Sammenliknet med andre resorter på Bali er dette dyrt for hva du får, hvilket er gammelt og nedslitt og for lengst passert oppgraderingsdato. til sjefen så fin ut i garasjen den, men det mangler endel. I Club Santria lukter alle rommene på bunnplan helt forferdelig, les jordkjeller. Veldig stille på denne siden av Bali, hvis man liker det. Stranda er innenfor revet så man får 2 km med halv meter dybde hvor lokale fiskere holder til. Ikke akkurat en tradisjonell strand, men greit nok. Total sett, ikke overbevist;

Bra hotell, veldig blid og hyggelig betjening. Parken var litt igjengrodd og lite opplyst om kvelden. Stranden og parken ble holdt ren og ryddig hele tiden. Kort vei til handlegate og mange trivlige restauranter.

Rommene var rene og pent innredet. Personalet var behjelpelig og hyggelige. Stranden kunne vært litt bedre, men det er bare pirk.

Sensational As Always”

Hello, We love this place and keep coming back. It's a great resort for any type of traveler, plenty of different areas, with private pools, pools for the kids or a nice clean beach. Great breakfast and a couple of nice restaurants at the resort or you can wander down along the beach either way and find some funky little bars and cafes. The staff are just great, very friendly, polite, excellent English and always more than helpful. They are cheerful every day and have a welcome smile or hello when passing. These little things make a difference and at the Puri Santrian resort there are a lot of those little things. The location works well, you are far enough away from the main road not to be distracted or close enough to be right in it. Some great restaurants to choose from, little gift shops, traditional markets and stalls, whatever you're after Sanur can do it....well maybe except for nightclubbing! Absolutely recommend this resort and will be back again next year.

Laid back luxury ”

We were very pleased with hotel, staff and surroundings. They score highly on friendly efficient staff, decent selection at buffet breakfast, the fantastic gardens and well designed pools ( lots of options to sit on a beach, slope , stand in ledges at deep end swim up bar). Great walking straight out the garden to private, clean, white sandy beach and then along in either direction on wide and lit path for mix of little stalls, bars, restaurants and hotels especially in evening instead of walking out onto street. I did the 7am Hathaway yoga twice - the teacher was very experienced, teaching aimed at intermediates or advanced, he brought his own mats which were clean. I would say. We would love to return here. Thank you for making our stay so relaxing.

Feels like coming home”

The first time I've been here is 25 years ago. This is the sixth time I am here and it immediately feels like home. Warm welcome from the nice staff who do everything to make your stay enjoyable. Meanwhile, I slept in all room types. This time I stayed in the Premier Deluxe room. Really recommended. The room is large and very stylish. Also the swimming pool that can only be used for the Premier Deluxe guests is beautiful. This room with a wonderful bed, the swimming pool and the great garden is for me as a five-star hotel. if your budget is a little less than I can recommend the other rooms. In the morning they you can follow yoga class. The hotel is located on a beautiful sandy beach. Very good food at the hotel's restaurants. Tip: eat at the Italian restaurant The Village Cucina. Only 5 minutes drive from the hotel. The room service was more than fantastic. I will definitely come back again.

Amazing Hotel Loved Every Minuite ”

Having stayed 11 nights we highly recommend the Puri Santrian, absolutely wonderful staff such good English and so friendly and helpful. The location was perfect right on the beach with the pontoons it was beautiful watching the sun rise, such a lovely location. The grounds where well maintained and had some amazing plants and trees. We come to Bali three times a year and have stayed in some of the best hotels but the Puri Santrian is now our favourite. I highly recommend the Premium Deluxe rooms we loved the pool. Buffet break was very good indeed, such great selection the egg station did amazing waffles, pancakes and the best omelet I have had in Bali. Loved the Quiche Lorraine, that was my favourite. The swim up bar was excellent. You wont be disappointed if you stay at the Puri Santrian. We have booked our next vacation at the Puri Santrian.

Perfect ”

We stayed in the premium Deluxe with King Size Bed. The room is very comfortable and large with balcony overlooking the pool. The bathroom is spacious and modern. The staff are excellent and the property is beautifully landscaped and in a good location. The beach is ok for swimming. It’s cleaned everyday. The breakfast is good .. not the best we’ve experienced but ample. Would be good if there was freshly squeezed juice available. Would definitely recommend.

I'm a travel writer, with some of the major travel publications, so go to lots of resorts all over the world. For this trip, though, we went as normal visitors, with no mention of my occupation. That made the welcome and exceptional treatment all the more rewarding. Everything was fantastic, and was just what we wanted, a charming oasis along the beach in Bali. The grounds are gorgeous, with so many flowers and special features. We loved the multiple pools, the complimentary afternoon tea, and the smiles from all the staff. Every request was handled with great hospitality. We had a marvelous holiday. I cannot recommend the resort more highly!!!

Wonderful Stay”

We enjoyed our stay at Puri Santrian, our Premium Deluxe room was very spacious, clean and just a step away from the amazing infinity pool. The gardens are just beautiful and everything feels very peaceful. Staff were super friendly and always happy to help. The complimentary afternoon was great and we enjoyed it while sitting at the beachfront. A big thanks to all at Puri Santrian.

Beautiful resort at an excellent location. The property has a private beach and it's beautiful. The pool is amazing and very well maintained. we loved everything about this place from our welcome to check out..the walkways are a treat to all your sense. The best part is the staff very well trained and absolute best hospitality.

A great start”

We checked in to the Puri Santrian after a long haul and it was the perfect choice to gently start our holiday. Beautiful grounds, fantastic location on the beach, good poolside massages and the morning yoga was an added bonus. A really lovely and relaxing break and a treat for the senses. Baby cots were also the nicest we have seen so far and the whole family slept really well and enjoyed the facilities. My only criticism (which is very minor) is that the lighting at the beach bar should be more subdued in the evening (would be perfect if you turned off the overhead spotlights) to create a bit more ambiance and mood.

Cosy beach resort for holiday couples”

There are 3 big swimming pools and a nice beach within the hotel and lots of beach chairs for sun bathing. No gym for workout though. Food in the hotel is good and not expensive. This resort is huge and took me a while to understand the map. There are nice restaurants outside the hotel and eateries along the beach if you dont mind the flies sharing food. Staff is friendly but some are trying to make side income by arranging tours and outdoor activities. I managed to get an early checkin around 11am as it is not a busy period. I will certainly go back again.

Great Hotel in Sanur”

We have just had our 5th stay in the Puri Santrian and again it has been fantastic. The hotel is set in beautiful gardens right on the beach, is close to lots of shopping and restaurants in the quiet end of Sanur. The staff are so friendly & nothing is too much. Great breakfast & we also had lunch at the hotel & ate at the Japanese restaurant on our last night. Both meals were great! We travelled with friends who were all highly impressed with the Puri Santrian & all want to come back again.

A very good option to feel Bali without even leaving the resort premises”

The stay was simply superb. The resort is about 30 years old, but kept in a very good condition, staff is well trained and eager to make your stay even more valuable. If you dont opt to dine in-house (i didnt), there are plenty of possibilities around. Consider it if you have a good offer, you wont regret. P.S. Any of issues mentioned in previous reviews are eliminated or being dealt with - respect to the management who actually read reviews and constantly improve the service. Thanks!

Lovely resort”

This is our 2nd stay and still a favourite for us. We stayed in a club room both times and highly recommend these rooms. They are large and quiet. The rooms are around a lovely pool which is for club guests only. The 2 other pools are nice also but club pool is quieter. Breakfast is great. Location is perfect. Right on beach (which unfortunately has a lot of rubbish floating as the tide comes in). Lots of shops and cafes nearby. Staff are very friendly and helpful. Highly recommend.

Lovely stay - again”

This was our 3rd visit to Puri Santrian Hotel. We stayed for 9 nights...and again ... this lovely resort exceeded our high expectations. The room was luxurious and spacious with a beautiful sea view, the staff were always smiling and helpful and the breakfast was excellent with plenty of choice. The pool areas are so pleasant to sit and relax and the amazing gardens offer a nice Balinese view. I can highly recommend this resort. We will certainly come back again !!
