Perfekt hotell i København. ”
Oppholdet denne gangen var like bra om det alltid er. Hver gang vi drar til København, er dette hotellet vi sover på, sånn har det vært i mange år nå. Beliggenheten er helt perfekt for en som liker seg i Strøget både på dagtid og natterstid.

Nice Hotel in the Center of Copenhagen”
Hotel is located near the central station. You can easily walk Tivoli and it is near the City Sighteseeing Bus tour. Hotel room is nice and offers very good breakfast..Hotel staffs are also nice and helpful.

Superb location and hospitality!”
Beforehand, i did sent email to their customer service and due to time differences prior to my stay and that email was sent at Denmark's time around 3am. To my amazement, they replied it immediately. And upon check-in, everything was smooth and the receptionist was very friendly and helpful. My room number was 603 and has pleasant view of Copenhagen city. It has balcony and very clean. Although it is directly next to a train station, i had no problem sleeping soundly at night/morning. There's hairdryer inside the toilet and all basic necessities. I like the bed and those soft and large pillows :) In the morning, breakfast was good with varieties of healthy foods and juices. I love those teabags with excellent flavours for my morning appetite boost. There's a long table facing outside the street with high stools, its great for single traveller like me and do some light reading while having breakfast. Upon checkout, the receptionist, named Signe-she was very helpful in getting a taxi.

Fab Staff and Fab Location”
The hotel is a great location! Within walking distance of the majority of things to do. The staff were really friendly and we really enjoyed the breakfast.

Nice hotel but slightly noisy”
The hotel is easily located once you get off from the metro. The room is faor enough however is was a bit noisy as it was close to the lift. All in all is value of money.

Big beautiful room near central station ”
Soft big bed, tub n shower, toiletries, kettle, coffee, tea, daily housekeeping n friendly and helpful staff! Awesome! Dilemma (cons): facing train tracks (nice view of city!) that screeched metal on metal all day and some at night. Double glazed window blocked all the noise! On warmer nights(not a lot in Denmark)I turned the small fan on. No AC. Restaurants and convenience stores nearby. 10 mins walk to Tivoli.

Goid huge room with beautiful view to the city. With terrase where you can enjoy fresh air while drinking coffee. Nice to have own coffee/tea maker. Good breakfast and good beds to sleep to after hectic day. I surely recommend Mercur Hotel. Thanks for the good stay.

Good hotel - nice staff”
The location is close to Central Station and there is a lift across the road (very convenient) to another metro station. There are many supermarkets and 7-11s nearby and everything is fairly walkable. My room overlooked the cinema complex which is a very colourful building - was a very nice view actually. The staff are super nice and helpful. With luggage storage - you get to put your luggage in the storage room yourself so if you're leaving anything valuable make sure you lock it because anyone can walk in there any time and guests just take their own bags. Breakfast is nice.

Good location in the heart of Copenhagen. One point to be aware of is the train noise which may disturb you at night. Otherwise, it is good hotel
