My WORST booking!”
Were already paid via credit card but they still asked us to pay in cash in the lobby even though we have proof of payment from agoda. In the description in the email, we have access on all pools. But they said that we need to pay 150 pesos per head to use the pool. They didn't provide tissue in the toilet room. Only 1 towel, toothbrush, toothpaste and soap were given even though I indicated on my booking that U have companion. The contact person that was given by Agoda was not active. He is not answering our phone calls and texts. Internet is slow. No utensils. Only plate and drinking glass were provided. The toilet bowl have urine stains on the seat. If possible, this room must be ban by Agoda.

Need to contact Agoda's customer service to confirm my booking with the Host. The contact details provided by the Host can't be reached. Unit needs to be cleaned, small cockroaches are everywhere. The only good about the unit is the strong WiFi connection.

This is not grass Property management who Handel's on site live in. I rented the apartment for my brother and sister in law, I personally live here at Grass in one of there condos. The apartment witch we rented was not available upon check in. Oh and that is a story in it self. After finally tracking down the property so called manager, they put my in laws in a dump. I refused it and told them as a resident I was going to Grass Property Management. We had to pay extra for the pool gym and courts because this booking has know tie with Grass Management. Grass is a awesome place to vacation, but call the on sight grass property managers for your booking. To have all the amenities you will pay 2500 Pluss a night.
