Conveniently located hotel to central train and bus station, also close to all tram lines. Central for all sightseeing locations and cafes and restaurants. The rooms are a good size for two people, mostly a room for being out all day sightseeing and then straight to bed. Major issue is no reception- make sure to copy their contact number down as they don’t respond to emails. There is a free phone inside the entrance to contact them if required.

No mention of no hotel staff or reception before and after booking! Arrived, had no idea what to do. Had to search for contact numbers and wait on hold a long time. Took about an hour to sort out and get codes for building & room entry. Room dirty & not in great shape. Bathroom was awful. Sandpaper like towels, and not much toilet paper. We had to go buy some from a store. Kept running into other stressed out arrivals in the se situation & spent a lot of time helping them all. We should have been paid by them..lol!

Excellent location, big room, easy to find way to the hotel. I did not realize that hotel does not have a receiption. I could not open my email and did not have any code to enter the building. When other guests help me to enter, I found free phone to contact administration.

Address they send is wrong. Code system doesn’t work. Impossible to talk to staff - they don’t have any. Bathroom dirty. Tv didn’t work at all. Email with instructions in Finnish only. VERY VERY OVERPRICED.

Awesome place. Had a good rest and the room had all the things we needed, like microwave, boiler and fridge. It even had 2 extra sofa beds. Hassle free check in as everything is sent by message.

Dirty Room Facility, Noisy Room ”
The microwave oven was very greasy, as well as it container inside. Air filter of hair dryer was fully covered with others hair and dust, and I finally found that it was broken, and I need to wait for long so that my hair can dry up itself before I sleep. Air-conditioner temperature cannot be adjusted and windows cannot be opened, it made the room very hot and stuffy. Room was noisy as I was facing a pub downstairs. Noise was keep going until 04:00 by the time the guests of pub left. The security chain of the room door 201 could be opened from outside, which means that the chain is useless, and cause serious security problem. That’s a very bad experience towards Omena Hotel Helsinki City Centre. I will definitely not choose this hotel anymore, and negative recommendation to my friends.

... war es für uns. Bisher gab es immer Personal, mit dem man reden konnte um etwas zu erfragen ;-)) Mein Vorschlag wäre, die beiden gleichnamigen Hotels in Helsinki besser unterscheidbar zu machen.

시설 꽝!! 고객대응 없음”
차리리 돈을 좀더 줘도 다른데 가는데 이득일 거 같습니다. 번호키가 전달이 안되서 밖에서 한시간이나 연락해서 겨우 받음. 방엔 머리카락 이 있고 아침은 예약해놓고 또 예약해야 하고 아무튼 너무 안 좋은 시설입니다.

돈내고 체크인도 못하고 잠도 못잠”
시설도 좋고 위치도 좋습니다만 무인호텔입니다 체크인 정보가 메일/폰으로 오는 시스템인데 안왔고 결국 첫 1박은 다른 데에서 자야했어요 돈은 결제 되었는데 아고다에서 정보를 제공 안해줬다며 노쇼처리하고 환불도 거절했습니다 정말 불쾌한 경험이었어요

무인호텔이란 내용은 없고 예약도 안잡혀있고 들어가지 못해서 한참을 애먹었네요 . 안내데스크라도 외부에 있어야 대처가 빠른데 들어갈수가 없으니. 겨우들어갔는데 전화도 몇번이나 시도해서 겨우 되었고.. 누군가가 밖으로 안나왔다면 투숙못했을거같네요. 다신 가고싶지않네요

가격대비 매우 좋습니다 1층엔 베트남음식점도 있구요(11시~) 1박 스탑오버 일정이라 역근처로 예약했는데 눈이 쌓여있고 돌바닥, 오르막이라 캐리어 끌고 가는데 매우 애먹었습니다 나이가 있거나 아이동반이라면 이부분 꼭 고려하시고 20대라면 괜찮을듯 합니다 객실 청소는 대충하는듯 했습니다 이불이나 샴푸에 지난 숙박자의 xx털들이 붙어있었어요 ㅡㅡ;; 위생에 아주 크게 신경쓰지 않으신다면 포트도있고 묵을만합니다
