Lite rom. Ba om et stille rom. Fikk rom 816. Det var stille helt til ca 22.00. Da begynte naboen å slamre med dører og holdt på til rundt 01:00. Det var så høyt at jeg skvatt himmelhøyt i sengen. Neste dag var ikke noe bedre. Var der 3 netter. Fikk sove 1 natt. Følte at jeg ikke kunne klage til resepsjonen da jeg var usikker på hvilket rom det kom fra. Ville heller ikke gå ut i nattkjole om natta for å undersøke dette

Meget bra London-hotell”
Vennlige og imøtekommende personale i resepsjonen. Renhold og nye håndklær hver dag. Fin beliggenhet og deilig med morgentur i Hyde Park. Det fungerte fint å bruke kollektivtilbudet, da drosjen ofte ble stående fast i trafikken. Kjempegod og billig middag i Bistroen. Helt grei frokost, men litt kjedelig. Det eneste som trakk ned var at det hadde oppstått en feil i bookingsystemet slik at det ikke var registrert på frokostlista at vi hadde betalt. Personalet i resepsjonen skulle ordne dette, men vi måtte forklare det samme ved frokosten hver morgen. Bortsett fra dette, var oppholdet upåklagelig. Anbefales!

Godt hotell med riktige fasiliteter”
Rommet er stort, godt bad. Sentralt beliggende ved Hyde Park. Mange spisesteder rett ved, Queensway. Egen ansatt i første etasje som hjelper til med bestillinger; taxi, billetter osv. God frokost. Shell-stasjon under hotellet der drikke og snacks kan kjøpes. Greit når man har med ungdom. Hotellet anbefales på det sterkeste

Rommet var fint, personalet svært hyggeleg og frokosten fantastisk! I tillegg ligg hotellet nært Queensway t-banestasjon slik at ein fort kan nå alle stader. Var heldig med pristilbodet, slik at eg fekk eit dobbeltrom her til prisen som er vanleg for eit enkelt rom andre stader.

En fantastisk helg i London i nærheten av flott parker og Queensway. Rommet var kanskje litt lite, men sengene behagelige og det nyoppussede badet var lekkert. Anbefales!

Great location for exploring London”
The hotel is rather obscurely hidden behind a gas/petrol station but it's on Bayswater Road, which makes it ideal for walking to Hyde Park or Kensington Gardens as well as Notting Hill. Very close to 3-4 tube stations (Queensway, Lancaster Gate, Bayswater). Our room was stylishly decorated. Very comfortable bed and cozy duvet. Loved the shower with both rainfall and handheld options.

If you love Bayswater, this is a hotel to choose from. Its 5 minutes away to Queensway Tube Station and probably 8 minutes away from Bayswater Tube Station. Food for Muslims are relatively easy to find. Room is just nice for 2 persons. Love the location coz this is where i wanted to be.

Asked for upgrade rates and was given a jolly good one for a King Size room so we took it (thank you Chantel at front desk). Surprised by standard and generous size of room - good value, and a lovely view of the Park. Public areas and our room were modern, updated, clean and in good nick. Nespresso machine, robes, beverage station in room. Good bed. Clean and everything in good condition. Service excellent and response prompt and proactive. Very comfortable and enjoyable stay. Bathroom is tight if you're larger, especially the bath. Didn't bother us but it's a narrow space. Clean and well maintained. There's a Little Waitrose just below the hotel for quick bites, fresh bakes, etc. Gas station staples and more. Super convenient. Nice easy walk to Bayswater for excellent Chinese and other options. Liked the property a lot. Young, friendly and helpful staff. This property seems more contemporary and updated than the Thistle Hyde Park which we passed in our taxi. Happy to return.

Well located. Easy access to all transportation services. Restaurants, supermarkets and coffee shops are within few steps less than 1 minute walking. Hyde park is next door. Staff are helpful. Breakfast is good for most. Rooms are a bit small but clean. If you are more than 1 it is better to have the bigger size rooms or go for the suit room option.

Great location”
This is our fave hotel everytime we are in London yearly. We love its location as it is right across Hyde park and near Queensway where we always frequent the chinese restaurants there. There are lots of grocery stores nearby too and the Queensway subway station. The hop on hop off bus stop is also just across the hotel. You can even walk to Oxford street if you're up for the exercise! 😉 We also love that its near the Kensington garden. What else can I say about this hotel?! Thumbs up!

First impressions were not great - the building is unexciting, the lift so small, the lobby dark and uninviting. Once I settled down into my room though, I loved it. We had a great view of Hyde Park. The rain shower was so gentle, oddly nothing like any hotels I’d stayed at. The location is great, about 5-10 min walk to Queensway and Bayswater tube station. There’s also bus 94 that you can take to Piccadilly. So happy with our stay!
