I was been prepared a dinner upon arrivals and therefore quite late to the hotel. Upon check-in, your reception gave me an extremely efficient service and ushered me to my room no 1008. True to it’s name, my room is a ‘Haven’ paradise with crisp clean linen spread on my Queen bed in spacious room and beautiful room layout. Buffer breakfast offers something for all apetites with it’s local and International gastronomic delights. With 3 complexes of accomodations, the hotel, Suites and Villa, these are spoilt for choices. A natural elegance accomodations fits well along side the chic shopping strips and party venue in Seminyak. It’s highly recommended to stay here and I was more than happy that I pick single handedly and chose The Haven for my stay from Nov 1 - 3, 2019. Date of stay : 1-3 Nov 2019. Mr. Abdullah

Stayed a week in The Haven. Really clean, great breakfast, staff more than accommodating if there was an issue which was only getting a connection to the WiFi which was fixed fixed straight away.Good connections to WiFi including a solid connection for a link for the computer.Not that I needed too much but it was there.Good speed. Lovely hotel and will come again.The only problem as with all these hotels is that they could get more if they reduced the prices of drink.,, unless have a stash load of money. Dont mind paying the surcharge but the pricing is way too much without that. Left behind a small article when I moved to Sanur. Went back a week later at to my surprise they had it in there loss and found. All Good. Will visit again thanks The Haven

The Haven is centrally located in Seminyak to several locations. May seem a little deceiving at first till you are greeted at the front desk. The staff go above and beyond to ensure your comfort. They are willing to do everything possible to make your stay enjoyable. The rooms are spacious, clean and comfortable. The food is amazing and affordable. I recommend the breakfast option and included it when I booked..it was a great buffet. The pools are awesome. Clean and plenty of loungers. I will definitely be staying at the Haven when I return to Bali. Highly recommend! The price for a night is reasonable. I give this hotel 5's across the board!!! Outstanding

I stayed here many times since 2013 nothing but improvement!! Front desk team ya’ll the bomb helped me out big time the moment me and my partner arrived ... left my mobile phone on blue bird taxi immediately track the taxi down and bamm!! An hr after got my phone back ... WELL DONE massive thank you !! All the staff at The Haven suits ya’ll the best our pool suits room was fabulous as always House keeping thanks for always cleaning our room up to my standard ;) And ... From check in till check out, the staff that we encountered were all very friendly and helpful. Special shoutout to Gede that check us in. Nevertheless, we were also surprise that the hotel actually take note and took attention to our request for honeymoon celebration setup. Therefore great shoutout to the housekeeping team for doing the setup and keeping the room clean and spotless. Aside from that I can say that hotel is location is perfect for us, it’s near the beach and there is a lot of place to walk around and shop too. We will definitely stay here again if I visit Bali in the future.

A great place to stay in Seminyak. The hotel was always clean, tidy spacious and the facilities were great! The staff were very friendly, they will greet you with a warm smile and always made you feel welcome. The restaurant had great food and the buffets were amazing. Amazing Service and Stay Compared to the Price”
I had a stay with my family this december eve for 2 nights. 4 adults with 1 kid (under 8). For the price paid, the stay was an amazing one. Note that I do not set my standard low. In terms of friendliness, atmosphere, and the level of comfort, it was exceptional. I will definitely recommend this hotel for those who are looking for a comfortable place to stay with low budget. Moreover, the hotel location was strategic, and I personally had an easy time reaching my destinations

Good breakfast buffet. Restaurant was at the front of hotel on the street great for those who like to people watch had a mix of rooms. One at the top and overlooking the street. It was noisy glad it wasn’t my room. Other at the top and over looking the pool this was pleasant and much quieter. The other was on the ground floor over looking pool which also can be noisy with people walking past late at night or early in the morning. If you like a sleep in I suggest choosing another as the young children like to get in pool early and can be quiet noisy. Overall I like this hotel for it’s convenience. Have stayed a few times.

Staff exceptional in their willingness to help you. Always so friendly. Bar, menu and pool and gym facilities are excellent, clean and maintained. Location allows you easy access to Kuta and Legian or to travel deeper into Seminyak. Great eateries in walking distance and 3 x 24hr (Circle K, Mini Mart and IndoMart) all within 50 meters or less from the hotel.

Stay in the hotel for 7 nights. Overall a very pleasant experience. The staffs are courteous and helpful. Excellent breakfast. Housekeeping is very responsive. My room is at the back away from the road so very quiet. AC is strong and quiet. Location is good. Just A$3 to get to Kuta beach by Bluebird taxi. Excellent massage near the hotel. Honestly, the hotel is a bit tired, esp the bathroom. But the service more than compensate for it. Double Haven room is ok in size. Beds are comfortable. 4 star hotel with a 5 star service. Only thing I wish the hotel can improve is the beach recliner service at Seminyak beach. It closes at 5pm which is a bit early as sunset at 6-6:30pm. The shuttle to the beach also stops at 5pm. Better extend it to may be 7pm for the clients to see the sunset. The dinner buffet of various style is mediocre. Overall , I recommend it.

its a great hotel with a clean feels , eventhough at first i come in to the room, the old room smell quite strong, and the linen a little bit dump , maybe because the corona, so less people come there, but soon after the staff quickly spray it , so it become nice smell, overall the room is quite spacious, when you open the balcony, its refreshing.

My husband and I moved hotels after a disappointing stay at another property at Seminyak. We wanted a nice last night in Bali and The Haven did not disappoint. We were given a surprise upgrade to a one bedroom suite! Really gave us a awesome end to our honeymoon. Staff were all so friendly and helpful. I usually stay in a villa when I'm in Seminyak but I will definitely stay at The Haven again when I come back to Bali. Location was amazing - lots of restaurants n shops!

The staff were very friendly and welcoming: whenever we walked passed any staff they would greet us with a warm smile. Location is very good as it is on Jl Raya Seminyak-Jl Legian stretch. It takes about a 20-minute walk to get to Kuta beach from the hotel. The hotel has at least 2 swimming pools and 2 restaurants to have your breakfast--take your pick; both offer a decent spread. We loved it. :)

The staff and outdoor facilities are immaculate. The best location about 50 metres from Bintang Supermarket. Rooms are feeling a bit tired, but they have started renovations. Pool is divine, gardens are immaculate. Easy access to Blue Bird taxi, circle K out the front and Commonwealth ATM about 3 minute walk. Beach about 10 minute walk. This was our 4th stay, we’ll be back.
