Excellent hotel with extremely good design”
We had a pleasant stay at Sulis hotel (stayed at level 1). The room is large, the bed is also large and comfortable. The room is extremely well designed. There are quite a few power plugs everywhere in the room which can accomodate any types of plugs. The placement of the lights is also very good; it's well lit. The floor tile in shower area is non-slippery. They also provide a hanging rack for clothes/towel in the balcony. They burn mosquito repellent daily, so there's no mosquito in the room.(although the smell may be a bit annoying if you open the balcony door) The swimming pool is facing the sea so you can enjoy sunset while swimming. The hotel is very very close to the beach, we enjoyed watching the sunset while our kids played sand castle. The balinese massage was soft, gentle and enjoyable, and the price is very reasonable. The breakfast was fair. Could probably be improved. But overall, it's a very excellent hotel and I'll definitely stay there again in my next visit.

Love that the hotel provides a 5 mins shoulders massage when we check in. No doubt its a marketing strategy but it's a nice touch for the tired soul. The room was big and clean. The bed was sooo comfortable. Love the toilet that's filled with mirrors. No view to speak about but it doesn't matters. The view from the rooftop was great. We had the pool to ourselves on 1 morning n night. The breakfast spread was decent with waffles n pancakes. The massage was good too that the husband was snoring away. Location wise 8 mins away to LIPPO mall n there's some convenience stores n shops nearby. Overall its a nice stay! Definitely be back!!! Love it

Sensational Sulis”
The Sulis Hotel, renovation of former GreenGarden beach hotel and Spa is fantastic! The staff are amongst the friendliest and most efficient you could hope to meet. The rooms are immaculate and modern with led lighting, everything bright and comfortable. Bathrooms are very good. The rooftop restaurant is amazing at Sunset and after. The Pool has amazing views over the beach and to the mountains, Dining in is very affordable and the food delicious. Breakfast is very good with many choices. The Spa is first class, with many long term therapists.

This hotel is only 1 year old and extremely clean. The rooms and bathroom are absolutely fabulous particularly for the cheap price we paid. Double glazed doors and windows to keep out the noise. Breakfast was good and so was the location if you want to be close to the airport and the beach which is much better at this end. There is also a free shuttle service to the airport. The pool is lovely and incredible views from roof top. The only negatives I think is that area is a bit stark and the reception area isn't to the standard of the rooms. The spa area is top class with steam room and jacuzzi.

The room was So clean and bed was so comfy. Shower got a lot of water. The balcony was attached to the room and we could enjoy the view from the hotel. Rooftop pool was deep and large, they got some parasols and beds around there, so we really liked to stay there. Breakfast was so so but we could enjoy omlet or something egg things that staff make in front of me. I left hotel 6am and they dropped off at airport as well. Overall the hotel was so good. I wanna come back again.

Fantastic hotel - love it”
Pros - Location, One of the newest hotels along Kuta Beach. Has a halal cafe nearby and lippo mall is a good 7mins walk. Have their own barber outlet. Rooms are well-equipped for a 4 star and spacious. Very comfortable Cons - Breakfast not a 4 star standard but they do provide pancakes and waffles. One meat type only. They serve pork so muslim travellers take note. A little shady outside the hotel at nights but overall pleasant. Would definitely recommend.

Value for money hotel near airport”
The hotel is situated right at the end of the busy Kuta street so it is not very noisy around but you can step out and just within km experience the night life of Kuta. We stayed the night we reached Bali before roaming around the island living in different places. It is quite close to the airport and serves the purpose of spending a night before transfer to another side of the island. The hotel is not about luxury but more of a clean, good place which serves the basic necessity.

Sulis just Awesome”
Cant say enough about this hotel. Close to the airport. Rooms were spacious and very clean (but you would expect that from a hotel that hasn't quite been open an entire year yet). The staff and service was excellent, and the roof top pool was great. Situated near the beach, its location was quiet, but within easy walking distance of the Kartika Plaza, Matahari Mall & Waterbom Park. Would highly recommend to anyone!

Awesome Value for Money Accommodation”
Friendly hotel staff. We took a family room, and the room is very spacious. Very clean overall. Great view from the swimming pool, and while having a meal on the 5th floor. The meals in the hotel are actually value for money, not expensive. Good breakfast buffet spread. Location is within 10m walking distance to Lippo Mall (Kuta) and near to Beachwalk Shopping Mall. Overall very satisfied.

Highly recommend Sulis Beach hotel and Spa. First and primarily the staff are just fantastic, always friendly and helpful, good humored and just basically fun to spend time with. Highly recommend the rooms, just brilliant and the beds are to die for, better than home by a long way. And the bed at home is very good! Rooms are a generous size and well appointed with great entertainment, large, new TV and clean bathrooms, if you want to spend time relaxing away from the outside world . The rooftop pool, resteraunt and bar are also beautifully, food is first rate. And if you are a plane enthusiast this is the perfect place as the airport is only a short distance away. Yet there is no noise intrusion at all. The pool is large and well maintained. The beach and a wonderful relaxing walk are also only a few steps from the Sulis, just across a little used road, as is the Lippo and Discovery Malls, both excellent shopping centers only a few minutes walk just north.

Excellent hotel”
We stayed 3 nights for new year and loved it. First time we stayed here and highly recommend it. Excellent location in Tuban, few steps from the beach. Hotel staff very friendly and helpful and the whole place is spotless. Good size rooms with big balcony and modern bathroom. Beautiful large rooftop swimmng pool. We ate in the rooftop restaurant new years eve and had a lovely seafood meal for about AUD$35.00. Enjoyed 90 minute massage in hotel day spa for AUD$23.00 absolute bliss!

Clean and very recommended”
Its a very clean and big room. The bed is very comfortable. All the staff are very helpful and friendly. Our flight was at midnight, they offered free towel and we can take bath in shared bathroom before our flight. They also offered free transfer to airport. Unique open air hotel. Very recommended.

Service, rooms, restaurant, pool, cleanliness, staff, all absolutely outstanding! This was my 3rd visit to Sulis and they never disappoint! Rooms are spacious with thick comfy mattresses and so modern and clean. Food here is great and everything is just a short walk away. You should certainly not be disappointed booking here.

Clean, tidy, very comfortable bed and room. Location is great, staff were very welcoming. Enjoyed the roof-top restaurant and pool, and the breakfast was one of the best we have had. We are looking forward to staying at Sulis Beach Hotel for our next Bali holiday.

I’ve lost count of how many times I’ve stayed here? It’s definitely my go to when in Bali, it’s out of The Kuta noise, close to the airport, super comfy beds and pillows and the staff are sensational! All rooms are super clean, modern and well worth the money.

Lovely modern hotel ”
Modern hotel with friendly staff. Greeted with fresh fruit on arrival. Room not ready (we were early) but safe area to store luggage and could use facilities.,, Rooms (king deluxe) were clean and comfortable - serviced daily. Loved the bathroom, huge bed and pillows! Wifi was okay - kept dropping out. Could hear road noise from 2nd floor. Great food and view from roof top restaurant- sunset views amazing. Roof top pool had sun beds and shade umbrellas. Could order drinks and food at pool and charge to room or pay. Enjoyed the pancake/waffle area at breakfast. Sulis Spa was awesome! Definitely recommend a visit. Beach a short walk away. Close to airport with free ride to airport when leaving. Would definitely recommend and stay again!

Clean and spacious room”
the room is very clean and spacious, we book a family room for 2 nights. There are 1 king size bed, 2 single bed and a long sofa. Bathroom is big and clean. They provide 2 cloth hanger at the balcony to dry up wet clothes or towel. Walking distance to Jerman beach. We definitely will come back 👍🏻

We stayed in family rooms. They were spacious with comfortable beds. Bathroom was nice and clean. Rooms have balcony with towel racks so you have place to dry all those swimsuits. The rooftop pool was simple but nice. Front desk staff was super, very helpful too..

I like the location near the beach and some content store nearby and also very quite at the night. They also have free massage that you can enjoy for 5 mins . If you like you can ask for more information. The room for us was very spacious and clean . We enjoy very much

This hotel exceeded our expectation. The staff were very nice and accommodating. We loved how spacious and clean our room was, complete with all the things to make us feel more at home. The breakfast was delicious and made our stay more worth it.
