If you're planning to travel by foot to the local attractions of hangzhou, please do not stay in this hotel. however, if you're planning to take train to shanghai or nanjing or any other stations in china, this is the best place to stay. just 2 minutes walk to buy the train tickets and can walk around the railway station. you can take bus from the airport to the railway

A comfortable hotel with a good location”

My wife and I lived in the hotel on 7 Dec. 2013. We took airport bus to arrive at the Zhe Jiang Railway Hotel from Hangzhou international airport. The airport bus stop was near to the hotel. It was very convenient. The room was comfortable and clean. It was ease to access to public transport. We enjoyed the period when we stayed at the hotel.

If you are a traveler that wish to travel using bullet train or others, this is a hotel that is very recommended. This hotel is located in the railway station building, therefore, there are foods and other convenient store that could be found there. Although it may take 10min drive to the "nan song yu jie" shopping street, this hotel serve good to the traveler that wants to take train.

you couldn't ask for a closer hotel to the train station...actually the hotel is part of the station....however, it is very quiet and clean....not 5 star....but very acceptable. i hate the smell of smoke...so i asked for a no smoking room...it was great...did not smell...a first for china!!!

The hotel is really close to the train station. it will be really easy for someone want to go to other cities such as Shanghai. the hotel is clean and nice. The staff is friendly.I think it is quite valuable for its price. We will stay there again next time.

Good Budget Hotel”

within hangzhou railway station. perfect hotel if you need to catch a train going to other china cities. 10mins taxi ride from hotel to west lake. there's a 24 hour supermarket near the lobby and you may enjoy some local food outside the hotel at night.

Great location”

Location is just above the railway station. A convenient place when you need to arrive or depart at the Zhejiang Railway station in Hangzhou. The station connects to Shanghai in a 45 minute to 1 hour ride. Traveling from the airport to this hotel by taxi takes about 20 minutes via the toll road. Will probably stay here when we visit Hangzhou in the future.

good hotel”

rooms are big, clean, comfortable, and reasonably cheap. location is very good. on top of the railway station, bus stations....and lots of taxis. in city center....thus near to food stalls, restaurants, supermarkets, shopping centres and even a private hospital.

Very good Location and easy to find”

WE enjoy it ,very easy to travel . the subway is in the 2nd floor. shuttle bus is about 15mins walk to the bus station from the hotel. Hotel room is big and comfortable. I would recommend to my friend.

The good points - Spacious - Clean - Hotel staff is helpful The bad points - No bright light - Toilet have sewage smell - No lobby to rest Others: - There is no breakfast provided but you can easily get your breakfast just beside the building. Remarks: - I will return to this hotel if i visit HangZhou again

Lazy staff.”

Terrible. We were at the North Building, not very clean, everything was outdated and worn out. The cleaning staff was very lazy, did not vaccuum the carpet everyday, carpet was full of stains and very very dirty(I dropped a sun flower seed on the carpet, the seed was still on the carpet the day we checked out, we booked 3 nights).

comfort stay but late check-in ”

I arrive at HangZhou quite late a night and have a bit of trouble getting to Zhejiang Hotel. The shuttle bus didn't stop exactly right in front of the hotel but we have to drag our luggage bag and walk about 400meters to the hotel. to make thing worst, it's raining :( But because we will need to take the high speed train to suzhou, it's very convenient. Ticket booth it's just beside or underneath the hotel. You won't need an alarm to wake you up in morning, coz the traffic outside and the railway sound will let you know it's time for a brand new day!

Strategic Location”

The hotel is located directly at where the main train terminal is. At the same time, it is served by a metro station below. And nearby is where you can take the airport shuttle direct to the airport. If connecting to other cities is your priority, this is the place to stay.

Convenient and serviceable”

This hotel is a basic business hotel. I landed late at Hangzhou airport and needed to get a morning train to Shanghai. This hotel is located right at the train station so very convenient. It's not luxury, but it's clean, comfortable, and a good value. No problem arriving after midnight -- English-speaking staff was there and took care of things quickly. The carpets and wallpaper are very old and sorry, but not at all smelly -- just desperately need replacing. Everything else, including the bathroom, was extremely clean, and there were even some English language stations on the TV. Recommended for a good transit hotel.

Good location - close to Metro, Train station”

It was ok. Reason I chose this is due to the location. Close to metro and train station, near to direct airport shuttle bus-stop. Room door system is not so good. There was once it was locked and we couldn't access using card key.

one of the most depressive room I ever stayed in”

I arrived late at night, and I needed an hotel close to the station to catch a train early morning the next day. You can't find closer, the hotel is above the station. It's ok to spend a night, but no wifi in the room, so mac/ipad users, beware. The staff at reception was helpful, but the room is gloomy, with a post-communist look carpet. Value for money, centrally located, but nothing else.

Just a run down hotel next to the Train Station”

Was travelling there from Shanghai to Hangzhou to catch a night flight out of China. Due to the large luggages and a group of elderly, I have picked this hotel for a 10 hour rest before boarding the plane. It was run down with wall paper tearing at some parts, the carpet was old and the room smell abit which i think it was a smoking room. Anyway, the bed was comfortable enough for the elders to rest and the toilet was clean and decent. Generally it is okay for the price you pay if you are just stopping over for a night and need it to be close to the railway station.

Hotel staff service with a smile. Room is clean and spacious. There is a fine restaurant, 'GRANDMA' @ 7th Floor provides nice cuisine at very reasonable price. From here going any where in Hangzhou and other parts of China is very convenient.

Great location”

The only good things if the location of this hotel. Just at the railway station which very convenient for us to take a train to shanghai the next day morning. The hotel room a bit smelly even though we requested non smoking room. A bit disappointed.

Smelly hotel”

I did request non smoking room, but the room they provided real full with smoking smell. The only good things is the location very convenient. If not because have to take the next morning train to Shanghai for sure i won't stay this hotel anymore.
