi thờ ơ, thiếu chuyên nghiệp lúc mình đến thì trời đang mưa nhưng có 3 4 nhân viên đang đứng trong khu vực lễ tân không hỗ trợ mình di chuyển hành lý, lúc ra về cũng vậy. Mình cũng tự mang hành lý lên phòng. Mặc dù khách sạn lớn nhưng nhân viên thiếu chuyên nghiệp không nhiệt tình.

[Trip 4N3Đ] Khách sạn sách sẽ, nhân viên luôn niềm nở Khách sạn ở vị trí không quá xa trung tâm cũng không quá xa sân bay khiến việc di chuyển trở nên dễ dàng hơn. Từ ksạn ra biển hơi xa và hơi bẩn vì đã bị các resort chiếm hết đường bờ biển. Nếu các bạn có ý định ra biển ngắm hoàng hôn hay bình minh từ KS thì nên bỏ ý định vì bãi biển rất xấu. Khách sạn phòng sạch sẽ, mình có ghi note là phòng hướng biển nhưng có vẻ như booking quá agoda thì không yêu cầu được. Buffet sáng hơi chán vì ít lựa chọn, món ăn cũng không đến nỗi tệ. Đủ để tiếp năng lượng cho một ngày dài đi chơi :)

Nhân viên người Việt có, nước ngoài có, anh da hơi đen nước ngoài cực kì cực kì dễ thương, nhưng lúc checkout ko chào tạm biệt được ảnh. Lần sau ghé PQ sẽ lại đặt Ola để chào tạm biệt anh ấy :D Tiếc nhất ở đây là mặt trời bị mọc sau núi nên có dậy sớm cỡ nào cũng ko ngắm đc bình minh Ở trước Ola có chiếc xe đạp màu hồng dễ thương lắm :D Túm lại là gia đình đi 7 người, người già có trẻ em có trung niên có thanh niên có nhưng ko ai chê bất cứ thứ gì hết. Sẽ quay lại!

khách sạn nằm gần biển, đi bộ khoảng 5-7p là tới, có hai dg để đi ra biển, tuy nhiên đường đi bộ gần hơn thì hơi bẩn. nhân viên siêu thân thiện, lúc nào cũng nở nụ cười và rất vui vẻ! đồ ăn sáng tuy ko phong phú nhưng khá ngon và vừa miệng! mỗi ngày đều đổi món khác nhau. bể bơi sạch và thoải mái, phòng ks sạch tuy nhiên vì là sàn gạch nên đi dép vào phòng nhanh dơ..vì vậy tôi thường yêu cầu dọn phòng!nếu lát sàn gỗ thì quá tuyệt vời
