Oppholdet var helt greit for en natt, dersom du hadde et tidlig fly om morgenen eller om du kom sent om kvelden... Frokost ble servert fra kl 06, noe som var supert om du skulle videre tidlig.

Short stay for just 1 night”
Clean and comfortable. It is at a short distance from Heathrow terminal 5. Room was small, but clean and comfortable. The best thing I liked is the run way view restaurant and was happy to see flight take offs from Heathrow 🙂 Looks like rooms with run way visibility are closed, I would really appreciate, if I get a room with run way view the next time.

Stop off before international flight”
Enjoyed my stay here. Functional room as you'd expect. Staff very helpful with printing off my docs for free. Shell station a walk away for food and drink. £12 taxi to Heathrow terminal. You can get the bus but of course with bags that's a bit of a challenge.

Very nice hotel. Clean rooms. Value for money. Good view to watch the planes landing. Nice breakfast. Michelle who checked me in was very nice. Cecil in the restaurant was also a very nice guy. Thanks.

Great transit hotel! ”
Easy to get to from Term 3. A 10min ride using the City Hopper bus (£6/pax). Checking in was a breeze, staff were very helpful. Rooms were clean & basic. Happy about the clean fluffy towels. We left for Term 5 the next morning via the Pod (£5/pax) straight into Term 5. Bar served food which was just ok. Could not Uber Food to this location though. Overall, happy with this hotel.

Was a great hotel for our overnight layover. We had a family room with 3 twin bed. The room was a little small, the decor a bit dated, but it was very clean and the bathroom even had a tub!! We had a nice dinner in the hotel restaurant watching planes take off, but the best part of staying at the Thistle is the ease of getting there using PODS from Terminal 5.

I stay at The Thistle Hotel around 4 days every month and have done for a while now. The staff are just great. They have always helped me if I’ve needed it regarding my booking. They are friendly and always willing to do what they can for you. Never had a problem and always made to feel welcome.

Believe that Hotel does not have Lift, but Staff were willing to help carry heavy luggage ”
We stayed for one night only, but felt the Hotel was good for the money that they charge. Location was close to Heathrow Airport. The room in which we stayed had bathtub also. Hotel Desk Manager helped us to carry luggage from the room to the reception during morning rush hour, highly appreciated.

Ideal location for T5, especially when using the Pod, door to door 5 minutes, perfect. Quite nice food in the restaurant as well. Nice and quiet for a good nights sleep.

Really Convenient for Us”
Once we figured out how to get to the hotel (we took a free bus but could have taken a POD), it was easy to get to the hotel. It was nice to be out of the airport and into the suburbs and only took around 10 mins. We had a late dinner in the hotel, then buffet breakfast the following morning-both meals were really good. The room was small but adequate-no fridge though. All staff we encountered were especially friendly and helpful. We took the POD back to the airport the following morning for a bit of fun! I would stay here again.

Very helpful staff. Quiet hotel Free public bus from terminal 5 - number 423 Food and drinks reasonable - portions very big though Would recommend this hotel for an overnight staff if travelling from Heathrow airport

A little tired in areas but good value for money. Food and bar good. Also prefer POD to terminal 5 rather than relying on Hoppa.
