Overnatting til en rimelig penge”
Dyr parkering om man ikke finner noe i gatene rundt. Gode senger. Putene var vonde. Sparetiltaket i dusjen irriterer. Vi dusjer uansett raskt og da skjønner man ikke hvorfor man må ha så lav styrke på vannet. Noen ganger kan det bære ok med litt trykk. Serviceinnstilt personale. Hos kommunikasjon med både sentrum og flyplass!

Jeg likte meg veldig godt på hotellet, det eneste som var negativt var at jeg hadde glemt skoene mine på rommet som jeg hadde oppholdti 3 dager, etter at jeg hadde sjekket ut, oppdaget jeg senere på etter middagen at jeg hadde glemt skoen min i skapet. Jeg ringte på resepsjonen og fortalte om gjenglemt skoen. De sa til meg at de skulle ringe meg senere men det gjorde de aldri, jeg prøvde dagen etter og fortalte om situasjonen, den som hadde vakten sa også til meg at de skulle ringe meg, jeg ventet og ventet , men det gjorde hun aldri. jeg ringte på morgen og på ettermiddagen. Jeg ble frustrert, det tok meg 2 dager for å få tilbake skoene mine. Jeg måtte komme selv til hotellet for å hente skoene uten at jeg hadde fått beskjed om det og siden det ikke var noe nytte å ringe... Poenget mitt her er at dere må jobbe mer med kundeservice, ikke love folk om å ringe dem tilbake uten at dere gjøre det...Ellers fin hotell og god pris kan anbefale til andre ;-)

Excellent stay with the kids in this hotel”
Place was so clean and beautiful, very peaceful and easy check in... the breaksfast is super! And just infront of the hotel there can u find Mcdonalds and gasoline station. Cons: too expensive parking fee ( 190nok per dag) we pay the whole day anyway even if we just park from 10pm to 7am But otherwise it waa quite a nice stay there...

the breakfast was excellent and room was outstanding. the only thing to consider is that it's bit of a walk from metro. I would definitely recommend it.

A bit out of the way, some waiting time at the reception, fiddly shower fastener, dark room during daytime, no fridge and slow TV system sw, but... Very big rooms, very clean, nice bathroom, rich breakfast and friendly staff for a relatively low price P.S. parking is half price next door

Quite a distance from the bus stop, will need to go up the slop. McDonalds is just across the road. It's very convenient. There's also train station to the city area. It's convenient to go to Oslo Airport as there's an airport bus which takes abt 40 mins to the airport.

The location was not as bad as the maps would indicate. Airport bus goes past the hotel once an hour, which was an unexpected perk.

Value for money but some flaws ”
Nice room but tv broke down and took an hour for the staff to fix. The holder for the hand shower was not working either. The machines in the reception was very slow and it would have been nice if they in some way asked how the stay was when I checked out. On the plus side is the breakfast which was very nice and for the price I paid to stay at the hotel the overall experience was very good.

Good stay with some disadvantages ”
Due to construction site in front of the hotel and in front of our room one of my friends couldnt sleep in the night. We would like to receive such information at the checkin or via email before we checkin.

The hotel is nice. Easy to from and to airport. However, they didn’t provide water bottles. Also, no bathroom mattress and shower cap.

Very comfortable beds and clean, modern bathroom. The location isn’t central but the hotel is a 5 minute walk from the metro so it’s easy to get everywhere. Oslo is a very expensive city so this was good value for money
