Good experience ”

We enjoyed our stay from the first night we got there. The room was lovely and clean. It was very quiet at the resort and because of that they didn't have the same favilities open as usual, breakfast was average only due to the fact that there is no travellers right now. Otherwise we had no complaints and they really tried their best to accommodate us.

‘Twas a good gamble”

I checked other reviews before booking this, been doubting at first because I also wanted to stay at Bestwestern Premiere with some of my friends there however I didn’t expect what I’ve seen. Yes, correct around the area(outside the property) were not that good since there was a construction going on and at night it’s really dark but the Good thing is your room is indeed a bomb. You get to have a comfy King-sized bed with all the other things that you need in a hotel. It also has a beautiful tub (and it is a big one). You get to have two sinks (perfect for couple) and it is spacious. I am recommending this to people out there who wanted to tour around Phu Quoc because at the end of your tour the cool nice comfortable room will welcome you to your sleep. Sometimes you just don’t want to move out from your bed. Kudos to Mr Ricky for taking care of us. I think he is the manager, he message us even if he is off-duty to let him know if we need anything. You deserve a raise.

CONSTRUCTION SITE”

Apart from the pool, the lobby & (to be fair) a nice pool & friendly staff the hotel is a construction site. I suggest anyone reading this comes back in a year. Do not expect any bars/restaurants locally, you need to drive at least 10 mins to get to the nearby sailing club (which was closed at the time due to the virus). I stayed one night then checked out early (moved somewhere else) & lost payment for second night as did not want to have this hotel spoiling my memory of Phu Quoc.

Great for quiet, relaxing vacation on the beach!”

We were a couple staying in the deluxe room, which are in the row of two-story studios next to the reception area. The room itself was clean and refreshing, with a balcony, a bathtub, and all the normally expected amenities. The morning breakfast buffet was great, overlooking the sea and main pool. They rented a motorbike at around USD8 per day, which is realistically a must if you want to get around the island on your own without pick-up services. Overall, as of Winter 2020, this was a relaxing hub located away from everything--even restaurants--so just do what you need to do in the various towns before returning back to your room.

The hotel is 7min walk from the food market, beach is quite, hotel is brand new It's good for ppl that prefer their relaxing vacation. Exactly in the middle of the island so can equally go to starfish breach and the cable car, City is 10 min drive. The manager and Ms suan were very much helpful and attending

This is not a New Hotel as listed on AGODA, but a large resort complex on the beach that only opened a view of their villas while 80 % is not completed. The towers won’t get finished for another 8 to 12 months is my guess. The price for the WOW suite with private pool was very low, now we know why. Construction started at 7am. Also the suites have a living room , dining room and separate bedroom, however they are not connected, you have to leave, cross the common hallway and unlock your bedroom. Another issue the master bedroom had 2 twin beds???? The kitchen on line shows dishes on the table and water and wine glasses, nothing was there other than 4 very small bowls, one knife, couple of forks and spoons. The finishing work was very sloppy, paint spots, the draws in the bathroom was still filled with construction dust, water features and out door showers not finished, out door lights not finished, I removed the plastic wrapping from the pool steps, no towels by the pool

Lovely stay at new build resort”

After a week travelling in North/Mid Vietnam, we wanted to relax at a sunny beach in a nice beach resort. Luckely for us, Sonaga just opened their doors and had a nice offer on Agoda. We booked the villa with private swimmingpool and it was AWESOME. Although very new (which you could smell sometimes) everthing you need for a relaxing "zen" holiday is available. There is a big bed(room) with a shower and Hottub. Private Pool is very Nice when you return from the beach and just want to cool down for a bit, without much people around. Breakfast was fine, staff was very friendly en helpfull. The location is naar the airport but there is a lot under construction in this area, so I recommend you to rent a motorbike (15-20 mins driving to the city center, for good restaurants etc). Ricky, the receptionist, did a wonderful job, always helping us in every way he can. Thanks for having us!

Nytt hotell”

Ett nytt hotell. Inte färdigt ännu. Lite långt från centrum, då det är ett område som byggs och väldigt lite är färdigt. Kommer nog bli fantastiskt framöver.

Ruhiger Ort am schönen Strand.”

Wir waren neun Nächte im Sonaga und hatten einen Deluxe Room. Das Zimmer selbst ist klasse, ein schönes Bett auf dem man super schlafen kann. Der Badbereich ist riesig mit Badewanne, Regendusche und abgetrenntem WC. Die Klimaanlage lässt sich allerdings nicht so gut regulieren ist aber sehr leise. Die Anlage ist zu unserer Zeit erst seit 10 Tagen teilweise eröffnet, es wird noch fleißig gebaut vor allem an dem noch entstehenden Hotel. Das Restaurant hat eine ausgezeichnete Küche und die Speisen sind allemal mit sehr gut zu bewerten. Die Sauberkeit ist im gesamten Resort ausgezeichnet einzig der Strand müsste mehr Aufmerksamkeit bekommen. Das Personal ist sehr freundlich allen voran der Manager Kin und Ricky von der Rezeption, die beiden sind auch die einzigen die ein sehr gutes englisch sprechen. Alle Mitarbeiter sind überaus herzlich und zuvorkommend auch wenn es manchmal mit der Verständigung nicht so gut klappt. Der Strand ist toll, keine Steine, Muscheln oder sonst etwas im Wasser. Das Resort liegt etwas Abseits des Trubels man ist allerdings in 5 Minuten mit dem Taxi am Long Beach. Für uns war dieses Resort die richtige Entscheidung und können es nur weiterempfehlen. Bis Juni soll das angrenzende Hotel fertiggestellt sein bis dahin ist noch, wenn auch mit geringer, Lärmbelästigung zu rechnen.

Neues Hotel etwas außerhalb von der Stadt.”

Aktuell wird das Haupthaus noch gebaut. Das stört aber überhaupt nicht. Das Personal ist sehr zuvorkommend und überhaupt nicht aufdringlich. Die betten sind ultra bequem und die Zimmer sind sehr komfortabel und großzügig. In der Nähe befindet sich ein Foodmaket. Dort haben wir sehr gut gegessen. Das Essen im Hotel ist nicht besonders gut. Preis - Leistung stimmt hier nicht. Die Englischkenntnisse der Angestellten ist ausbaufähig. Ricky der Manager macht einen ausgezeichneten Job. Der Strand und das Meer sind überraschend sauber. Wir hatte sehr schöne Tage.

La villa que nous avions lors de notre séjour (5jours4nuits) n'est pas du tout digne d'un établissement soit disant haute game par un manque de professionnalisme (plutôt amateurs qu'autre) séjour gâché pour un rapport qualité/prix élevé qui ne sont pas à la hauteur.

Splinternieuw resort met prachtige ruime en stylish Ingerichte villa’s en ruime luxe losse hotelkamers. Zeer ruim opgezet, ontzettend vriendelijk personeel. Het resort heeft een enorm groot zwembad met ruim voldoende ligbedden. Je loop zo een enorm groot en rustig prive strand op, voor het resort. De bedden in de kamers zijn ronduit super! De beste die we gehad hebben tijdens onze gehele reis van een maand door Vietnam. Slapen doe je hier goed. De keuken biedt ruime keus en erg goed qua smaak! Een paar dagen pure verwennerij. Wil je drukte? Pak een taxi en binnen 15 minuten sta je in het nogal touristische maar bruisende Dong Duong. In Sonaga Resort geniet je vooral van de rust en luxe.

주변에는 다른 시설이 전혀 없고 메인 숙소는 건설중입니다. 노o텔 주변 번화가 까지 걸으면 20분정도고 돌아올때는 그랩 잡아도 됩니다. 오픈 석달 된 호텔이다보니 부족한면이 없지 않습니다. 하지만 모든 아쉬움을 날려버리는 직원들의 친절함은 만점입니다. 유명 호텔직원들의 틀에 박힌 친절함이 아니라 진심과 순수함에 모든 것을 만족하게 해주는 곳입니다. 모든 것이 신상이라 시설은 깨끗하고 번쩍번쩍합니다.ㅎㅎ 풀장도 넓고 이용이 편리합니다. 전용비치에서 바라보는 일몰은 말이 필요 없고요.( 주변 대형 호텔들의 경우 지반때문인지 본관이 해변에서 200~300 미터 가량 떨어져 있는데 소나가는 10미터 코앞입니다) 지금까지 사파부터 푸꿕까지 묵어 본 50여개 숙소 중에 손에 꼽는 숙소입니다. 가성비를 떠나서 앞으로도 직원들이 지금 그대로만 했으면 좋겠네요. ・バスタオルがなくてフロントまで取りに行った ・トイレ便座が濡れており、ハエが5匹くらいいた ・部屋の入り口付近の照明が不点灯で危なかった ・スタッフも照明をつけてくれようとせず、携帯電話の照明で案内してくれた ・朝食のトマトに虫が湧いていた ・フロントのスタッフは良かった ・プール周りは綺麗で雰囲気も良い ・海に近くて良い
