Kloakk lukt fra badet trekker ned..selvom de prøvde å fikse det opp luktet det helt forferdelig..vi hadde også maur i leiligheten dette trekker ned..ellers utrolig fin og rolig plass!

Review. I have stayed at the Royal Tenerife Country Club before the stay has always been pleasant & enjoyable. The area is very clean family friendly and if you book this hotel expect a relaxed atmosphere, remember its not Los Cristianos or Los Anericas the accommodation is situated in the Golf area San Miguel de Abona. HOWEVER their Customer Service was lacking in a few areas on this particular stay. Apartment given was very nice however renovations were taking place in the property next to ours, it sounded like a building site, obviously it was next door (adjoining walls) I had to telephone reception to be advised the hotel carries out this type of work in the winter, I get that HOWEVR not when I have paid for the accommodation. If I am put next to building works the accommodation should be free or half price. I asked the member of staff I spoke with for alternative accommodation and was told they were fully booked. The member of staff I spoke with had spoken with the workmen and the noise was significantly reduced. The Deposit taken. Please don't take the money from the customer and have the customer chase you for the return of. A week later I have returned to the UK and the 100 euro deposit taken at check in has still not been returned to my account, this is poor when people are struggling financially. Check in. I arrived early the check in process was immediate, monies taken from my account for the accommodation PLUS the breakages deposit taken . So the entire amount was taken at check in HOWEVER they would not let me use their wifi whilst I waited for the check in time to pas 4 hours, is this reasonable and good customer service. This could be a great hotel, Customer Service is everything its not about the building and adhering to the hotel's policies, its about ensuring things are put right when they go wrong, thus creating great customer satisfaction .

A hotel that does not have Restaurant, nor Room Service Clean service every 8 (eight) days! Change of towels (limeted) every 4 (four) days This hotel does not honor deals to reserve. No confident personnel. They denied any deal, so you can loose your reservation, or the forced to rise the the price. Personnel lies very often to justify mistakes, or policies of the hotel. Not a friendly hotel Not recommended.

We’ve stayed here several time since 1997. Never been disappointed. The apartments are spotless very roomy and cannot be faulted. Upgraded regularly. Beds comfortable and even the pillows are great. Never over crowded and far better than any package I’ve been on.

Fantastic place, would totally recommend!!!”
It was our first trip to Tenerife and Royal Country club! We stayed in 2 bedroom villa with large back garden and it was amazing! Place for spotless and we had bedding and towels changed twice a week as well as cleaning service. All staff from cleaners, security guards, reception staff, bar staff and management were really friendly and helpful. On our last day we were allowed to leave our suitcases at the hotel as our flight was late and also stay at the villa for bit longer after the check-out time. Place has laundry services but its extra as well as parking. Pools are super clean and smaller poor is heated. Bar at the pool is very reasonably prices and mojits are amazing! To explore the island you will need a car as resort is 15 mins drive from Los Cristiaons and Playa Del Americas and about an hour from Santa Cruz. Shops are hear by Lild, Mercadona.... We had a fantastic time and will defo be back. Thank you to Christina, Mila, Isis, David, and everybody else...

The ground floor suites, which are two bedroom, are really nice, with your own private patio/barbecue pit. Quiet. Pretty good kitchen. 2 TVs, but not the greatest selection of English speaking channels. Nice main pool (they have three), but it isn't heated and closes early (6PM, which is typical in the Canaries, at least this time of year). Staff were helpful and reasonably friendly. One of the few downsides is the parking–if you aren't a Diamond Resort member, you'll likely have to park across the road at the Golf club. Another is the bugs–more flies and tiny ants here than some other areas of the island, probably because of all the water that's used to keep the greens in shape. It's also a bit of a walk to the ocean, but my wife enjoyed footing it for the exercise. We liked the aesthetics of the place overall and thought it was good value (Thanks again, Agoda!).

Comfortable and spacious apartment ”
Spacious and clean apartment, very well equipped, kitchen has nearly everything you need for cooking. The beds are big and comfortable. The area is beautiful and you have two small supermarkets in the resort. Good access to other stores and facilities. The only negative point is the wifi which is not included. And I guess it is their general policy.

Un havre de paix au paradis ! ”
Nous avons l'impression d'avoir vécu une semaine au paradis !! Nous avions un appartement deux chambres, avec deux salles de bain et une immense terrasse qui donnait sur la piscine. Les bâtiments blancs éclatants sont très jolis et très bien pensés. Il y a une entrée indépendante pour chaque logement qui donne sur l'extérieur. Les extérieurs sont parfaitement entretenus, joliment fleuris, et l'espace avec les différentes piscines extérieures (dont une chauffée l'hiver) et le bar-restaurant central est très agréable. Il y a une multitude de transats et de parasols pour profiter du soleil. Dans le complexe vous trouverez une épicerie, un coiffeur, une salle de sport et un spa. Vous bénéficiez d'une place de parking attitrée avec un numéro et l'accès au complexe est sécurisé par un gardien dans une guérite. L'hôtel domine le golf et est à proximité de tout, mais dans un environnement parfaitement calme. La quartier de Golf del Sur est très agréable. Nous avons vécu un séjour absolument merveilleux.

Hartelijke medewerkers bij de balie en schoonmaak. Goed schoongemaakt. Ligt wel wat hoger op een heuvel, verder weg van de dorpjes/stad. ( Dus afh van taxi of eigen vervoer). Keuken wel wat gedateerd, maar alles aanwezig behalve vaatwasser. Fijne verzorgde tuintjes met tafel en ligstoelen. Gevoel van een hotel, maar toch een eigen huisje.

Un puente genial ”
Hubo algún inconveniente, pero no los solucionaron. El día de Canarias tuvieron un súper detalle con los huéspedes pusieron cosas para picar de productos canarios, la verdad que no lo esperábamos y el trato super genial no es la primera vez que hemos ido y no será la última.

Veníamos con miedo porque no lo conocíamos, pero según abrimos la puerta de la habitación, ya estábamos encantados…todo fabuloso y súper contenta porque hice una petición a la hora de hacer la reserva y me encontré a mi llegada que me la cumplieron, volvería a repetir y lo recomendaría

Confortable estadía ”
Hemos estado en varias ocasiones en el hotel, y la verdad es que siempre ha sido una grata experiencia. El trato muy amable, las instalaciones muy confortables, y todo dispuesto para el disfrute. Si bien es cierto que la hora de entrada es muy tarde, y que la salida es muy pronto, se agradece que se pueda disfrutar de las instalaciones hasta avanzadas horas sin ningún coste. Volveremos nuevamente sin duda.

la entrada a las 16 horas y salida a las 10 es perder un dia al entrar a las 16 h y la salida muy justa sobre todo con niños pequeños tener que levantarlo en la vacaciones tan temprano `para que te de tiempo para salir
