Koselig hotell med ok beliggenhet”
Personalet ved frokosten var ganske autoritære på hvor man skulle sitte, samt at jeg fikk kjeft da jeg ønsket å ta med en doughnut opp på rommet. Mislikte dette. Ellers så var personalet hyggelig, særlig rengjøringspersonalet strakk seg langt for at vi skulle bfånett hyggelig opphold.

beautiful Hotel ”
the location was great it’s near the centro. the rooms are clean and has a hugh bathroom with whirlpool. the gym is small and all facilities are going , the fool in the spa is a bit small. the reception was very friendly but the service are very friendly but has a lack of english, we had a showcooking and i was asking the cook to make something for me and she anwers me with NO and she was pointing at the hot dogs! i was ready to pay an upgrade if it‘s necessary! in the general my family and me are giving 4,5 star to this hotel!

Busy but comfortable hotel”
Very big and busy hotel, but works well. Good location for arriving with a car, still walking distance to the centre. Comfortable beds but they move very easily and are hard to keep together. Breakfast buffet OK, although could do with some more vegetables. The pools are a bit small for such a big hotel.

Everyone really friendly. Food excellent. Facilities excellent. Location good. Clean. Good room facilities incl tea and coffee making. Overall an excellent hotel. Would go back.

Been to Sercotel La Lunda Hotel in August 2017 for a short trip in Granada. Hotel looks from inside perfect, parking is NOT NORMAL expensive. They are asking €44,- for three days parking. City is a little 25 minutes walk, would not recommend if you are planning to go more times to the city. Nevada Shopping Centre with the car around 8 minutes and Al Hambra a short 15 minutes trip. Reception also didn't respond on my wish that I had send with my reservation regarding parking and a double bed instead of two separate beds. Miguel from the reception is one of the persons who tried to treat me well as a guest, many thanks there for.

The hotel is a lil far fro the attraction ( hence why its not so costly). Room were nice but nothing special about it. The staff were friendly :)

Great modern hotel ”
Very good hotel. Although a bit away from the centre, the walk is easily doable. Comfortable rooms although if noisy guests next door, sound of conversations travel easily. Disappointed a bit with the size and temperature of the indoor swimming pool but staff were great, especially lady at the spa, very helpful and always smiling.

welcoming hotel staff and convenient location made my stay easy and hassle free, shopping mall across the road was helpful for groceries and essentials for any traveler and walking distance to main university campus as well as the adventurous sight-seeker's.

good location to shopping area and access from highway. Even though there was a little bit noise from highway, my family had good sleep. Parking is not free but discounted parking was available. breakfast buffet did not have various selection. Staffs were friendly.

Newly redecorated”
The hotel is just redecorated and therefore everything is new and grand. Though the gym room is not opened and the hotel is not close to railway station, I still highly recommended to pick this hotel as the price is worthy as compared with its design

Good value for location”
The Gran Luna hotel is a centrally located 4 star hotel which due to booking less than 24 hours before my visit,was good value for money. My main reason for booking this hotel was because I read it had a pool but when I arrived, I saw that the pool had no water in it which I assume is because although it was 30 degrees, it is not peak season. Difficult to get taxis from the hotel but I was able to walk to all locations apart from the bus station for my journey home. I would recomend the hotel if you can get it at the price of a 3 star and if you aren't fussed about it having a working swimming pool.

Good place to stay”
The location is not in Center of Granada but in a very good place, in front of it there is Hypercor a Shopping center (from El Corte Ingles), a big Spanish center with everything you need. The service is very attentive. I was there for 3 nights but I was very busy, so I don't know if there are sport facilities or sauna. The relation Quality-price is very good at Agoda rates.
