Flott hotell”

flott hotell som ligger sentralt i gamlebyen i bangkok,vennlige og hjelpsomme og høflige, om som gjorde alt for at vi skulle trives. rent og ryddig. heisen var noe treg. bassenget var også rent og ryddig.prisen på hotellet var grei i forhold til kvaliteten. men wi-fi burde vært inkludert i prisen.det var det på de andre hotellene .

Bit out dated but still luxury ”

We stayed for 3 nights, the reception area and pool are lovely modern and clean. The rooms need renovation, they’re spacious and clean but a little worn! It was still a lovely stay and the price reflected its dated decor. We would stay again!

Comfortable stay in Bangkok”

Good place to stay. Easy to get around with the shuttle bus or by the canalboat near by. The breakfast is very good, even the coffee is horrible bad and they just have a very black tea as other hot drink. The pool and the rooms are very nice. Staff is kind and helpfull.

Good location for travel inside of Bangkok”

The hotel is nice place and closely with inside of Bangkok. The staff is very nice and good services. Some of details should be improve such as if you requested a bucket of ice (that will be too much expensive around 170 THB). Otherwise, others are alright.

Location is the key.”

The hotel is of a high standard and has everything you need for your stay. It's main plus point is it's location:- 40 minutes from the airport, close to the expressway so you spend less time stuck in traffic. Walking distance to a lot of the attractions in the centre of Bangkok. Also cheaper if you want to take a taxi or Tuk Tuk back to the hotel.

it is a nice hotel, we would enjoy our stay a lot if they did not have 1 hour wifi policy per day per room ! i was sharing my room with my husband and two people cant be logged at the same time. total time is 1 hour and when i complained about it, i was told that since i booked my stay with agoda, it is as a cheap deal so I can not get proper wifi connection! and even in the lobby there were not any wifi.. I have to stay since we are business people and we work while we travel I regret staying in this hotel. Cheap calculation can ruin even a good hotel like this!

Only stayed there for 1 night while transitting between 2 locations. The hotel is very clean, rooms are spacious and the pool is lovely. Checkin and checkout process was quick and efficient. The bathroom was a bit worn and dated, letting the room down slightly. I feel the hotel is mainly designed for the asian market, but the location allows quick access to main tourist attractions and transport hubs

Nice room”

The hotel located in the central of Bangkok that we want to go. The big market near by. The room quiet nice and relax. Clean, big balcony and look relaxing. The bed very comfortable and they provided many pillow. Everything in room its function well and practical. Bathtub also nice with a good hot water. Also nice swimming pool. Staff well train and helpful. 7-11 opposite site of main gate. Nothing negative there!

The hotel located close to the place that we want to visit. The hotel look new inside and look relax. Clean and function room. Nice bathtub. Got superior plus that they upgrade from superior room, 2 queen twin beds. Good and many pillows. Large balcony, unfortunately so hot there. New carpet room with a nice design room. We will back there again!! Lovely hotel. All Staff are very nice, friendly and helpful

Good Value for Money”

Good value for money and the room is bigger more than expectation, very comfortable. I enjoyed my time over there very much during the wedding. Pool is nice and clean, the service was good enough. The location are very in the middle of the city easy to go every where but a bit in the traffic area. Close to a nice good Chinese market, what a lovely.

Excellent Hotel!”

The Royal Princess is located 30 minutes walking distance to Khaosan Rd. It is very modern and for the hotels that I've enjoyed in Bangkok it's by far the best. As soon as you enter the large lobby you realize that this place is going to be nice. The staff was extremely helpful organizing transportation and answering questions relating to Bangkok. The rooms are spacious and well appointed. The bathrooms are large and include a tub. I enjoyed the swimming pool with is its lounge chairs and covered day beds. For the price this place is such a bargain! We would definitely stay there again.

Lovely hotel and service with a smile”

I was very pleased with this hotel, the location is not that bad its only a 10 minute taxi ride away from Koh San Road and the sky train.... Would stay at this hotel again as it was at a good price too!

Great location and good hotel services”

Feeling great guest of staying there. Staffs always give a smile and welcome your arrival by open up door for you. Room is set with multi-channel tv and ready set radio. Staffs are providing fast service upon request and able to speak good English. Meter cabs can be ordered at reception and come prompt on time. Overall satified except tv subtitle is in Thai.

Good lokation, friendly staf”

This hotel gets a renovation, the swimmingpool was dirty that time there was a lot off sitt in the water, and it was not cristalclear. The rooms are comes with good furniture, and the staff is same friendly like in the past. I recomend this hotel to everybody, because quiet, and clear.

Ripped off by hotel driver”

A driver approached us from the concierge desk every time weare at reception. I wanted to go to a bank to change money and see the Temple and a river cruise. He said he would bring us to an exchange place he knew that had betterrates thanthe banks. He didn't haha ha. The rate we got was 600 baht worse than the downtown currency exchange places. He quoted 1500 return for a one hour river cruise and 200 return for the temple. He dropped us about 200 yards away and left. He seemed to be the only driver in Thailand that did not know it was a public holiday and the temple was closed. Needless to say we did not book the cruise with him. The hotelitself is a modern clean hotel and the breakfast is very good. The staff are also excellent apart from this one guy who seemed to be constantly atthe concierge desk and didsay he worked for the hotel. While it is not a whole lot of money we just felt scammed and really disappointed he did not tell us we could not see the temple asit was closed. The.

Great hotel but may need cosmetic fixed.”

This is a very nice hotel in convenient lication of Bangkok. Room are spacious. Services are nice. Food is decent. However, it might need some facelifts. Things are getting outdated. Noticing from switch panels in room, they look overused and fell apart. Carpet seems run down. Caulking in bathroom may need some new ones. However, I like this place, but with many outdated environment can add up to make it less of a perfect stay. If you aren't serious about these little things, it will be a good choice to stay.

A bit old and need some maintenance and renovation. However, it is excellent value at very good room rate.. Location is best.
