Great location”
Top notch resort. Great beach and pool. The staff was friendly and service-minded. Great value for the money. We planed to stay 2 nights, but ended up with 5 nights.

Fantastisk sted, koselige rom, litt små”
Veldig bra opphold, men litt skuffet over at det var forholdsvis små, "slitne" rom. Plastplanter i potter (!) på terrassene. Betjeningen snakket utrolig dårlig engelsk (ingenting). God mat og vin. Massasjen og masørene var fantastiske men triste omgivelser og iskaldt i rommene.

BEST VIEW EVER”
We had a beachfront bungalow and the view was sensational both day and night. Beautiful sunsets. Bungalows furnished in traditional style and very well maintained and comfortable. Newer rooms at the back of the resort, but built up high so they get a view too. Usual selection at breakfast, but with a variety of pho choices , all of which were delicious. Good size pool with easy access via steps or ladder, although it goes deep very quickly. Staff from reception, to house-keeping, to breakfast service were all excellent. Easy walk to many restaurants. I spent six nights at the hotel in early November, the beach water was not clear when I first arrived, but got clearer each day and by the last two days was excellent, so water clarity must depend on the time of year/tides. Also did a tour through the hotel that was very good value. I look forward to returning to this hotel. I loved it.

Great Location”
I love this hotel. The staffs there were nice and attentive. I travel with my mom. She has servere knee problem, they tried their best to get us the room that was close to very thing and convenience for my mom. The beach was nice clean. Breakfast selection were great. I was surprised by the quality of food they served. I was there from 12/01/19-12/05/19, the water was calm, weather was warm and nice, no big wave. There is a drop in the water that might caught a non swimmer by surprise, so be careful if you don't swim well.

Very nice clean resort, friendly stuff, beach was clean fresh and nice smelling towels how many you have need it. Breakfast was also very good many different things to choose, especially i liked the egg corner, and fruit corner. Thr only negative thing was “free transportation to airy” which was not because they started at 06.00 but we had to be on airport at 05.30 so we have to take a normal Taxi. I don’t know why the lady at reception didn’t tell us that one day before ( we were asking when will they pick us).????? Thank god we still had vietnam money.

Amazing hotel and location”
Hotel is located in perfect location and beach was beautiful. We stayed for 6 nights in a beachside bungalow, room was clean and had everything you need. The biggest positive is hearing the waves when you wake up and opening the curtains to an amazing sea view. Hotel staff cannot do enough help, grounds were well maintained and unlike other comments, did not feel the hotel needed modernising. For the price you cannot result this hotel. Close to the night market, so you can walk there in 15 minutes for shopping and dinner.

stayed at INFRONTOF BEACH villa. Restaurant at the resort also ok, Room condition also good, They have balcony with sunbed. You can reach beach in front of the villa as the name. Very quiet and less people. swimming pool is quite small so didn't use it. but i saw children played there. AC also ok, toilet ok, cleaning ok, You can apply pick-up service, Hope you choose this resort and enjoy relaxing holiday.

This hotel saved my vacation! I originally booked the wrong dates but the hotel staff were so incredibly accommodating and helpful and were able to sort it all out for me. The beach and pool were both excellent and clean. I will definitely stay here again when I go back to Phu Quoc!

Everything was perfect during our stay! Very nice and spacey resort with the biggest selection of breakfast we have seen! We have used their free airport transfer as well, all perfect! Only the laundry was quite expensive..

Beach front delight”
This hotel proved a great choice for a relaxing last 3 nights in Vietnam. We had a beach front bungalow, within the well maintained grounds, with easy access to the clean and life-guard monitored beach. We enjoyed a pre-breakfast dip and again in the cool of the evening as the sun sets over the sea. The breakfasts had almost every option imaginable. The location was good for shops and Duong Dong night market. We didn't try the excellent looking hotel evening BBQs - there were so many good local options in walking distance; from lunchtime Banh Mi and mango smoothie to the excellent Saigonese Restaurant (we used it twice).

Great resort right on the beach”
Lovely resort in a great location near restaurants, minimarts and right on the beach. We stayed in a beachfront villa which was a couple of meters from the beach. Breakfast is plentiful and varied, and the staff are very helpful. Includes a return shuttle to the airport. Highly recommend this place for the breeze and location (about 10-15 mins walk to the night market).

We loved everything about this resort, location excellent,lots of good eating places outside of resort. Breakfast excellent, staff friendly and helpful. Option of pool or beach. Plenty of lounge chairs at beach and pool.(free) Resort menu has excellent choices for traditional eating & western food. Highly recommend this resort. 5 stars for our stay here.

We had a bungalow on the beach. It was 145, the ocean at our front door. Beach towels available every day. Clean rooms, great air conditioner. Just wish the fridge ran when we left room. Great place to spend time. They even have kayaks.

Great Beach Resort - Poor Secury”
Pros - great location - lovely beach - good facilities - adequate breakfast Cons - poor security at night, our beachfront villa was at the furthest end of the resort/beach. At the end of the beach was a security hut that was never staffed, night or day, which worried us as there’s public access to the the hotels beach , anyone could easily walk into the resort at night, walk around & break into the villas/rooms. Security was ok during the day, as security guards prevented non residents from using the resorts sun loungers, but they allowed them to remain on the beach, which I do not agree with, these non residents, mostly Russian, would lie on the sand inbetween sun lounger pairs, too close to us, invading our space & bothering us. - Dinner was awful, overpriced & poor quality, we ate at the numerous good restaurants nearby for half the price - don’t go here at Chinese New Year as it’s full of Chinese families with badly behaved children - No Hot water in our villa at any time

Booked 3 garden view rooms for our whole family which was the lowest price. We went mid week on the ferry and arrived and checked in 3 hours early. I was expecting to be told to wait till 2pm to check in. But NO, we got a beach front room with ocean view right away and then the other 2 rooms within the hour. All were ocean views which we were surprise to get. Don’t know why and didn’t ask. It was a great upgrade. Cost nothing extra. Staff were all great. My family would 100% come back and stay here.

Close to night market and walking distance to so much. Had a beachfront villa which was very spacious and clean. Staff were very friendly. Free airport transfers were great. We would stay here again. This was a four day break - our do nothing relaxing time in a 25 day holiday - perfect!
