Flawed Hotel”
1. Room at 2nd flr comes with low vibration that can be felt at work table, also humming noise all night. 2. Shower glass door with broken handle. 3. Next room filled with junkies that shouted from 4am till dawn. 4. Unfriendly staff, from entrance who offered no help with luggage to bar tender who pretend not to notice. 5. Rusted kettle supplied for boiling hot water.

The room is excellent, the location is very strategic. However, the reception staff hospitality is lacking, and the television channel option is very limited. And keep in mind that the room price is not including meals. Is is worthy? Yes. Is it the best on its price range? No

Not recommended unless you want budget hotel”
The room given to 4 of us is pathetic. Once you enter, it so smelly - like it is smoking room even though it stated non smoking. And, no towels being provided. Once provided, the towel is so yellowish. Our bed sheet has some stain. Really not recommended at all unless you need budget hotel.

The hotel’s hospitality and facilities are seriously in a bad condition. Came in into the first room with a bad smell and there were towels on the ground. Made a complain and they changed me to a new room. The aircond was fine at first and on the second day the aircond was not cold at all, and the aircond’s water started to drip. Made a complain to change room and the worker had the audacity to put the blame on me by saying I should’ve made the complain earlier and the room currently was full, so the only way he can do is to sent the maintenance man up. I dont know what conversation they had, suddenly your employee said “oh there’s one room left available”. Overall, I really had an unpleasant nights there. Morever, do read articles regarding this hotel. Recently one of the lifts fell and caused someone to death. The hotel did not report the incident anyway.

Since there was no air conditioner on the corridor, the whole floor was so stuffy and the room was not cool. Over all the hotel was still OK

The hotel is new, I think it's the best 3-4 star hotel in Pekanbaru. The room is very comfortable with new furniture and complete room feature and compliment. Likely to stay again in this hotel once come to Pekanbaru again.
