“Ordinært hotell uten smil”
Sentral, men tungvinn beliggenhet
Her traff vi sure, alvorlige russere som kunne presse seg inn i heisen før man kom seg ut av den. jeg synes heller ikke det var trivelige frokoster. Mange av gjestene griset i maten. Muligens dette preger personalet på hotellet, for vi opplevde ikke de smil og den vennlighet som vi ellers har opplevd gjennom våre 14 turer på hotel rundt om i Thailand.

“Fint hotell med god beliggenhet”
Beliggenhet, heis, bra restaurant, hyggelig betjening.
Rengjøring av rom.
Hotellet ligger i sentralt til, kort vei til strand og shopping.Det er heis i hotellet som må sies er ett stort pluss. Standarden på hotellet må sies er jevnt over bra. Meget hyggelig og profesjonelt personal, men rengjøring av rom var ikke av de bedre, rengjørings personalet brukte unormalt langt tid og rengjøringen var noe slurvete.

“Staff are corrupt, stopped my wife from getting an ambulance”
My wife was severely ill during the trip, and during this time the staff at Peach Blossom reception refused to call her an ambulance because they would rather call in a doctor from an inferior clinic which they would get a commission from instead. They refused to let me leave to see her at a hospital I called myself, without paying an unjustified fee after I had paid my bill in full, which was in plain language, a bribe. The majority of the staff barely speak english, and even when completing a task incorrectly or badly, expected a tip. The room service was average to say the least, the facilities were nice enough, the rooms were nice - but due to the poorly trained reception staff, I would never come here again. Do not risk staying at this resort, because if there is any chance you get ill during your stay, YOU ARE AT RISK. DO NOT STAY AT THIS RESORT.

“Amazing resort in Phuket”
Great value for money, lots of green and sense of oasis in the middle of a busy area. Beautiful pools, incredible breakfast and great rooms. Recommend it 1000%

“Good stay, would recommend”
Very clean, friendly staff. The swimming pools are really nice. Location good too. We would recommend this hotel. It is not a small hotel.. pretty big, but it depends of what you are looking for.

“disgusting, cheap and dirty ”
The room was not clean we have to call the reception to tell them that there is a problem : - there was moldy on the fridge and there was a old bottle of water from the previous host - Bathroom : blood in the bathroom blind, smell like moldy - room : look like dirty, ground dirty, accessories dirty (bath suit, tap, towels), the smell was so horrible that we have to buy essential oil and encens. - Toilet : The first day we arrived there was pee on the toilet, the second day there was a hair on the toilet, for sure it wasn't our. - Bed : the bedsheets wasn't clean and they didn't change them every day. We have a big yellow spot which stay 2 days in the bed and I think if I haven't tell them to change it they will never change it. The headboard was full of something dirty, the lamp near the bed was very dirty too. - Card plug: the first we arrived the person who go with us to check the room snatched the card lector : 0 security!! We have to kick the door to close it because it was brooked. - the "jacuzzi" it s not really a jacuzzi because there isn't bubble just water with hight pressure when we arrived there was leaf inside, when we turn on the water, the water was orange because they don't clean it and they let all the room abandoned. I have to clean it 5 times and to running the water 5 times to in order to have clean water. - We have the visit of 2 cockroach, I think one is still crushed into the bathroom door, because sure they didn't clean it - They don't clean the ground, or they clean it One time in 4 days maybe... If we are lucky - After complaining, for making some excuses they offered us a dinner in the hotel, a dinner without drink for sure ! And they give us a "basquet of fruit", so a plate with 3 banana, one apple and 1 other fruit... - If you want to sleep : forget, there is a big night club just next to the hotel which is playing musique all night long, we have to put earplugs and even with it was still loud It look like this hotel is hal

“Review ”
The first room we were given was dirty and had been configured in a way that it had originally not been designed for. Two beds had been pushed together against the wall and there was a hole in the back board. We were moved to another room which smelled of smoke and had mould on the bedding. The floor was also very dirty and when the cleaner came to sweep, she did a very poor job. We were moved to another room which was dripping with condensation. The floor was wet and slippery. The toilet flush broke and the sink did not drain. We waited over 3 hours to settle into our room. The staff seemed overwhelmed and stressed. At times there were no seats at breakfast so one morning we sat at the nearby the library where there were free tables and chairs out of the sun and away from smokers be were told this was not allowed.
