Bor på dette hotellet hver gang vi er i phu quoc. Har prøvd noen andre også, men returnerer alltid tilbake til dette hotellet. Store, fine bungalows, hyggelig personale, sentralt med tanke på nightmarket, ren strand

Flott hotell, rent og nær stranden”
Flott hotell, vi har vært her før og kommer gjerne tilbake. Prisene på strandrestauranten er litt stive sammenlignet med andre steder.

Veldig bra hotel”
2 familier på til sammen 11 stk er veldig fornøyd med oppholdet. Tennis badebasseng veldig bra frokost, gammelt hotell men godt holdt . VRi dro tilbake dit senere i ferien .

Really nice resort with private beach”
We were pleasantly surprised by this resort. We were only searching for a place to stay relatively close to Duong Dong but in the city itself but we found so much more at this resort. The private beach is really nice and so is the resort itself, even if it's a bit older. Our room was quite spacious and literally 10 meters from the beach. The breakfast is nice although you do have to wake up for it as it ends at 9am which I found to be quite early. Do arrange your transfer from the airport early on so the hotel has the time to respond. Overall, highly recommended.

Our room was in main building. Room is nice. Very friendly staff. Breakfast is ok. No soap in bathroom for hand cleaning. Warn water in shower would be nice. Sound proof is poor. Breakfast is only until 9. That is not nice on holiday. Money exchange is good. No chairs in balcony. Beach bar closes before sunset. Could be lot of customers who like to watch sunset with drink. Fortunately there is many other bars in close range. Pick up from airport is good. Fresh fruits in room every day. Nice and quiet pool area. Cleaning person could open door very early without knocking. Good air condition. Overall prize quality is ok.

10 minutes to walk to center, right next to the beach , facilities are not in good condition but accepted, good value for money with 3 star standard.

As a 3 star + grade, the cost is moderate and most of the service is OK. The biggest problem is the English level of the staff are not very good which only a few of staff can understand English. One main issue is the room service meal need to add 20% upon the listed price. Moreover, the room service menu in room is not the most updated one and need to order from reception not restaurant as the staff in restaurant can't communicate in English, just know simple single word only!!

Worst place and staff. They want to collect all the passports as security. Cheap staff. How can anyone handover the passport as security? Are we criminals? Air conditioner doesnt work at all. The AC COMPRESSOR is kept on the floor of the balcony which generates enormous heat and couldn't stand or use balcony. Staff not helpful.

Best thing about this place was the fabulous sunsets but they are available FoC elsewhere. Worst thing was the utterly demented DJ at the sunset bar who made conversation or even relaxation impossible. Damp smelly bathroom, uncomfortable chairs on the terrace etc did not help.
