Best deluxe sea view room ”

No regret to pay more for deluxe sea view room , you can enjoy own balcony with sea view. Hotel pool is clean and room is comfort . Airport pick up is good too. If you tired to go out for food , recommend to order seafood fried rice, taste is good compare outside restaurant. The only problem is our booking not under agoda but booking.com and the staff do not find our booking until i need to call agoda and verify again. Hope the management can train their staff with proper checking before reply message to guest.

New resort on top of the hill!”

Good location from the airport, great bed to get lazy and wake up to, lovely hill top view of the sea (i chose the sea view room) and a nice clean big pool. Helpful staffs, relaxing environment as it is located away from the main road (Duong Tran Huong Dao) and the highly raved Winston's burger and beer is only a walk down from the resort. The main stretch of the coast is a further 10 minutes walk, but no frills as taxis are easily available on the island. Only drawback was the door of my room having a little glitch causing me to use the "manual key" during my stay, otherwise everything else was awesome. Definitely worth every penny spent.

Highly recommend this place! Room was big and clean, soundproof. Bed was super comfy and big. TV had great channels nd Netflix and YouTube. Hotel itself was nice. Pool area fab and view was great. Hotel is about 10mins up a hill from the main road but not too bad. Hotel also offer beach and airport shuttle. Staff were great, very friendly and helpful. Especially when we had baggage problems at the airport they drove us back and waited. Would stay again and miss already.

Booked this hotel last minute as my group booking at another beach hotel didn't start until the next day. Very clean and comfortable beds in the rooms! Great price compared to the other beach hotel I stayed at, and it was more clean and comfortable. Set away from the beach up the hill, but a close walk to the main stretch of road with lost of restaurants, and the hotel runs a shuttle bus to take you down to the beach.

New Hotel”

Very comfortable bed and large room with an excellent sea view. Breakfast is excellent with a good spread of foods and with some change every morning for the breakfast. Staffs at the counter are very helpful and courteous. Keep up the good work. Slightly out of the way as it is on a hilltop but the hotel provides transport to the seaside as well as transfer to the airport. A good place to relax as it is very quiet, out of way from the main road. Would surely come back to the same hotel next time.

Staff can’t speak good English, diff to communicate”

Agoda mention the payment should be collected at the property but they swipe my credit card without notice me, when I asked them during my check out, they just told me the payment has been made. The kettle in the room is smelly, we boiled water but could not drink it, we asked them to check or change it by call, however they just ignore it ( not sure if they can’t understand English or just ignore my request) Staff only know very limited English, it is hard to communicate properly with them if u need a specific request or advice from them. Although it is quite common in Phu Quoc island with limited English speaker but a hotel should provide at least a staff with fluent English if you welcome foreigner guests.

The hotel is situated on a hilltop with beautiful views of the ocean and mountains. It’s in an ideal location as it’s close to the center, but just far enough off the main road to enjoy peace and quiet. It’s just a short taxi ride to the beach and downtown. The hotel is brand new and very clean and comfortable. The pool is gorgeous and a nice place to relax when not at the beach. The restaurant is excellent with delicious Asian and Western menu items. The people go above and beyond and make this place even more special. Highly recommend!

Lots of troubles”

Staff's education, attitude is bad.We had so many unpleasant feelings. · The hotel charged me the accommodation fee twice. · I was charged for the dish included in the plan. · Many insects · Fault of remote control of air conditioner · I waited over 40 minutes after I ordered cooking · Bathrobes are short of one. I pointed out to the staff for two days, but it not be improved. · Room clean is too late. (It is not over yet at 5 PM) · There is no reply to the improvement request. · Staff asked me to put clothes in the basket for the laundry service. But another staff does not notice it. · There are two guard dogs on the way connecting the hotel and the town. very scary. This hotel is not suitable for traveling aimed to relax.

Lovely place”

The resort/hotel is located nearly on top of the hill so it maybe a little difficult to walk down to the street. But the resort also provide car to transfer so it not a big problem at all. Nice view. Lovely pool. Nearby the most crowded street in PQ, so dont have to go nowhere too far. If you like quiet place but not too far from the main street, this must be the one. 9/10
