My friend had a sick when during the travel,he buy a thermometer in order to check the body temperature by himself,but unfortunately he break this temperature, mercury will Volatile,it is unhealthy for us.The staff help us change a new room charge for free.☺️

Good value for money”
Lovely clean and big room with kitchen and little seating area. There are several restaurants and a laundry around plus a 7-eleven at 100 meters. At 800 meters there is the big C with more shops and a big supermarket. If you want to go into town, a Grab is your best option. It was perfect, but the kitchen could do with a little bit more equipment like cutlery and crockery. We only had 2 glasses, 2 cups and 2 spoons. No plates, no corkscrew etc. Also the lighting wasn't that cozy. A bedside light would be nice ;) All in all: we would come again!

The room are big, clean. Staff are good n polite, it’s a good choice to stay here, big c are about 800-900meter from hotel. Central plaza are 1km far from hotel but there was a free shuttle bus can bring you to central plaza.

This is a fabulous hotel. So clean and wonderful staff. Big C Supermarket just up the road with many restaurants inside as well as shops. I would definitely stay here again.

Reasonable priced hotel with big clean room ”
The bed is comfortable. Clean and big room. The staffs are very helpful. An open useless kitchen that allow you to boil water and wash your cups only. No microwave oven. Big C supermarket is within walking distance but I prefer to go Central Plaza which is just across the road.

Good hotel, suboptimal location, minor irritations”
I arrived on short notice and was warmly welcomed. Staff even agreed to show me two rooms and check if aircon was working well (very important for me) before I confirmed my Agoda booking. Thanks very much for that! :-) I had a spacious room with queen-size bed, sofa, writing desk and even a kitchenette. I was irritated though that there was just a water kettle and coffee mugs, but no minimal equipment like plates, spoons, forks, microwave. So what is the kitchen for if I cannot eat or warm up food there? I bought food outside at nearby street shops, then asked for plate, soup bowl and cutlery at reception, which I got without any problems. But I would have expected to find that in the kitchen. I cannot say anything about breakfast because am not hungry in the morning and thus I booked without breakfast. The room was tidy, the bathroom small, but functional. I had to get Grab Car/Bike to go downtown for sightseeing, location is not in the city centre as advertised.

The bed is comfortable and the apartment is spacious for a couple. Good hot water and pressure in the shower. Photos are accurate.... The fridge in our room(1-11) doesn’t get cold, but I informed the staff and they said they would check into it. The kitchen doesn’t have anything but 2 coffee cups, 2 small glasses and a kettle. For us it would’ve made a big difference if there was atleast 2 bowls, 2 plates and some utensils....A knife and cutting board would be impressive, yet easy. Why have an empty kitchen? Minimal money could be spent for this large improvement....

Great spot to stay for the price. A bit far away from most night activities but worth the money if you have means of getting around. Friendly staff. Clean Rooms/very spacious. Stayed for 2 nights. Worth it.
