Staff very nice. Rooms and toilets very very clean!! The veg burguer isn't really a burguer - is mushrooms and carrots and salad inside the bread!!! Very expensive tours.

I had an amazing stay in this hostel. Even extended my stay here. Staff were helpful and friendly. Rooms were clean, there's curtain on every bed in the dorms for those who wants privacy. Would definitely stay here again if im coming back to the island.

I truly love this place. the staff are honest, was and friendly, especially the security guard who makes sure you are safe and having a good time. My stay on Phu Quoc island was magical thanks to this place. Phu house has free pool table, ping pong and foosball which is fantastic to make friends with other travelers. They also have amazing drink specials on their rooftop which showcases one of the best views of the sunset on the island. I truly love this place and it's people.

Nice staff”

I stayed for 2 nights, the staffs are really friendly and helpful. Location is not really good but not bad, you can rent a motorbike nearby for only 120k to go around. However, the upper bunk bed is quite hard to climb to. The water heater uses solar energy, but even I took bath for 20 mins, 2 nights, it's still cold :(. It would have been great experience if I was able to have hot shower at nights.

Very hard to meet people. ”

Hard to meet people, my outlet didn’t work by my bed. Not in the best location.. switch to 9 station hotel and it was 10000x better. Phu house was nice, but the restaurant was pricey, and wifi didn’t work well. As a solo traveller I wouldn’t recommend.

everything here was very clean and very well done so you have a good experience. lots of ambiance, but you have to be part of the activities. I strongly recommand the boat tour with Max, a french canadian who knows how to adapt to the group. it's also a much cheaper and more personalised tour than the other companies propose. Would stay there again, no doubt! only down side: breakfast a bit expensive and a bit far from the city and night market, but the upside is the quiet.

Great Hotel - if the price isn't too high”

We booked this hotel one week in advance and got a double room private bathroom for $17 per night. When we asked could we extend our stay they said it would be $32 per night for the same room. We saw the room empty for the next two nights when passing on the way to the sky bar for drinks at night. Other than that it was a great place for things to do and people to meet. We had a great time on the pub crawl and snorkeling trip. Would recommend if you want to meet people and enjoy a relaxing time by the beach.

BEST PLACE ON THE ISLAND”

This place is a one stop shop. If you find yourself coming to Phu Quoc stay here. They have dorm style rooms but we booked a private room. Room is large with modern bathroom amenities. There is a bar upstairs and they have nightly activities/bar crawls/boat outings. The staff goes above and beyond to make you feel welcomed. You can rent a motorbike directly from the hotel as well. This place is a well oiled machine. We would definitely book here again and recommend anyone else to stay as well.

Rock solid mattress”

The good: Excellent view of the sunset, helpful staffs and easy access to the Long Beach. Motorbike rental is available too. The bad: The mattress is tough. Sleeping on the duvet might help. Water pressure from the shower is low.

Very pleasantly surprised!”

When I booked I wasn't expecting much because of the price and it saying it was a 'party hostel'. But when I arrived the building was amazing, new architecture, new building, clean. No deposit was required for the towels. The hostel was also very quite during my stay, granted it was April and that may be due to it being the off season. The staff were not the most helpful but they were all very nice. The tours they offer through the hostel are a bit pricy, we got the price for the same island tour from a man down in the harbor an it was only $10 a person as opposed to the $35 the hostel charged. All in all it was a great experience!

Not easy to socialize with people. Beds are rock hard. But great location. Food from the cafe is not too expensive, but not that great. 5-530pm there is free beer, which is a pretty short time and if you go on a tour you will not be back in time.

Worth Staying for 2 nights”

+pool table +ping pong +big hostel with lots of room to hang out +scooter rental ok -dirty showers and toilets -messy people in the rooms -no breakfast -couldn't charge my phone or computer in my room. Can't remember english word but bad "charging system" on the wall. :D

Okay to stay for a night ”

I booked a single room. I took the single bedroom with shared bath. But it was a fault and I was asking for an upgrade to have a superior room with my own bathroom. It was possible, but in agoda I just have to pay 2 € more for that and directly in the hotel 6 €.. But ok. The room is nice and big. But for a superior room I expected to have a hairdryer and a water heater. But no. Also you can hear everything from the rooms beside you. Shower was not very warm. A pitty. Staff kind and room clean. No breakfast included. For that price all other hostels have free breakfast.

Good hostel in old building”

I stay 3 nights in this hostel. Last night I realised that someone stole my money from locker. I am 99 percent sure it was staff becuase someone clean up my bed this day. I made a complaint to reception in the evening and in the morning and get answer that we check it. 4 days after check out still not get any answer from the hostel. When I put my money to the locker I expect it will be safe but after this situation I realised that you can lift matterace, skis/timbas and you have access to the locker :). Unfortunately I can not attach any photos. Because no answer from hostel I do not recommend this hostel.

You don’t really make friend here so come in a group. The beds are really comfortable. You will need a scooter to get around

Fabulous staff, even told us of a very good cell phone shop and they gave us lessons for our new cell phone. Very friendly. Great view. Totally helpful and kind staff.
