Small but cozy hotel”
Yen (the manager) and her staff Daisy both speak English and were very helpful. They would always chat with us to find out if we were enjoying our trip. Most of the other staff don't speak English, but either one of them would always be around. They even helped us buy fresh Bahn Mi on the morning of our departure when Yen found out that we wanted to buy it the day before to bring to the airport. We stayed in the only Twin room on the property - spacious, firm beds, free wifi and English tv-channels like HBO, AXN, BBC etc. The hotel is 5-min walk to the night market, but not exactly near the popular stretch of Long Beach (10-15min walk or 3-min cab ride). Sun lounge chairs have to be rented at Long Beach (USD 10) because we weren't guests of the hotels in that area, but no problem if you just lay your own towel on the beach.

We spent one wondefully comfortable night here. The room was terrific, the restaurant was fantastic and the sevice was super. Get a room facing the water. Sunsets are gorgeous and they are quieter.

We were impressed with the customer service at reception -- welcoming and enthusiastic. We also liked the interior design of our room a lot. They also had motorbikes for rent, which was quite convenient. The location is good, near the town, and not far from Long Beach. One negative was that our room faced the street, and it was a little noisy. Another negative was the restaurant service. I think the staff could use a little more English training (I think "Coke Light" is a pretty normal order), and there were some issues on New Year's Day (breakfast service started an hour late, no rice was available with dinner, our bill was not brought to the table in a timely manner). Despite this, we did enjoy staying here a lot, and the setting of the restaurant is quite spectacular.

A very pleasant stay in a beautiful location. All of our requests were promptly dealt with and we always felt looked after. The manager wasn't only professional and considerate to our needs, but also a very kind and caring (she looked after me after my injury). We definitely recommend!

really enjoyed our stay.Hotel was within 5 minute walk to beach and night market. lots of restaurants and bars surrounding hotel, amazing bakery right across the street. Hotel was clean - stayed in garden view room - only actual view of anything was out of the really high window in the shower out into the garden and our room seemed to be right next to the kitchen (lots of chopping going on but never late into the night, didn't bother us)Incredibly friendly staff

Quality hotel”
We had a large room, to bad no sea view but instead we had our own little garden. The room was quite big and big bathroom allso, quite trendy. The staff was friendly and cooperative. The made fantastic fruit drinks. A bit strange that it was a window without any cover on the door between bathroom and the rest of the room. Had to but a towel to get some privacy between.

Enjoyed our stay but room was downstairs, no balcony, old style bathroom but reason we would not stay again was that the room smelt so mouldy that we could not breathe easily. Classic garden room was very, very small and claustrophobic. Larger rooms with small balconies available but better value elsewhere. All staff were very friendly.

Very well designed Boutique hotel but on main road - sometimes you think that cars drive directly through the room. Second problem - the nice part of the beach is a 15 mins walk away. Skip the right part, the left is really nice!

The weather in Phu Quoc was fine at December, but this hotel doesn't have a private beach. I can't find any beach close to the hotel. You have go to other place far from this hotel around 25km or pay money for the private beach of Sai Gon Phu Quoc resort (near the hotel). The room in Safari guest house is better if the bathroom wasn't be flood. I call to manager 3 times but nobody fix it until afternoon. Addition, the water heater use solar energy so I couldn't take shower every morning and had to wait until 2pm or late for hot water. (if the weather is rain and no sunshine, good luck!), it's very inconvenient. Unlucky, my husband was sick and took fever at that time, he took cold shower everyday.
