3 stars boutique hotel with 5 stars services!”
I am highly recommended this hotel to all kind of travellers. Not only strategically located opposite Lotte Shopping Mall, but also within walking distance to Nampo Shopping Street (many popular fashion brand outlets) which is very happening in day time and night time. Hotel provided free simple breakfast, microwave, washer, dryer & dry cleaning machines for free usage at B1 level. Complimentary car parking is available too. Many convenience stores, cafe, restaurant, bar, karaoke nearby to this hotel. Personally, we’re very satisfied with their staffs attitudes and services, especially Philips (think he’s the manager) who’s very attentive, accommodative, hands on and responsive person. He spoke English well and always try his best to accommodate our requirements. He greeted us in the car park on our arrivals, helped to get our luggages to front desk and brought us to our room (very friendly and hands on person). He arranged kitchen staffs to provide us vegetarians family daily breakfast (kids love it), and he make sure we enjoy our stay there (checking with us on the room, and kids are so happy with jacuzzi bath tub). Saw him worked very late daily (16 hours) to cover the staff who’s on leave and very mobile in managing the hotel. From hotel you can see Busan Tower (Yongdusan Park) as it’s within walking distance only. It’s also near to famous Gamcheon Culture Village. Definitely we’ll return to this hotel when we’re in Busan next time. Keep it up the great work Philips and team!

I would 100% stay here again. It was very clean, the rooms were pretty roomy for Korean standards, and the staff was really unbelievably kind and helpful. They were always welcoming and would not hesitate to give you great travel advice, call you a taxi or otherwise answer all your questions or accommodate your needs. The breakfast which was included in our package was a steal and the Korean style breakfast with kimbap was delicious. It was all freshly made, the fruit and veggies were fresh and sweet. They even had cereal and milk for my teenager which he loved. The location is very central and you can literally walk to all the nearby sites and the Lotte Department Store is located a little down the street. You never know what you're going to get especially when traveling in a foreign country, but I wholeheartedly recommend this as very good, comfortable accomodations.

I had the pleasure of staying 3 nights at boutique hotel in Busan. The deluxe room was excellent, very big and comfortable and the toilet bath tub with Jacuzzi. I agreed with many reviews mentioned great location and walk to everything. Very friendly staffs especially the lady manager who bother to assist us the luggage to the taxi and said goodbye to send us off. The downside was the cheapo breakfast - 3 choices to choose and always no more egg mayo sandwich. Need to improve the breakfast. Highly recommended !

For a small little hotel with very competitive pricing, this place punches way above its weight! All the lattes or teas and hot chocolate you care to drink besides their cold & hot water dispenser; a laundry room with washers and dryers (pay 1000krw for detergent enough for 2 loads to use either/both); ironing amenities as well as a microwave if you decide to eat in; a 7-11 across the road and several eateries around. If you aren’t fussy about toiletries, room amenities include a facial foam cleanser besides the more typical items like toothbrush & toothpaste. Most of all, all the front office personnel were very nice, kind and helpful. They really made our stay most enjoyable! 🙏

Perfect short trip”
I stayed in the hotel for 4 nights over the holidays. The room was very nice and clean and had everything needed. The window is quite mall, but that is totally fine, since I didn't spend a lot of time there anyways. The rooms are still bright and full of light The breakfast hall was cozy and the food had all essentials needed. Especially welcoming was the very handsome manager of the hotel, who was always quick in offering help. He was very kind and connects well with his guests. The hotel has good connections to bus and train stations. It ain't far from Busan station (takes about 20 minutes to walk there, but you can take the bus too obviously). It's near the habor, Busan Tower and the Lotte Mall. Until next time 👋🏻.
