“Exceptional”
It was a great little place and very conveniently located to the runway going to terminal 3. No complaints except for the hot water box in the CR wasn’t working. Hopefully they get it fixed.

“If you like cold!”
The air con is broken. It has been for some time but the owner does not care. If you can stand air con fixed at 18 degrees C the place is acceptable, small lacking in facilities (hairdryer, ironing board etc). Personally living in Asia I need my air at 24 degrees. All of Palm Tree villas is good for the airport but this is not one I would go back to.

sir i personally went to your room and fix the problem upon chcking the settings was chnge,, it was noted on the remote that u are only allowed to ajust the temperature (high or low) u misunderstood the note,,sir i personally and the guards were try to help u in our best ways but u were verry rude to us,,

“Nice apartment near the airport- but no bedding ”
We had booked this place in advance for 4 people. However, when we arrived, there was only one made up double-bed and a single mattress- not suitable for 4 people. We then called the number and explained that we needed an extra mattress, 2 pillows and bedding for 2 beds. The guy said that he'd send someone to provide what we needed. Someone finally called when we called a second time just before we were going to bed. The staff had not brought pillows and had only brought 1 duvet. She did not want to make another trip. We made do with only 2 pillows and 2 duvets for 4 people and it was OK. It's probably a nice apartment for a couple. It was however not too clean unfortunately. On the other hand, it was a very central location. It took only 15 minutes to walk from the apartment to the check-i desk.

“Extraordinary ”
The room design is modern and so clean and smells healthy, Every thing was great. The hostility was fine , the owner is so helpful . The room view is nice. Just had a perfect room. It was 7I - thanks a lot Mr Jas
